The Peak! A danger from white cloth

At a hospital in a town, there is a stupid doctor who has never cared his patient. Whatever he thinks is merely playing golf and fun.

Yugi is having an ice cream and walking in downtown. He notices Jyoonouchi secretly doning someting in a store. Jyoonouchi is slowly carrying a big and pink bear out off the store and then he accidently sees Yugi. He tries to hide his bear and leaves Yugi as soon as possible. Untentionally, Yugi's ice cream dirties a shirt of a bay guy. Though, Yugi tries to apologize and clean it, the guy still gets angry. So Jyoonouchi comes into Yugi's place to help him. After hitting the guys at a narrow street, Jyoonouchi carries his bear out to see Yugi who is waiting for him. Unluckily, the bear's head is ragged. Yugi says sorry to Jyoonouchi about that. Thus Jyoonouchi asks Yugi come to visit his younger sister with him. Both Yugi and Jyoonouchi travels by train to a hospital outside the city. Jyoonouchi tells Yugi about his sister who has been separated since he was young. She is staying in the hospital. Jyoonouchi intended to buy a bear as gift for her.

Reaching the hospital, both Yugi and Jyoonouchi put on red ribbons on their shirts and try to make surprise to Jyoonouchi's sister named Shizuka. Two guys also try to make fun to make her laugh as well. Then Jyoonouchi says sorry to her sister about the gift that he can't bring it for her. Shizuka merely wants to see her brother's face. After that, a nurse comes in. Shizuka introduces her name as Miyuki. When Miyuki sees Jyoonouchi's face, she tells him to come in her room to have first aid. Jyoonouchi really appreciates her kindness until his face becomes red. Then both Jyoonouchi and Yugi say good bye to Shizuka and tell her that they will come again later. Inside the hospital, the doctor tries to invite Miyuki for a date to play a golf. Miyuki refuses him and leaves without any care.

After that, everybody comes to visit Shizuka again at the hospital. Miyuki sees Jyoonouchi and tells him not forget to come to see her again to change his bandage. Jyoonouchi expresses his feeling obviously. Everbody knows easily what he is thinking. Jyoonouchi can't hide this secret anymore. Shizuka gives her brother a hope that Miyuki is still single. As a result, Honda tells Jyoonouchi that he is going to teach him about how to treat a woman. He gives Jyoonouchi a bag and tells him to give it to Miyuki. This may be a little gift for her when she is working at night shift. Jyoonouchi appreciates Honda's help. He hurries to give it to Miyuki. When Miyuki opens the bag, she finds a pink brassier. Jyoonouchi is shocked. He tries to take it back and throw it away. The brassier drops on an old man's head. That old man is also shocked and he finally falls down. Miyuki blames Jyoonouchi and warns him not to play or make fun in the hospital again. Jyoonouchi feels upset. He blames Honda who is the cause of this situation. Then Miyuki accidently sees the doctor during her way. The doctor invites her again and tries to push her to come with him. Miyuki hardly believes that the doctor is going to leave his patients and go to have fun. The doctor tries to use his power of future director of this hospital to force Miyuki to go with him. Suddenly, Jyoonouchi comes to stop the doctor not to be rude with Miyuki. Then Miyuki hits the doctor's face to stop the event and leaves him. She doesn't want to see the doctor again. Seeing that Miyuki is walking away, Jyoonouchi follows her.

After school, everbody notices that Jyoonouchi isn't lively as usual. Jyoonouchi is leaving school and walking into downtown alone. Yugi decides to follow him and finally shouts at Jyoonouchi that he is like a coward not a man. He reminds Jyoonouchi of that Jyoonouchi ever said these words to teach him. Then Jyoonouchi gets his feeling back. He thinks that he shouldn't give up easily. Thus he decides to buy a bouquet of flowers and goes to visit Miyuki again with Yugi. He feels very serious and looks very worried. After that, Shizuka hurries to see her brother and informs him that Miyuki has already quitted her job today. The doctor heavily blamed her mistake because she didn't care her patient well. Also, at that time, that she was staying with another guy letted her forget the doctor's order. As a result, she was fired today. Jyoonouchi is walking into the doctor's office. He understands that this may be his mistake. At that time, Miyuki was helping him change the bandage. Reaching the doctor's office, Jyoonouchi accuses the doctor that the doctor created the lying story to fire Miyuki because he was refused by her. Jyoonouchi tells the doctor to call Miyuki back. Otherwise, he will reveal all lying story to the others. The doctor doesn't care what Jyoonouchi is saying but allows him to do as he wishes. However, his sister, Shizuka, may not stay in the hospital again. Shizuka is during the final stage of diagnosis. Jyoonouchi has to choose between the nurse Miyuki and his sister Shizuka. Of course, Jyoonouchi can do nothing else. He is running away from the hospital while Yugi is following him. Jyoonouchi much feels hurt that he can help nothing. Yugi has no idea how to console Jyoonouchi. Then he is shocked when he sees that Jyoonouchi starts crying. A millennium puzzle also starts shining at the same time when Yugi changes into Yami Yugi. Yugi slowly walks back to the hospital alone and goes up to see the doctor at his office. The doctor is talking to his friends about what he fired his nurse because of her rejection. Yami Yugi is recording this conversation and then he comes in the room. He challenges the doctor to play a game if the doctor needs this tape.

Jyoonouchi is sitting quietly beside Shizuka. His sister tells him that Miyuki is going to leave town by train tonight. If Jyoonuchi goes now, he may reach her in time. Shizuka doesn't want to see her brother feel sad. As a result, Jyoonouchi takes a bouquet and runs toward the train station.

On the other side, Yugi is explaining the rule to the doctor. Both of them are on the top floor. Each has to hit a ball until the ball reaches the goal. Yugi lets the doctor choose the course of this game. The doctor says that who first hits the ball down to the nurse center will win. The doctor uses a golf club as a stick. Instead, Yugi uses a stethoscope of the docter as his stick. Game begins. Both of them starts hitting their balls. Yugi hits his ball into a room. The doctor laughs and says that he will move down first. When the doctor hits the ball down along the stairway, he doesn't see Yugi follow him. He thinks that he can win this game easily. Reaching the front ot the nurse center, the doctor thinks that one more hit and he will win. Suddenly, Yugi's ball first appears from the room. The doctor is shocked. He doesn't understand how Yugi can do that. Yugi explains that he used the good facility of this hospital. His ball came down through mail box tube from the top floor. That is why he hit the ball into the room not along stairway. Yugi says that the doctor seems not to know the hospital as well as he does. The doctor feels angry, starts hitting Yugi and tells Yugi to give him a tape. Then Yugi gives a game punishment to him. There are many dead spirites, whom the doctor failed to cure, coming out from the surgery room. The doctor is being haunted by a shadow game.

At the train station, Jyoonouchi has reached in time before Miyuki is leaving. He asks Miyuki to stay and gives her his bouquet. Anyway, the flowers were all gone while he was running here. Miyuki still receives it and thanks Jyoonouchi. She tells Jyoonouchi that she has decided to leave and stay with her lover. Jyoonouchi is shocked again when he knows that Miyuki's already broken his heart. Then Miyuki is leaving from the town. Next day at the hospital, people in the hospital see the doctor sleeping on the floor. There is a tape of the conversation last night being played beside him. Jyoonouchi comes to visit Shizuka and sees that everbody has already there. His friends try to celebrate his broken-heart day...
