[ Epsiode 192 ] A Genius Girl (Rebecca) VS A Genius Boy (Leon)

At Kaiba Dome, the result of the top four duelists is shown up on screen. Rebacca beats Abe, Berry beats Paul, Sieg beats Jyonouchi while Leon beats Shark. Rebecca is walking in Kaiba Land, seeing the result of the duel between Jyonouchi VS Sieg on display. She is happy to see that Jyonouchi is finally defeated and she will be the last one who can reach Yugi. On the other side, Yugi and the others are leaving the trains after Jyonouchi's match. Jyonouchi has been complaining a lot about his defeat. So Anzu tells him to stop talking and let's to cheer Rebecca. Yugi also adds that Sieg played such a strange cards and technique that no one has ever seen before. He says that Jyonouchi already did a good job. Suddenly, Professor Hopskins comes to see everybody hurriedly, saying that Sugoroku disappeared. At the hospital, Sugoroku was groaning with back pain, so Professor Hopskins decided to let a doctor come to check him. While walking in the hospital, he saw the result of Rebecca's match on TV. He was very proud of his grandaughter. Anyway, he was back on his work to see the doctor for Sugoroku. When he took the doctor to see Sugoroku at his room, Sugoroku hadn't been there. People all wonder where Sugoroku will go because he can't go anywhere alone. So someone might take him out. Then Honda says that it may be a demon. Thus, Anzu knocks him to stop his bad words. Anyway, Yugi starts getting worried about his grandpa. So people agrees to help Yugi find his grandpa and says sorry to Professor Hopskins that they can't go to cheer Rebecca. Also, they ask Professor Hopskins go to cheer Rebecca and let them seek for Sugoroku. Yugi asks Professor Hopskins give his words to Rebecca, telling her to try her best. Then everybody is leaving separately to find Sugoroku.

At Miniatureland, Rebecca has been waiting for her friends at entrance. Then she sees Professor Hopskins running towards her. Seeing nobody else, Rebecca asks for the others. So Professor Hopskins has to say that her friends can't come now but they will follow later. Seeing that Rebecca is getting upset, Professor Hopskins gives Yugi's words to her. Yugi would like to tell Rebecca to try her best. Hearing that, Rebecca feels happy. Then she and Professor Hopskins walk into the battle stage, Miniatureland. While Rebecca is enjoying little towns around there, she sees a giant body laying down on the ground. First she thinks that it is Gulliver, but in fact that is a body of Leon, who has been sleeping and waiting for her. Professor Hopskins asks whether Leon comes alone. Leon replies yes and says that he has no friend. Anyway, there are many children coming around to see the duel between Leon and Rebecca. Then Professor Hopskins lets Leon know that many people are waiting for this duel and cheering both Leon and Rebecca. So Leon is no longer alone.

On the other side, Yugi and his friends are looking for a trail of Sugoroku around Kaiba Land. Jyonouchi comes back to check at Amezon Cruise, Otogi goes to see at Blue Eyes Train Station, Anzu checks at Flower Clock and Yugi looks around theme park. Suddenly, everybody hears the trial from the announcement of speaker that guides him or her to go at Kaiba Land's entrance. Then Yugi sees a map with an X mark on it. It is like a sign to lead him to go there for Sugoroku. Yugi is very worried about his grandpa's existence now...

At Kaiba Dome, Inona is announcing the third matches of each block. In block A, Sieg Lloyd is going to duel against Barry Ginger at Space Auditorium while in block B, Rebecca is going to duel against Leon at Miniatureland. When everybody finishes standing by her or his duel disk, the duels start.

At miniatureland, first Turn comes to Rebecca. She activates a magic card, Charity of an Angel (Tenshi No Hodokoshi), which allow her to draw additional three cards and then discard two cards from her hands. Rebecca plans to discard a monster, Fallen Angel Mary (Datenshi Mary) as she has ever played against Vivian. When this card is in a graveyard, it can gain 200 LP in the player's stand by phase. So Rebecca discards this card and another magic card into her graveyard. Then he summons Big Bang Girl (1300) in an attack mode. Setting a card, she ends her turn.

Landlady of the Wood Mori No Okami Monster Card

Turn comes to Leon. Professor Hopskins is very curious what kinds of cards that Leon is going to play. Then Leon summons a monster, Landlady of the Wood (Mori No Okami 3/1800) which is a form of a lady wolf, in an attack mode. He orders it directly attack Big Bang Girl. Thus Landlady of the Wood jumps over Big Bang Girl and swallows its entire body into its stomach. While Rebeccan is feeling weird with that strange eating, her LP is down to 3500 (4000+1300-1800) from this strike. After that Leon activates a magic card, Curse of Thorn (Ibara No Noroi). Suddenly, Fallen Angel Mary of Rebecca sent into her graveyard is pulled up from ground by the thorns from this magic card. By its effect, this magic card can let an effect of a monster sent into graveyard invalid. So Rebecca's plan to increase her LP by Fallen Angel Mary fails. Rebecca sees that Leon is great that he can guess her strategy. Even Professor Hopskins thinks so that Leon could really break Rebecca's prepared combo. Then Leon accounces to end his turn.

Come is back to Rebecca. Drawing a card, she summons Sapphire Dragon (1900) in an attack mode. Then she lets it attack Landlady of the Wood. Thus Leon's LP goes down to 3900 (4000+1800-1900). Besides, when Landlady of the Wood is destroyed, it has to resummon specially a monster that it swallowed into the stomach. So Big Bang Girl is returned to Rebecca's field. After that, Rebecca lets Big Bang Girl directly attack Leon that lets Leon's LP go down to 2600 (3900-1300), ending her turn. Leon accepts Rebecca's strength as the real champ. However, he won't be defeated, no matter what.

Gingerbread House Okashi No Ie Magic Card

Come to Leon's turn. He summons a monster, Seafowl Glife (Kaichoo Glife 1500) in an attack mode. Rebecca thinks that if she activates her face-down trap card, Gravity Bind, Seafowl Glifer's attack is invalid. (Gravity Bind - As long as this card exists on the field, any attack of level 4 or higher monsters on both sides is invalid). However, she misses because of Seafowl Glifer's special effect that can destroy one magic or trap card on the opponent's field. So Gravity's Bind of Rebecca is destroyed. After that, Leon lets Seafowl Glife attack Big Bang Girl that lets Rebecca's LP down to 3300 (3500+1300-1500). Continuously, he activates another magic card, Gingerbread House (Okashi No Ie) and then ends his turn.

Back to Rebecca's turn. She is getting amazed by that magic card of strange sweathouse, drawing a card. Suddenly, there is a long tongue coming out from Gingerbread House to take Rebecca's Sapphire Dragon inside. Then Gingerbread House splits it out back to Rebecca's field. Anyway, Sapphire Dragon looks bigger with greater power from 1900 to 2500. Professor Hopskins really wonders why Sapphire Dragon's attack points increase. Leon explains effects of Gingerbread House that in the opponent's stand by phase, this card can increase the attack power of the opponent's monster by 600 points. Also, it can destroy any monster with 2500 or more attack points, and increase LP of the player by 500 points. Accordingly, Sapphire Dragon with 2500 attack power is destroyed while Leon can gain LP up to 3100 (2600+500). Rebecca is very confused by Leon's cards that she has never seeb before. However, she hasn't finished her turn yet. Rebecca activating a magic card, Too Shallow Grave (Asasugita Boketsu), which allows both players to resurrect specially destroyed monsters from their graveyards in a defense mode. Thus, Rebecca chooses to resurrect Sapphire Dragon while Leon selects Landlady of the Wood. After that, Rebecca sacrifices Sapphire Dragon to summon Emerald Dragon (2400). Then she lets it destroy Seafowl Glife that lets Leon's LP down to 2200 (3100+1500-2400), ending her turn.

Glass Slippers Glass No Kutsu Magic Card

Leon is very excited by Rebecca's great performance. Drawing a card, he changes Landlady of the Wood (1800) into an attack mode. He summons a mosnter card, Cinderella (300), in an attack mode. When Cinderella is summoned, it can specially summon Horse Carriage of Pumpkin (Kabacha No Bajyoo) in a defense mode. Also, it allows Leon to activate an equipment magic card, Glass Slippers (Glass No Kutsu), from his deck. So Glass Slippers are put on Cinderella's feet. After that Leon activates special ability of Horse Carriage of Pumpkin that allows Cinderella to attack directly the opponent. Thus, Cinderella kicks her Glass Slippers to strike directly Rebecca that lets Rebecca's LP go down to 3000 (3300-300). Also, when Cinderella first attacks, Glass Slippers are reversely equipped to the opponent's monster. In other words, Glass Slippers are put on Emerald Dragon of Rebecca. Glass Slippers seal Emerald Dragon's attack to Cinderella and also decreases Emerald Dragon's attack power by 1000 points. As a result, Emerald Dragon's attack points are down to 1400 (2400-1000). Continuously, Leon lets Landlady of the Wood attack Emerald Dragon that lets Rebecca's LP down to 2600 (3000+1400-1800). Besides, when Glass Slippers equipped with the opponent's monster are destroyed, they are equipped back with Cinderella and increases Cinderella's attack power by 1000 points. Thus, Cinderella's attack points go up to 1300 (300+1000). Setting a card, Leon ends his turn. Rebecca is very worried about Leon's technique and cards. Also, she doesn't want to lose here.

Move is back to Rebecca. Drawing a card, she activates a magic card, Tribute of Decedent (Shisha No Tabeke). Discarding a card into graveyard, Rebecca can destroy one of the opponent's monster. So Landlady of the Wood is destroyed and it returned Emerald Dragon to Rebecca's field. After that, she activates a magic card, Stamping Destruction, which can destroy one magic card and then deal 500 damage directly to the opponent. As a result, Gingerbread House of Leon is destroyed and his LP is down to 1700 (2200-500). Continuously, she lets Emerald Dragon attack Cinderella. Suddenly, Leon opens his trap card, Mirror Force (Seinaru Barrier Mirror Force). Instead, Rebecca's Emerald Dragon is destroyed. Rebecca can do nothing else, ending her turn.

Turn is back to Leon. Drawing a card, he lets Cinderella (1300) directly attack Rebecca following the effect of Horse Carriage of Pumpkin. So Rebecca's LP goes down to 1300 (2600-1300). Rebecca has just realized that this boy is really a great duelist. Feeling down, she thinks about Yugi. On the other side at space station, Sieg has just defeated Barry Ginger. He is hoping to see Kaiba soon.
