หลังจากที่ Duel กับคู่หูแล้ว ยูกิรู้เสียใจเป็นอย่างมากพลางร้องไห้ไป ยูกิย้อนตัวเองไปถึงตอนที่ต่อสู้กับไคบะที่เกาะอาณาจักรนักสู้ ตอนนั้นคู่หูของตนก็เป็นคนออกมาห้ามตนเหมือนกัน ยูกิคิดว่าจริง ๆ แล้วแล้วคนที่มีจิตใจของ Duelist ที่แท้จริงไม่ใช่ตนแต่เป็นคู่หูของตนต่างหาก บนเนินอีกฝั่งราฟาเอลเดินทางมาพบฟาโรห์พอดี ดาร์ชเองก็พร้อมที่ห้องประชุมเพื่อดูการ Duel ราฟาเอลบอกคราวนี้จะต้องเอาดวงวิญญาณของฟาโรห์กลับไปให้ได้ ว่าแล้วก็ลงเนินไปจะไป Duel กับฟาโรห์ แต่ทว่าราฟาเอลกลับถูกพลังบางอย่างรอบๆ บริเวณนั้นกักไว้ทำให้เข้าไปในทุ่งหินไม่ได้ ดาร์ชจึงบอกให้ราฟาเอลหยุดการเคลื่อนไหวและให้โยนหิน Orichalcos เข้าไปในนั้นแทน พอราฟาเอลโยนเข้าไปดาร์ชก็ใช้พลังของตนปลุกพลังของหิน Orichalcos ออกมา พื้นดินเริ่มสั่น อากาศเริ่มเปลี่ยนแปลง ยูกิรู้สึกว่ากำลังมีอะไรบางอย่างเกิดขึ้นที่นี่ ทันใดนั้นพื้นดินก็แยกออก ปรากฏร่างของเงาสีดำออกมาจากรอยแตก เงาดำนั้นค่ยอๆ กลายร่างเป็น Orichalcos Soldier ยูกิประหลาดใจกับสิ่งที่เห็นมากพร้อมกับเห็นดวงวิญญาณประหลาดบินอยู่รอบ ๆ ตัวตนและมีภาพบางอย่างผุดขึ้นมาในสมอง เป็นภาพกองทัพ Orichalcos Soldier ที่กำลังเคลื่อนทัพไปเผชิญหน้ากับกองทัพของ Duel Monster และก็เห็นไอรอน ฮาร์ดและคริสในร่างของนักรบด้วย ว่าแล้วยูกิก็ได้สติกลับมาเวลาปัจจุบันอีกครั้ง

Orichalcos Soldier

ดาร์ชใช้หลังสร้างขอบข่ายเวทย์มนตร์ Orichalcos ขึ้นมาปิดล้อมทางหนีของฟาโรห์ไว้ แน่นอนถ้ายูกิเสีย LP จนเป็น 0 ดวงวิญญาณเขาก็จะต้องถูกชิงไป Orichalcos Soldier เริ่มเรียก Orichalcos Gil Gars ออกมาและรุกเร็วโจมตีใส่ยูกิที่ยังไม่ทันตั้งตัว ตอนนี้เองที่ดวงวิญญาณต่างๆ มารวมตัวกันเป็นบาเรียให้ยูกิและเข้าไปรวมตัวกันอีกครั้งใน Deck ของยูกิ ยูกิจึงฮึดสู้อีกครั้งด้วยพลังของเหล่า Monster เรียกราชสีห์กาเซลออกมา ทำการฟิวชั่นกับบาโฟเมตเรียกสัตว์อสูรคิเมร่าออกมาโจมตีกลับ Orichalcos Gil Gars แต่ถึงจะทำลายไปได้ซักกี่หน Orichalcos Gil Gars ก็ถูกเรียกกลับขึ้นมาใหม่ด้วยพลังที่เพิ่มขึ้น 500 ทุก ๆ ครั้ง ถึง LP ของ Orichalcos Soldier จะลดลงไปบ้างแต่ LP ของยูกิก็ยังคงลดลงเร็วกว่าจากการโจมตีของ Orichalcos Gil Gars แม้ว่ายูกิจะได้การ์ดกับดักหรือการ์ดเวทย์มนตร์เพิ่มพลัง Monster ของตนสุดท้ายก็ยังสู้ Orichalcos Gil Gars ที่ีมีพลังเพิ่มขึ้นไม่ได้อยู่ดี นี่ไม่ใช่การ Duel แต่เป็นการต่อสู้ที่ดาร์ชตั้งใจจะชิงดวงวิญญาณของฟาโรห์มาโดยให้ Orichalcos Soldier ใช้ Orichalcos Gil Gars เข้าจู่โจมฟาโรห์ LP ของยูกิเหลือแค่ 800 และเรียกอัศวินเอลฟ์ออกมา หากอัศวินเอลฟ์ถูกทำลายไปเท่ากับว่า LP ของยูกิจะเป็น 0 และแพ้ไปในที่สุด

Orichalcos Gil Gars ถ้าจำไม่ผิด มาริคเคยใช้การ์ดนี้ต่อสู้กับโจวโนะอุจิที่ Duel Tower น่ะ

ไอรอน ฮาร์ดที่กำลังยืนดูอยู่บนเนินหยิบการ์ด Timaeus ออกมา หากปรากศจากพลังของการ์ดใบนี้ยูกิไม่มีทางชนะพลังของ Orichalcos ได้เลย ไอรอน ฮาร์ดจึงวิ่งตั้งใจจะเอาการ์ดใบนี้ไปให้ยูกิที่ติดอยู่ในขอบข่าย Orichalcos ยูกิเริ่มเห็นภาพในอดีตผุดขึ้นมาในสมองอีกครั้ง มันเป็นช่วงสงคราม Duel Monster ยูกิเห็นไอรอน ฮาร์ด และคริสในร่างของนักรบร่วมกับเหล่า Monster ต่อสู้กับ Orichalcos Soldier ของดาร์ช พอมองไปบนฟ้ายูกิเห็นมังกร Timaeus บินอยู่และปล่อยพลังทำลาย Orichalcos Soldier ไปได้เป็นจำนวนมาก อีกด้านหนึ่งปรากฏร่างของดาร์ชในชุดนักรบที่กำลังยืนอยู่บนเงาดำของมังกร ดาร์ชรู้ซึ้งถึงอันตรายของมังกรในตำนาน Timaeus แล้วพร้อมกับปล่อยพลังขึ้นฟ้าปรากฏเป็นลำแสงดาวตกลงมาจู่โจมเหล่า Duel Monsters ที่กำลังต่อสู้กันอยู่กับ Orichalcos Soldier แต่ทว่า Timaeus กลับบินหลบไปได้และพุ่งเข้าจะโจมตีดาร์ช ดาร์ชจึงใช้พลังของตนเรียกดาบออกมาพุ่งไปปักที่หัวของมังกร Timaeus ในที่สุด Timaeus ก็ล้มลง เมื่อไม่มี Timaeus แล้ว ดาร์ชก็ให้มังกรของตนปล่อยพลังจะทำลาย Duel Monsters ซะ แต่ทว่า Timaeus ก็ยังไม่ยอมแพ้ปล่อยพลังออกมาต้านไว้ได้ กระปะทะกันทำให้เกิดลำแสงจ้่าพายูกิกลับมาสู่ยุคปัจจุบันอีกครั้ง

ยูกิไม่สามารถทำอะไรได้อีกนอกจากวิ่งหนีไปรอบๆ ภายในขอบข่ายเวทย์มนตร์ Orichalcos เพื่อหนีการโจมตีของ Orichalcos Gil Gars ในเวลานี้เองไอรอน ฮาร์ทก็วิ่งตรงมาหายูกิตั้งใจจะเอาการ์ด Timaeus มาให้ แต่ดาร์ชก็ไม่ยอมง่าย ๆ ส่ง Monster ออกมาขวางไว้ ไอรอน ฮาร์ทเองก็ไม่ยอมแพ้ขว้างการ์ดออกไปกลายเป็นร่าง Monsters ทำลาย Monsters ของดาร์ช ราฟาเอลสงสัยว่าชายแก่คนนี้เป็นใครทำไมถึงมีการ์ด Monster ได้ แต่สุดท้ายไอรอน ฮาร์ทก็ถูกสายฟ้าโจมตีใส่ ก่อนที่ดวงวิญญาณของตนจะหายไปก็ได้มอบหมายให้คริสช่วยเอาการ์ดไปให้ยูกิ ยูกิทำอะไรไม่ได้นอกจากกรีดร้องในขณะเดียวกันก็ต้องปกป้องอัศวินเอลฟ์ของตนด้วยเพราะจะถูกโจมตีอีกไม่ได้แล้ว ยูกิจึงเรียกคลีโบ้ออกมาและเพิ่มจำนวนขึ้นเพื่อป้องกันอัศวินเอลฟ์ซะ คริสเองก็พยายามหนีสายฟ้าของดาร์ชแต่ก็หนีไปพ้นถูกสายฟ้าโจมตีใส่ในที่สุด ก่อนดวงวิญญาณของคริสจะหายไปก็ได้มอบการ์ดมังกร Timaeus ให้กับยูกิและขอร้องให้ยูกิช่วยเหลือโลก Duel Monster และโลกนี้ด้วย จิตใจนักสู้ของยูกิจึงได้กลับมาอีกครั้ง ยูกิจึงได้เรียก Timaeus และบูชายัญอัศวินเอลฟ์เรียก Black Magician Girl ออกมา ยูกิเพิ่มพลังให้กับ Black Magician ด้วยการ์ดเวทย์มนตร์ Egis No Liva กลายเป็นดาบแสง ด้วยการรวมพลังอันนี้ทำให้ยูกิสามารถทำลาย Orichalcos Gil Gars และ Orichalcos Soldier ได้ในที่สุด ราฟาเอลตัดสินใจกลับไปในครั้งนี้และจะกลับมาใหม่ ยูกิขอบใจ Black Magician Girl และ Timaeus ที่ให้ยืมพลัง ยูกิและอันซุได้ทำสุสานให้กับพวกคริส ตอนนี้พวกตนเข้าใจแล้วว่าพวกคริสและไอรอน ฮาร์ทก็คือนักรบที่เคยต่อสู้ร่วมกับเหล่า Duel Monsters ในอดีตนั่นเอง...

Orichalcos Soldier

After the duel against Mutou Yugi, Yami Yugi feels very sad and still cries. He reminds himself back to the duel against Kaiba at Duelist Kingdom. At that time, little Yugi saved Kaiba's life by his strong mind. Yumi Yugi thinks that in fact a person with a true heart of duelist isn't himself but his partner, Mutou Yugi. Raphael has just reach at the wilderness of stones. On the other side, Dart appears in the conference room to see Raphael's process on taking Pharaoh's soul. Raphael intends to get Pharaoh's soul this time. He tries to go in but he is hindered by mysterious power around there. So Dartz stops him and tells him to just send Orichalcos stone in. Raphael throws Orichalcos stone to the ground. Then Dartz activates his Orichalcos's power. The ground is trembling and the climate is changing. Yugi feels that something is gonna happen here. Suddenly, the ground is cracked. There is a dark shadow coming out from the crack. The shadow becomes an appearence called Orichalcos Soldier. Yugi is much amazed. He sees many spirits flying around himself. Yugi feels that something is coming to his brain. He sees a picture of Orichalcos Soldiers in a big army. Those soldiers are moving forward to against an army of Duel Monsters. Yugi also sees Iron Heart and Christ in forms of warriors with Sani, a silver fox. Then Yugi is back to present time.

Orichalcos Soldier

Dartz activates the Seal of Orichalcos to hinder Yugi's way out. As a result, if Yugi loses, his soul will be taken. Duel Disk is equipped to Orichalcos Soldier at its hand. It starts summonning Orichalcos Gil Gars with 500 powered up because of Orichalcos power. Orichalcos Gil Gars takes fast move to attack Yugi. At once, spirits of monsters come together as a barrior of Yugi and go into his deck. Yugi won't run away again. He summons Illusion Beast King Gazelle, fuses it with Baffomet to become Winged Phantom Beast Kimera. Yugi lets it strike back Orichalcos Gil Gars. However, Orichalcos Soldier can summon Orichalcos Gil Gars back and can increase its attack power by 500 points at a time. Though Yugi can destroy Orichalcos Gil Gars, it is back again and again with higher power. He tries to play both trap card, Holy Barrior Mirror Force, and magic cards to block the strike and to counterattack however he can't block Orichalcos Gil Gars's powerful attack. Winged Phantom Beast Kimera is still destroyed. Orichalcos Gil Gars are summonned back all the time with greater power and fast move. This is not a duel. It is a cruel battle that Dartz set to beat Pharaoh and then to take his soul. Finally, Yugi summons Elf Warrior and still have to move around without ability to counterstrike. His LP now is down to 800 from Orichalcos Gil Gars's attacks while LP of Orichalcos Soldier is little down.

Orichalcos Gil Gars Once Malik ever played it against Jyoonouchi on Duel Tower.

Then Iron Heart, standing on the hill, takes Timaeus that Yugi gave him out from his cloth. Without power of Timaeus, Yugi can't fight against Orichalcos power. So he intends to give this card back to Yugi. Yugi seems to see some pictures coming into his mind again. He is lead back to the past. It was the battle between Orichalcos Soldiers and Duel Monsters. Iron Heart and Christ were also the warriors fighting with Duel Monsters. When Yugi looks up into the sky, he sees Timaeus flying and launching its beam. Timaeus has such great power to destroy many Orichalcos Soldiers. On the other side, there is an appearance of Dartz in warrior uniform standing on a shadow of dragon. Dartz realizes great power of Timaeus and then he launches his power into the sky. A lot of light beam falls down to attack Duel Mosters on the ground. Anyway, Timaeus can fly away from it and move toward Dartz. Dartz activates his lighting sword and launches it to pierce into Timaeus. As a result, Timaeus falls down on the ground. Without Timaeuse, Dartz continues the strike. He lets his dragon attack by launching its beam. Timaeus with less power left also launches its beam back. Power of both dragons are strongly against each other at the middle. The big light is shining and it also lets Yugi back to the present.

Yugi can do nothing but move around inside the Seal of Orichalcos to be away from Orichalcos Gil Gars's attack. At the same time, Iron Heart is running forward to Yugi to give him Timaeus. Of course, Dartz won't let him do easily. He summons some monsters to obstruct Iron Heart. So Iron Heart throws his cards that become monsters to destroy Dartz's monsters. Raphael, watching on the hill, wonders who the old man is and how he has Duel Monster cards. Finally, Dartz launches the thunder to stop Iron Heart's move. Before his spirit is gone, Iron Heart gives Timaeus to Christ, riding on Sani, and tells her to give it to Yugi . Yugi can do nothing but scream at the Orichalcos wall. He has to pay attention on himself. If his Elf Warrior is destroyed, his 800 LP will go to 0. Then Yugi summons Kuribo and multiplies it with magic card to pretect Elf Warrior. At the same time, Christ is coming by her wolf that was tranformed into silver fox. Dartz activates the thunder straight to both of them. Silver fox is gone first. Though Christ falls down, she slowly creeps to see Yugi. Lastly, Christ can give Timaeus to Yugi through the Seal of Orichalcos. She asks Yugi to save the DM world and this earth before she is gone.

Yugi gets angry. He reminds himself to the intention of everybody and finally get his fighting spirit back. Then Yugi finds Dark Magician Girl in his deck and sacrifices Elf Warrior to summon it. Also, he activates Timaeus and combines it with Dark Magician Girl equipped with a lighting sword by magic card, Egis No Liva. Tremenduos power of this combination can destroy all Orichalcos enemies. Raphael decides to turn back this time. Yugi thanks Black Magician Girl and Timaeus for their given power. At present, both Anzu and Yugi has realized that Christ and Iron Heart were the warriors fighting with the duel monsters during DM war in an ancient time.
