เป้าหมายคือฟาโรห์ไร้นาม

จากการที่ได้ฟังเรื่องของเพกาซัสพวกโจวโนะอุจิก็รู้แค่ว่าผู้ที่อยู่เบื้องหลังคือองค์กรลับที่เรียกว่า Doom แต่กระนั้นก็ยังมีแต่เรื่องที่ทำให้ไม่เข้าใจอยู่ดี การที่จะเอาชนะองค์กรลับนี้ได้ต้องพึ่งพลังของมังกรทั้ง 3 แต่ทว่าไคบะกลับปฏิเสธที่จะร่วมมือและคิดที่จะดำเนินการทุกอย่างคนเดียวตาม Style ของตน ว่าแล้วไคบะก็เิดินจากไปพร้อมกับโมคุบะ ฮางะกับริวซากิต่างก็แอบค้นหา Rare Card เพกาซัสอาจทิ้งหล่นไว้ในห้อง ทุกคนต่างคิดว่าจะทำอย่างไรต่อไปดี ยูกิคิดว่าน่าจะลองไปหาศาสตราจารย์ Hopskin ซึ่งตอนนี้ก็อยู่ที่อเมริกา ซึ่งศาสตราจารย์จะรู้เรื่องอะไรเกี่ยวกับ Doom บ้าง พวกยูกิเห็นไคบะกับโมคุบะขับเครื่องบินออกไปโดยไม่รอใคร โอโทงิบอกว่าให้ไปรถของตนก็ได้แต่ว่าทุกคนก็สงสัยว่าฮางะกับริวซากิมาที่นี่ได้ยังไง สุดท้ายทั้ง 2 คนก็ต้องไปอยู่กับกองกระเป๋าท้ายรถ ทุกคนก็เดินทางตามแผนที่มุ่งไปที่บ้านของศาสตราจารย์ Hopskin ในขณะโจวโนะอุจิก็มัวแต่ครุ่นคิดเกี่ยวกับไมที่เปลี่ยนไปด้วยความคิดที่อยากเอาชนะ

อีกด้านไปก็กำลังโวยวายใส่วารอนที่กำลังหมดพลังหลังจากใช้พลังของ Oracle Curse ลบล้างพลังของ Oracle Curse เพื่อช่วยไมออกมา ไมถามว่าเข้ามาช่วยตนทำไม ราฟาเอลบอกว่าวารอนช่วยไมเอาไว้จากการที่กำลังจะแพ้ต่างหาก โจวโนะอุจิได้รับพลังช่วยเหลือจากมังกรในฐานะที่เป็น Duelist ที่แท้จริงที่ถูกเลือกแล้ว ไมโมโหมากบอกว่าใครจะเป็น Duelist ที่แท้จริงตนจะพิสูจน์ให้ดูเอง ว่าแล้วก็ขี้มอเตอร์ไซด์จากไป

ที่บ้านของศาสตราจารย์ Hopskin มีแขกไม่ได้รับเชิญเข้ามาลักพาตัวศาสตราจารย์ไป รีเบกก้าที่กำลังขี้ม้าอยู่พยายามจะตามเฮลิคอปเตอร์ที่พาคุณปู่ของตนไปแต่ทว่า้บ้านของตนก็เกิดระเบิดซะก่อน และรีเบกก้าก็ได้รับสาสน์เป็นการ์ดจดหมายส่งถึงฟาโรห์ไร้นาม ตกกลางคืนพวกยูกิมาถึงบ้านของศาสตราจารย์เห็นซากบ้านถูกระเบิดก็ตกใจ รีเบกก้าโผล่มาพร้อมกับร้องไห้โผเข้ามาหายูกิ ภายในรถ RV (Recreational Vehicle) รีเบกก้าเล่าให้ฟังถึงเรื่องที่เกิดขึ้น ทุกคนไม่เข้าใจว่าทำไมศาสตราจารย์ Hopskin ถึงเป็นเป้าหมายของพวก Doom ยูกิถามว่าคริสตัลที่ศาสตราจารย์เอาไปยังอยู่ไหม รีเบกก้าเก็บคริสตัลไว้กับตัวตลอดและก็ส่งคืนให้กับยูกิ ยูกิพยายามปลอบใจรีเบกก้าว่ายังไงคุณปู่ก็ต้องปลอดภัยกลับมาแน่ ๆ ระหว่างทีุ่ทุกคนกำลังทำอาหารเย็นกันอยู่ ฮางะกับริวซากิก็แอบไปค้นหา Rare Card ที่ซากบ้านของศาสตราจารย์แต่ก็ไม่พบอะไร แล้วทั้ง 2 คนก็แอบได้ยินเสียงของรีเบกก้ากับยูกิที่แอบออกมาคุยกันข้างนอก รีเบกก้าบอกยูกิว่าจริงๆ แล้วตนได้จดหมายเป็นการ์ดส่งถึงยูกิ ในจดหมายเป็นคำท้าทายจากราฟาเอลถึงฟาโรห์ไร้นามว่าให้ออกมาเผชิญหน้าคนเดียวหากต้องการช่วยศาสตราจารย์ Hopskin ยูกิตั้งใจที่จะช่วยรีเบกก้าจึงบอกไม่ต้องห่วง คืนนั้นยูกิจึงแอบทุกคนขี้ม้าตรงไปหาราฟาเอลเพียงคนเดียว ฮางะกับริวซากิที่แอบฟังเรื่องที่ยูกิกับรีเบกก้าคุยกันก็แอบขี้จักรยานตามยูกิไปด้วย คืนนั้นโจวโนะอุจิรู้สึกตัวและเห็นยูกิไม่อยู่ก็โวยวายหาว่าไปโดยไม่บอกใครได้ยังไง โจวโนะอุจิจึงคิดที่จะตามยูกิไปพอออกมาก็เห็นศาสตราจารย์ Hopskin กำลังเดินกลับมา โจวโนะอุจิบอกให้อันซุอยู่ดูแลศาสตราจารย์กับรีเบกก้าด้วย ส่วนตนฮอนดะกับโอโทงิจะตามยูกิไป ยูกิขี่ม้ามุ่งหน้าไปหาราฟาเอลที่กำลังคอยอยู่อย่างตั้งใจ

Target is nameless Pharoah

After hearing Pegasus's story, Jyoonouchi has only realized that Doom organization is behind all stories. There are many details he doesn't understand. Defeaing Doom, power of 3 dragons is required. However, Kaiba refuses to work in team. He would like to perform and stand alone by his own style. Then he and Mokuba leaves the room. Haga and Ryuusaki are still looking for rare cards in Pegasus's room. Everybody is thinking what he or she should do next. Yugi suggests that he should go to see Professor Hopskin. Professor may have some idea about Doom. Yugi and his friends see Kaiba and Mokuba flying away. Otogi tells his friends to go by his car. Jyoonouchi still much worries about Mai.

On the other side, Mai is complaining for what Varon did. She asked why he had to help her. Raphael told her that Varon saved her from the duel against Jyoonouchi who is a chosen duelist having power of Hellmos. Mai is very furious and tells him that she will show which person is the true duelist. Then Mai leaves Varon and Raphael.

At Professor Hopskin's house, unexpected guests appear and take him on a helicoptor. Rebecca who is riding horse tries to follow her grandfather. Then the house is explored. Rebecca gets a card letter to nameless Pharaoh. Yugi and his friends reach the house at night. They much wonder when they see burnt ruins. Rebecca comes out and cries with Yugi. She told him that his grandfather was kidnapped. Everybody has no idea why Professor Hopskin is the target. Yugi asks Rebecca for a crystal he gave to Professor Hopskin. Rebecca always keeps it with her. Then she gives it back to Yugi. Yugi tells Rebecca not to worry. Her granfater must be safe and back soon.

During dinner, everybody is preparing for the meal. Ryuusaki and Haga are looking for rare cards in the burnt ruins. Both of them hear the voice of conversation. Yugi and Rebecca are talking. Rebecca told Yugi that in fact, she got a card letter to him. In the letter, it is a challenge to nameless Pharaoh. If he would like to save Professor Hopskin, he has to come to duel against Raphael alone. Yugi tells Rebecca not to worry. He will go and help her grandfather. At night, Yugi rides the horse and goes to see Raphael alone. Ryuusaki and Haga also follows him. Jyoonouchi gets up at night and sees that Yugi is away. He is very furious why Yugi has to go alone. When Jyoonouchi is going to follow him, he sees that Professor Hopskin is returning. Jyoonouchi lets Anzu take care of Professor and Rebecca while he, Otogi and Honda are going to follow Yugi...
