An anticipative enemy

Yugi and his friends reache the gas station. The driver gets off the car and disappears. Everybody goes to find him. Then Jyoonouchi draws everybody's attention to hear some noise. It is the noise of motorcycles's group. People riding motorcycles come towards them. Without feeling of friendship, everybody tries to run back to the car. However, the motorcycle gang surronds them, takes the tubes and starts attaking them. Suddenly, a woman riding another motorcycle appears and throws a card to save them. Everybody can go back and get on the car. Jyoonouchi notices that her card is Harpy Lady. When he sees a women's face in a helmet, he is sure that she must be Mai. A motorcycle falls down and crashes to the gas station. Jyoonouchi and his friends run away in time before the explosion. Jyoonouchi feels releasing when he sees that Mai is also safe. He tells everybody that she must be Mai. Then Honda continues driving to Industrial Illusion of Pegasus.

Kaiba and Mokura are leaving Pegasus's castle. Mokuba much worries about what Kaiba Corporation is the cause of the death of Amelda's brother, while Kaiba thinks about his strange dream and mysterious dragon card. Mokuba asks his brother if he is going back to the company. Kaiba tells him to find the answer at Industrial Illusion, the company of Pegasus.

During the trip, the car has some problem and is unable to run. Yugi and his friends have to carry their baggages and continue walking. They would like to hurry to go to Pegasus's company. Then there is a small truck running to them. They ask the driver to transport them to Industrial Illusion company. On the truck, Anzu asks Jyoonouchi if he is sure about Mai. Jyoonouchi said that he saw Harpy Lady. That must definitely belong to Mai. He also feels happy to see Mai become greater and stronger. Anyway, Yugi still worries how Mai knew that they were there.

On the other side of San Francisco, Haga and Ryuusaki are getting lost. Haga's purse is snatched. Luckily, Otogi appears there and helps him. When he knows that Yugi and the others are also in America, he drives to Pegasus's company with Haga and Ryuusaki.

Yugi and his friends reach Industrial Illusion company. They see anybody working. Anzu tries to contact anyone but she fails. Then shutter at the entrance is closed. Everybody realizes that he or she is in a trap of someone. He or she hears the noise of motorcycle. Mai rides it and appears herself to her friends. Jyoonouchi is happy to see her again. He thanks for Mai's help and asks if she knows where Pegasus is. Mai draws a card and says that Pegasus is gone. After dueling against Pegasus, Mai gained power of the Seal of Oracle Course and won Pegasus. Then she got Pegasus's soul in a card shown to Yugi and his friends. They are very shocked. Varon and Raphael are seeing at the second floor. Varon tells them that not only Pegasus's soul but also Jyoonouchi and nameless Pharaoh's souls which Mai are going to take. Mai tells Varon to stay away because this is her match. Jyoonouchi thinks about Mai's promise after Battle City that she would keep good relationship and try her best for the following day. So, he has no idea what happens to her now. Mai chooses to first duel against Jyoonouchi. Without his response, Mai draws a crad and plays the Seal of Oracle Curse. Power of darkness covers both Mai and the field. Mai summons a Harpy Lady with 500 powered up from Oracle Curse Ring. Mai ends her turn and tells Jyoonouchi to start his duel. Jyoonouchi refuses to duel. He doesn't want to duel and end the game with losing a soul of one side...
