โจวโนะอุจิส่งการ์ด Baby Dragon ลงมา ขณะนั้นเองที่พวกฮอนดะเพิ่งรู้ตัวว่ายูกิกับอันซุหายไป อิชิซุขอร้องให้ยูกิช่วยน้องชายตนด้วย ยูกิสัญญาว่าจะช่วยและชนะเกมส์แห่งความมืดของมาริคให้ได้ อันซุรู้สึกตัวแต่ก็จำอะไรตอนที่มาริคอีกคนสิงร่างไม่ได้เลย กลับมาที่ไคบะ ไคบะใช้การ์ดปิดผนึกการตั้งรับกับโจวโนะอุจิและให้ Blue Eye White Dragon โจมตีใส่ Monster ของโจวโนะอุจิ โจวโนะอุจิใช้การ์ดเวทย์มนตร์เพิ่ม LP ของตัวเองได้ทันก่อนที่จะถูกโจมตีทำให้รอดจากการโจมตีนี้ไปได้ และแล้วโจวโนะอุจิก็ใช้ไม้เด็ดของตนคือการ์ดจอมเวทย์กาลเวลาบนสนามกับ Baby Dragon ให้เป็นมังกรพันปี แต่ Blue Eye White Dragon ของไคบะไม่ได้แก่ตามไปด้วยเพราะผลของการ์ดเวทย์มนตร์ของไคบะ ถึงจุดนี้โจวโนะอุจิเตรียมใจแพ้ไว้เรียบร้อยแล้วและรู้ว่าไคบะนั้นเก่งมากจริงๆ แต่โจวโนะอุจิไม่ได้รู้สึกเสียใจเลยกลับรู้สึกสนุกซะอีกและย้อนถามไคบะว่าไม่สนุกเหรอ ไคบะก็เรียก Team มังกรออกใหญ่รวมทั้งทำการ Fusion มังกร 2 ตัวเรียก Double Thunder Dragon ออกมาด้วย โจวโนะอุจิต้องเผชิญหน้าทัพมังกรของไคบะขณะที่ตนมีมังกร 1,000 ปีแค่ตัวเดียว ทัพมังกรของไคบะโจมตีเข้าใส่โจวโนะอุจิจนแพ้ไปในที่สุด โจวโนะอุจิยอมรับในความแข็งแกร่งของไคบะ ตนเพิ่งรู้สึกตัวว่าอันซุกับยูกิไม่อยู่ทำไมไม่มาดูการ Duel ของตนและรีบวิ่งไปหายูกิ ไคบะกำลังจะไปจากเกาะ Alcatraz เพราะคิดว่าการ Duel ของตนที่ Battle City นี้ได้จบลงแล้ว อิชิซุเดินมาหาไคบะและพูดบทกลอนในอดีตที่แสดงถึงมิตรภาพของเพื่อนและความลับของศิลาหิน ไคบะบอกว่าตนไม่สนใจเรื่องในอดีิตและไม่มีความเชื่อเรื่องโบราณของขลัง โมคุบะขอให้พี่ชายตนลืมความแค้นแล้วหันกลับมาเล่นเกมส์อย่างสนุกเหมือนเคยซักทีหลังจากทำลายสัญลักษณ์แห่งความแค้นคือ Alcatraz ไปซะที ด้านโจวโนะอุจิก็เดินไปบอกผลกับยูกิแต่ถึงแพ้ก็ไม่ได้รู้สึกเสียใจเลย และยูกิก็เดินขึ้นไปบนสนามประลองเพื่อทำการประลองรอบสุดท้ายกับมาริค ไคบะได้ตัดสินใจใหม่ที่จะเดิมพันกับยูกิด้วย Key Card ที่จะใช้ในการรับมือกับราห์ ไคบะได้กลับขึ้นไปที่สนามประลองและมอบการ์ดนั้นให้กับยูกิก่อนการ Duel รอบสุดท้ายจะเริ่มขึ้น...

Jyoonouchi summoned Baby Dragon on the field while Honda and Otogi just realized that Yugi and Anzu weren't there. Isis asked Yugi to help his brother and Istar family from a shadow. Yugi promised that he win Marick'a shadow game. Anzu recoverd her consciousness and remembered nothing while Marick controlled her mind. Turn back to Kaiba, Kaiba used his trap card not allow Jyoonouchi's monster being in defense mode anymore. Then Blue Eye White Dragon attacked to Jyoonouchi's monster. Luckily, he could power up his LP in time before the attack, so he passed this crisis turn. At last, Jyoonouchi used his professional technique Time Magician with Baby Dragon. Bady Dragon became 1,000 year dragon but Blue Eye White Dragon of Kaiba had no change because of effect from magic card of Kaiba. At this time, Jyoonouchi realized that Kaiba was really very strong and he didn't feel upset. On contrast, he feft happy and enjoyed with this duel. He asked Kaiba back if he didn't enjoy this duel. Kaiba continued the duel to summon the army of many dragons while Jyoonouchi had only one 1,000 year dragon. He also fused 2 dragons and became Double Thunder Dragon. The army of Dragons attacked to Jyoonouchi at the end of this game. Jyoonouchi lost. He saw that Yugi and Anzu weren't there to watch his duel and hurried to see Yugi. Kaiba decided to leave Alcatraz because his battle city already finished. Isis came to see him and asked him to help Yugi. Also, she said an acient poem that presented the friendship between the priest and Pharoah a long time ago. Kaiba still refused the past. Whatever he believed in was only future. Mokuba asked his brother to leave his hate with Alcatraz after it was exploded. Kaiba changed his mind to gamgle with Yugi. He turned back to the final duel between Yugi and Marick and submitted a key card to fight Ra with Yugi before the last game started...
