The one who inherits the light!

The dark priest Akunadin is finally destroyed by the white dragon inside the priest Seto's mind. Before Akunadin disappears, he hopes his son will become the king.

Then Seto gains his consciousness. Wondering why he is here, Seto reminds himself of what is going on. His father Akunadin killed himself and then took control his mind and body to duel against Pharaoh. Seto is safe because Kisara helps him destroy darkness inside his mind. Pharaoh Atem tries to hold Seto up and asks whether Seto is fine. Both Pharaoh and Seto are watching over the destroyed kingdom under the sunlight. They are sharing their feeling to what happenned. Many people had to lose their lives for this Kingdom, so the rests should go on to the future. Then Pharaoh Atem asks Seto fulfill his one request. He asks him take over his throne and become the next Pharaoh. Seto is amazed, telling Pharaoh Atem that he has to duel against Pharaoh again here to beat him and then become the next king. Anyway, Pharaoh Atem is afraid that his time is almost running up. His body starts disappearing while Seto is getting amazed. Pharaoh Atem tells Seto that he has already recovered entire memory, so he has to go now. The result of this war is different from the outcome 3,000 years ago. In the past, Pharaoh sacrificed himself with Zork and sealed his soul with it inside a millennium puzzle. Then a millennium puzzle was scattered in pieces until little Yugi could resolve them. However, the result of this war was the victory of Pharaoh and the priests. This is a memory world of Pharaoh. As a result, Pharaoh Atem has no memory of this victory from this point on and a millennium puzzle wasn't scattered. After that, Pharaoh Atem interits a millennium puzzle to Seto and tells him to become the next king and bring peace to the kingdom. Giving a millennium puzzle to Seto, Pharaoh's body disappears. Seto is holding a millennium puzzle, looking into the sky and reminding himself of Pharaoh with his Blue Eyes White Dragon standing beside him.

Back to the present world, little Yugi, Jyoonouchi, Honda and Anzu are looking at Bakura falling down on the R.P.G table. Every place on R.P.G table has already been destroyed. Suddenly, light comes straight to little Yugi. Yami Yugi is back when he reopens his eyes. Everybody starts calling Yami Yugi as Atem and he or she is glad that he is safe. Atem is also happy to see that all of his friends are safe from a shadow game of Bakura. Then everybody moves closer to see how Bakura is. Bakura would like to find Pharaoh's real name, he started playing this shadow game. Jyoonouchi takes up a millennium ring and gives it to Atem who better keeps it. Atem thinks that he shouldn't give this millennium item to anybody until he seals a shadow power inside it by himself. Eveybody is looking around, and checking a mummy of Akunadin that is now broken and the battle fields which they passed through. Atem looks at the ruins on R.P.G table and reminds himself of Seto. He believes Seto to be the next Pharaoh and to create a new kingdom. The inheritted light is shining very brightly over the new generation with a new Pharaoh. A picture of Seto as a king following by the six priests is being expressed. It seems that later Mana become a holder of a millennium item as well.

Then Atem takes up a millennium puzzle and puts on it as usual. This stage of recovering Pharaoh's memory has ended. A next test is waiting for Pharaoh in Egypt....
