The final battle has begun. The surviving people are the priest Seto, Shada, Isis, Pharaoh and Shimon. Most of them hardly have power left while the dark priest remains full power and Zork's power is merely little decreased.

The battle starts again on the ground. Mana gives her power to Mahado. Then Mahado directly attacks Zork by Black Burning Magic. Anyway, Zork seems not to get any hurt. Then Zork counterstrikes by great power, sending the soldiers, Pharaoh and the others sprawling. The priest Shada comes to block Pharaoh from the Zork's strike. Pharaoh tries to call Shada who finally falls down. It seems that Shada has already gone. The dark priest says that there are merely two priest surviving now (The priest Seto and Isis). Even Pharaoh has got too much injury to summon Ba of gods. The dark priest also tells Seto that resisting dark power of Zork is such a fool. At this point, Seto has just realized that the dark priest is, in fact, the priest Akunadin. Seto is really shocked and he asks Akunadin the reason of the stupid betrayal. The dark priest Akunadin reminds himself of Seto's childhood. When Akunadin received a millennium eye and became a priest, his son Seto looked at him like a monster and trembled. In fact, this monster is really his father. Although this is the truth, Akunadin doesn't give Seto the answer. Seto doesn't care about Akunadin anymore. He tells Akunadin that he will beat him while Akunadin tells him that Seto's Ka can't be against dark power. Seto lets his Ka, Dious, attack the dark priest. However, the dark priest completely obliterates Dious, causing Seto falls on his knees with pain. Then Mana and Mahado come in front of thim to protect him. The dark priest tells Seto to look at his power carefully. The dark priests activates his power to regenerate the death evils out of the ground. The dead spirits start attacking Pharaoh's army. Many soldiers are killed. Shimon tells everbody to surround Pharaoh to protect him. Mahado and Mana also try to block the strike. Shimon tells Isis that her Ka has no chance on the battle and lets she give all of her Ba to Pharaoh. After that Shimon takes a millennium Ankh from Shada. He plan to borrow Shada's power to summon Exodia.

While the battle has been running, the dark priest comes closer to Seto and tells Seto that he is going to give him power. He lets Seto follow his way. Then two of them disappear from the battle field. They reappear at the inner courtyard in front of the royal palace, being destroyed. The soldiers are all running around. Akunadin tells Seto that this world is going to be destroyed and Zork is going to create a new world of darkness. When Seto sees that the palace being collapsed, he reminds himself of Kisara staying inside. He hurries to get into the royal palace to save her. However, the dark priest stops him. He tells him that if that girl dies, such a great power will come to him. Seto stops thinking about greater power. Then Akunadin says that he is making his son become the great king of dark world. When Seto hears that he is the dark priest's son, he is very shocked...
