The battle in the holy tomb

Hasan explains to Pharaoh that he intends to protect Pharaoh until the end following the will of previous Pharaoh, Akunumkanon, whose memory is kept at the tablet. This is because previous Pharaoh had known that the destruction would come to the world in one day. Pharaoh Yugi has just realized the intention of his dad who not only sacrificed his own life in order to protect the kingdom but also intended to protect himself.

After seeing Hasan, who could stand the fire attack, Zork thinks that he must come from the dead world. Hasan says that he is Zork's shadow. If Zork is a shadow of the darkness, he is a shadow of light. Both shadows should be destroyed together. Pharaoh asks Akunadin what his purpose is for this betrayal. Akunadin answers him that it may be true that Pharaoh represents god and can control the great three gods. However, there is the greater power, which even Pharaoh can be against, hidden inside darkness . Then the dark priest shows such a great power again. Pharaoh and Hasan are strongly attacked. Hasan can't move while Pharaoh is almost falling down. Suddenly, Mahado comes out to protect all of them by openning another dimension, Hades, to absorb the attack in. Madado tells Pharaoh that time starts running now and lets him see his back. When Pharaoh turns back, he finds all priests have gained back their consciousness and movement. All priests are amazed when they see the great beast being resummonned. Seto is wondering whether the dark priest is really... Hasan tells Pharaoh that there is only one way to destroy Zork. That key depends on Pharaoh's real name that his friends are searching it.

Back inside the Pharaoh's tomb, Jyoonouchi and his friends are being chased by the soldier statues because the time is running again now. However, they can finally reach the exit of the maze and continue their way into the next room. There, they find Bakura standing on the other side of the sidewalk with an abyss below (The same sidewalk that Sugoroku almost fell down in episode 279). He challenges Yugi a duel if he wants to pass through this way. The duel disks appear from both Yugi and Bakura's arms. Yugi walks into the middle of the sidewalk and starts dueling against. This is a shadow game. Each player has 4000 LP. Of course, the loser must sacrifice his life. The battle between Yugi and Bakura begins. First turn comes to Yugi. He sets a reverse card, summons a monster, Mashumelon (3/300/500), in defense mode, and ends his turn. Bakura thinks that it is such a small fish. Next turn comes to him. He summons a dead knight Des Gulliver,( Kiryookishi Kishi Tes Gulliver Knight 4/1900/1800) in attack mode. Yugi thinks that he has no idea what kind of deck he has. However, he will tries his best to win this duel and go to save Yami Yugi as fast as possible.
