[ Chapter 1 ]

At Kaiba Corporation...Kaiba is busy on his computer.

Speaker: Seto Kaiba. A organization head person would like to speak with you on video phone.

Kaiba: Put him on.

Speaker: Right away.

On a TV monitor, a shadow of a man is shown.

???: Greetings Seto Kaiba. It's a pleasure to meet you.

Kaiba: Whatever. Who are you and what do you want?

???: My name isn't really important. But my organization is very popular. I am the head president of Nimh Org, top animal research organization.

Kaiba: I heard enough. You're just another company wanting to sell cheap junk. Well guess what. I'm not interested in what your research maybe. So let's just leave it at that okay?

???: You don't seem to get the point. I'm not here to sell anything. I'm here to, ask you for something.

Kaiba: Then what is it then?

???: I am hosting a Duel Monsters tournament in America. Thing is, our locating system is in need of work. So, would you mind if we made special cards similar to the Locator Cards you used in your previous Battle City tournament? Any money we get from our stocks we will give 50% of.

Kaiba: Hmph. Thanks for the offer. But I don't need any more money than I already have. I'm already the richest company president in the world. You should save your money for your own thing. Go ahead with your tournament, just don't bother me showing up.

The monitor turns off. Now we're in some room with the man and some scientist.

Scientist: It looks like he doesn't accept the deal sir.

???: No matter. We don't need him anyway. Go ahead with the locator cards.

Scientist: But, he just said we can't...

???: He said go on with the tournament. But he didn't say nothing about not using his locator cards. *scientist is amazed* In order to get the things you want out of life, you must get over the necessary things. He doesn't have to know we're using his old system. Especially with the new, surprise addition to my tournament. And when everything ends, I will be the one who can control the world.

Scientist: But. Are you sure that...

???: Do not question me. That girl with the Red Heart will come and try to stop me. I know, because I know the exact outcome of what is going to happen. And there's nothing she, anyone can do a thing about it. Hm hm hm.

Chapter 1

The Mysterious Organization Nimh...

At the Game Shop...Yugi's grandpa is busy working on sorting the shelves.

Grandpa: Hmph. Everytime I get something for my shop, I have to put everything on the shelves while Yugi is in school. *he then accidently makes the shelf fall on him, he gets out of the debrie* I really miss summer.

The door opens and a bell rings on top of the door.

Grandpa: Oh a customer. *goes to desk* Hello. Welcome to Game Shop. How may I help....you?

He notices something about person coming in. But we don't see her face *yes, it's a female*.

???: Excuse me. Are you Solomon Moto?

Grandpa: Yes I am.

???: You must be the grandfather of a Yugi Moto. Is that right?

Grandpa: Yes. I'm him.

???: Is Yugi home? I've come far away to meet him.

Grandpa: Well he's at school right now.

???: So I see. Well I guess I can come back later.

Grandpa: Actually, you can wait here for a while. I mean he should be home pretty soon anyway.

???: Oh no. I can't.

Grandpa: Nonsense. Now follow me into the living room.

She follows him.

Grandpa: You can sit here. *she sits on the couch* Would you like anything to eat or drink?

???: Well. Maybe if you have some cheese?

Grandpa: I might of figured by your face. I'll be right back.

He leaves the room. Meanwhile...at Domino High School.....We see Joey in a desperate mood, while he is in front of a chalkboard trying to solve an equation. He is really desperate.

Tea: Psst. Yugi. You think he'll solve this problem?

Yugi: I don't know. Maybe.

Joey is really nervous. Then he goes over board and solves the problem. He looks at the answer and the teacher makes a remark.

Teacher: Nice job Mr. Wheeler. *Joey is relieved* Now solve this problem.

Joey looks at the large equation and he freaks. The bell rings.

Joey: Saved by the bell.

Everyone is leaving.

Teacher: Mr. Wheeler, I expect you to do better, after break.

Joey is nervous. Outside of school...

Joey: Man. I'm glad to be out of there. One more minute in Geometry and I might be toast.

Tea: Well maybe you wouldn't be struggling if you'd pay attention.

Joey: Hey it ain't easy!

Tristen: Yeah. Which is why you're failing the course.

Joey: I'm not failing! I have a D+ going!

Tristen: And in your fathers book, it means flunk! Failure! Loser!

Joey: Tristen! I don't need your insults!

Tristen: Then maybe you outta study.

Joey: Grrrr...

Yugi: Take it easy Joey. You can use the extra set of notes I've made for you to study with.

Joey: Thanks man.

Tea: Yeah. It's not like you don't do notes anyway.

Joey: Hey! The teacher hates me! He always calls me up just to scold me.

Yugi: Don't worry Joey. If you can succeed in Duel Monsters, you can succeed in Geometry. After all, it took you weeks to get the hang of the game.

Joey: You're right.

Tristen: Yeah. But how Joey plays, he doesn't need brains he needs luck. And he doesn't use brains at all anyway.

Joey: Hey!

Tea: Wait. Joey has a brain?

Joey: I have a brain! I just don't use it.

Later on some street.

Yugi: So guys, wanna come over to my house? We can watch the new Monster Mania video I have.

Joey: Can't. I have to clean my room.

Tristen: Man. First Geometry, now your room? What more can you forget?

Yugi: So then can you come.

Tristen: Umm...Well....

Joey: You have to do the same thing, huh Tristen?

Tristen: Well...Yeah? So what?

Tea: I have to do my room too. Leaving it dirty all summer is making my mom angry.

Yugi: I see. Well okay then. You guys free tomorrow?

Joey: You bet. I'm free tomorrow.

Tea: We got a whole week to do things. Lets plan something for the week tomorrow.

Yugi: Sounds okay.

Tristen: Yeah. But just don't ask me for anything okay?

Yugi: Alright. I'll see you tomorrow then.

Tea: Bye Yugi.

They're leaving.

Joey: See ya Yugi.

Yugi gets on a bus for home. Then the bus reaches the Game Shop. He goes in.

Yugi: Grandpa! I'm home from school!

Grandpa: Good your home Yugi. Someone is here to see you.

Yugi: Huh? Someone wants to see me?

Grandpa: Yes. She's been waiting for you. Obviously something important.

Yugi: What could she want?

They go into the living room.

Grandpa: Yugi. This is Mrs. Brisbee. Mrs. Brisbee, this is Yugi.

Brisbee: Nice to meet you Yugi.

Yugi: Nice to meet you too.

Brisbee: Mr. Muto. May I speak with him alone?

Grandpa: Certainly. I'll be at my counter if you need me.

He leaves.

Yugi: So I guess you wanted me for something. What is it you want?

Mrs. Brisbee takes off her hood cloth. She is a human size mouse.

NOTE: She is a character from Secret of Nimh. I haven't seen all of the first movie yet. I don't remember from the second movie of her being dead in the end of the first or not *hope not* but if she is dead in the second movie, then I'm still keeping her alive. I'm not gonna let her death ruin my story.

Yugi: You're...you're...

Brisbee: A mouse? Yes. I'm a field mouse from my home in Kansas *dunno if that's right, oh well*. That's in America.

Yugi: Oh I get it. You must be one of those kind of animals that can walk and talk like humans. I've seen people like you.

Brisbee: *shakes head* I'm afraid I'm just an average, every day field mouse. You know, small and totally defenseless.

Yugi: But you don't look small. You're practicly bigger than me.

Brisbee: Well..That's because...I can change shape from a small mouse, to a big mouse.

Yugi: Magic?

Brisbee: Maybe this was a bad idea.

Yugi: Wait! If you say you can change shape, could you show me?

After a moment.

Brisbee: Alright.

She takes out some stone that was around her neck. Then she focuses into her stone as it glows. She begins to shrink in front of Yugi. She is her ordinary size, which is of course a tiny mouse. Yugi bends down to look at her.

Yugi: Wow. You can change shape.

Brisbee: Yes. My magic stone, the Red Heart in which I call it, is a mystical stone of my father. It has magical powers. It can do anything I set my mind to. Like the shape change for instance, and the ability to speak your language.

Yugi: I get it. So I wouldn't be able to understand you in your native tongue unless you use your powers to do so.

Brisbee: Yes. *returns to normal size* This is how I was able to get here. To find you.

Yugi: So..Why is it that you've come here?

Brisbee: Yugi. I need your help. We need your help.

Yugi: Who's we?

Brisbee: Me and the other animals at home. They are in great danger of, of....Nimh.

Yugi: Nimh? Who'st that?

Brisbee: Nimh. It's a name that I did not know for a while until I was involved in a horrid event when trying to save my family. And...well..I think maybe my stone can help explain things better. I can use it to show you the events of the past.

Yugi: Events of the past.....Hmm..Maybe I'll be able to understand why you need my help with this Nimh.

Brisbee: Thank you. Now just close your eyes for the time being. *He does so* Okay, now relax and let my magic become a part of you.

She holds the stone to Yugi's head. It glows brightly. In some white place, Yugi opens his eyes in his mind. Mrs. Brisbee is with him as she shows him a labotory.

Yugi: What is this place?

After a moment...

Brisbee: This is...Nimh.

[ Chapter 2 ]

Nimh's Past Revealed!

Yugi and Mrs. Brisbee are in the labotory of Nimh.

Yugi: This is Nimh?

Brisbee: Yes. Horrible isn't it?.

Yugi notices all kinds of bad things. Torture devices, many knives, and things that can harm animals during experimentations.

Yugi: This is awful. Is this what Nimh does?

Brisbee: To what we know. But, yes. All this, is nothing compared of what you will see. Follow me.

Yugi follwos her into some room.

Brisbee: Look.

Yugi looks to see some scientists injecting needles into many rats and mice.

Yugi: This isn't animal research. This is...torture! *he is in shock* Why would they do such a thing.

Brisbee: That wasthen. But many things come back to haunt you. Especially for my husbend. That is how he was...

Yugi: Mrs. Brisbee.....

Brisbee: Let's continue.

Her stone glows as time accelerates further.

Brisbee: At this point, all the rats and mice in the lab were now, intelligent. They used it to escape. It was my husbend who got everyone out, and gained respect from the rats. Everyone went on their lives, to try and avoid ever seeing Nimh again.

Yugi: I see. So what ever happened to your husbend. I mean, who was he? And what happened that made him...

Aftera bit.

Brisbee: He was captured by Nimh again. I didn't know who Nimh was for awhile. But back then, it was sad to see my husbend, Johnathen, suffer from those men. I hadt o raise my family alone.

Yugi: I'm sorry.

Brisbee: I didn't find out about Nimh until I was involved with a plan of the rats to leave for the Thorn Valley. A place away from Nimh. Which is how I found out about my husbends past, and how I got the Red Heart. It saved my family. I was hoping to never see Nimh again. But some years later, I heard from my children that Nimh was gonna strike the Thorn Valley. But thanks to Timonthy, Nimh was destroyed forever. At elast, that's what we all thought.

Yugi: What? Nimh managed to get back into business?

Brisbee: I guess you can say that. You see, this is a bad time for me. Not too long ago, I had a new baby.

Yugi: But, you can't have another baby unless you...

Brisbee: You'd be amazed how soem rodents can control birth for a long time. Anyways, this is a bad time. Because I had a dream, a dream about Nimh's plan to destroy the world for everyone. Man and beast.

Yugi: What is their plan?

Brisbee: I don't know. But it has something to do with a device that I call, The Black Box. But I saw a horrid vision of what it does.

Yugi: What happened. Tell me please!

After another moment...

Brisbee: Total change of the world.

Yugi: No...

Brisbee: It's horrible. Everything...Everyone is...gonna transform into horrible monsters!

Yugi: Ahh.

Brisbee: Yes. And not even my Red Heart can stop Nimh. They're using a strange device that let's them call upon monsters that I've never seen before. My magic cannot stop the monsters. For I had a close encounter with one.

Yugi: Show me....

The Red Heart glows and they are in another place.

Yugi: Is this the place of the encounter?

Brisbee: Yes. Look.

Yugi sees a man wearing a Duel Disk.

Yugi: No way! That's a Duel Disk!

Brisbee: Is that what it's called?

Yugi: Not only that, but I think that the monsters you're talking about, are Duel Monsters!

The man summons a Berserk Gorilla. It attacks everything in site. Destroying trees, fields, and such. Many creatures are also attacked by the Berserk Gorilla. Yugi is in horror of this.

Yugi: Stop it! Stop doing this!

He goes for the scientist, but he goes through him.

Brisbee: He's only a memory Yugi. All this is only memory.

Yugi: Yes but...This memory is horrible.

Berserk Gorilla continues attacking. He can also shoot fire from his mouth you know.

Yugi: (This is awful. He's using Duel Monsters for destruction.)

Yugi closes his eyes and then after a bit he opens them. He is now in a house. A rather strange house of things.

Yugi: Where are we?

Brisbee: In my home. Right after the inccident I fell into faint. I was out for a few days.

Yugi: A few days? Oh.

After a moment.

Brisbee: It was a horrible site Yugi. And I couldn't do a thing to stop that monster. During the time of faint, I had a dream about the Black Box that I mentioned to you earlier. And I also saw of how I could prevent the destruction of the world. The Great Owl told me about it in my dreams.

Yugi: Grea Owl?

Brisbee: He is the wise being of our home. He knows all and sees all. He knows about everything in this world. He told me, to find the King of Games.

Yugi: The Kign of Games..That's me.

Brisbee: The Great Owl said that my power alone won't stop the evil of Nimh. He told me I had to find the inner power of a heart that uses it for pure good. The King of Games is said to have such heart. But I'd have to leave my home to find that person. So I left my home, and baby with a caretaker and left using my stone's guidance to help track you down. I searched all across the land, and then it lead me to you. I have learned about the true identity of the King of Games to be, you.

Things glow even brighter. Then Yugi wakes up.

Yugi: Ah. We're back.

Brisbee: Now do you understand my plight?

Yugi: Yes. It's a lot for what seemed to be a no problem. But now I see that everyone on Earth is doomed from Nimh.

Brisbee: Nimh is preparing to force people into making people use these monsters in one place. And it's taking place at home.

Yugi: You mean Nimh is taking their plan at your home?

Brisbee: Yes. Which is why I need your help. Please, I really need you to hlep us. If you don't, the world is doomed. *she sinks into his arms* Pleaes. You're the only person who can save us all.SHe's crying.

Yugi: Mrs. Brisbee....

Yami's spirit appears next to Yugi.

Yami Yugi: Yugi. Perhaps we should assist in helping her. Her magic is really real. If Nimh tries to destroy the world using Duel Monsters, then we need to step in and defeat him.

Yugi: Yes. We must. *Yami disappears* Okay Mrs. Brisbee. I'll do it. I'll help you.

Brisbee: Thank you.

Yugi: It's just another one of those times when someone abuses Duel Monsters for world destruction. It's time for someone to make sure that doesn't happen.

He turns into Yami Yugi.

Yami Yugi: So do not worry. We'll do what it takes to save the world.

Brisbee: THank you.

Later....Yami and Brisbee are walking down the street.

Yami Yugi: In order to find out how we can get to Nimh, we might as well start on the streets.

Brisbee: How will it help?

Yami Yugi: It's like you said. Nimh is using other duelists to help in their take over. So to what I know of a kind of gathering,they must be planning a Duel Monsters tournament. So there must be some kind of sign up area somewhere. There could be one here too. If not, then somewhere else. We'll just have to walk until...

THey see some duelists running along into some ally. Yami and Mrs. B look to see some kind of stand. Words on the banner say, "Duel! Sponored by Nimh."

Brisbee: That must be one.

They go over as the kids leave the ally.

Man: 5 minutes till sign up closures!

Brisbee: We better hurry then.

Yami Yugi: *to man* Excuse me. I would like to sign up for the tournament.

Man: Hmm. Okay. Then is this women your partner?

Brisbee: What?

Yami Yugi: Partner?

Man: This tournament is not a single tournament. You are teamed with a partner as you duel. You play two on two duels, and whoever wins the tournament becomes known as the best Tag Team duelists of the world.

Yami Yugi: So this is tag team...

Man: Yes. Unless you have a partner, I'm afraid I can't let you in.

Yami Yugi: (I can't enter without a partner. And there's no time to go get Joey.) *closes eyes*

Brisbee: I'll enter.

Yami Yugi: What?

Brisbee: I'll enter as Yugi's partner.

Man: Yugi? The Yugi? Team with you? Ha! Give me a break. From the way you look, I don't think you even play Duel Monsters. He wouldn't waste time having you as a partner.

Brisbee: But...

Yami Yugi: Actually..Let her be my partner.

Man: Look buddy. I know what a duelist looks like. And she, oh she doesn't know the basics of Duel Monsters.

Yami Yugi: Is this true? *she nods* No problem. I can teach you everything I know about the game. Just as long as you really want to.

After a moment...

Brisbee: Okay. I'm sure I'm gonna enter.

Yami Yugi: Okay. You heard her. Now enter me adn Mrs. Brisbee into the tournament as tag team partners.

Man: *writing* Okay. You got till Monday till the tournament begins. Take this card. *gives Yami a card* It'll tell you where to be on Monday, 8 p.m.

Yami Yugi: Thank you. Let's go Mrs. Brisbee.

They leave. When they do, the man takes a cell phone out and dials something.

Man: This is #2. She took the bait, just as you said she would.

???: Excellent. All according to plans.

Learn to Duel!

At Game Shop...

Joey: So let me get this straight. You're actually a field mouse that grew to the size of a human using special magic, and that you came all the way from America to find Yugi for his help to defeat some organization called Nimh that plans on destroying the world by using something called the Black Box?

After a moment of shock due to Joey...

Brisbee: Umm..Well yes.

Joey: Hm. Sounds serious. I wonder why Nimh would wanna destroy humanity as it is? I mean they are an animal research organization aren't they?

Tristan: Well take a look at this newspaper article I found. *drops newspaper* It says here that Nimh Org. is hosting a Duel Monsters tournament in Kansas America. It also says that Nimh Org. is one of the top animal research centers in the world. They don't have much info on their research, but they claim that the research is going toward mankind.

Brisbee: That's a lie. Nimh is a horrible thing. Their experiments are nothing of humanity.

Yugi: She's right. I've seen the horrible things Nimh had been doing. It's nothing like any research organization would do.

Joey: Right...But Animal Research centers aren't supposed to do things like you told us.

Tea: Actually, things can be deceiving. You know how people can cover up what they are really doing. Remember Doom Org?

Joey: Yeah. The mysterious game company that was really an evil company bent on taking peoples souls.

Tea: See? Some companys may have secrets that they keep from everyone so they can continue doing them.

Brisbee: At least they didn't continue for long. Somehow a freak accident at Nimh caused them to their disappearance when they found hidden information in the burnt remains of one of their facilities. But I guess not even that can keep Nimh away forever.

Tristan: Hold on. I always thought that documents, no matter how many you collect, has all the necessary info about a company's research? I mean they found a lot of those documents right?

Brisbee: Yes. But apparently, they seemed to claim that there were never any.

Tristan: What?

Joey: I don't get it. Disappearing documents?

Brisbee: Yes. It was like there were never at all. So after that, Nimh reappeared.

Joey: Goes to show that you can never keep a good dog down. But in this case, a bad company.

Yugi: Well this Duel Monsters tournament Nimh is hosting seems strange. First off, why would they want to host a tournament thats based on Duel Monsters? If they want to destroy the world, I bet they could of done it by now.

Joey: Maybe it's just like one of those things where you need something to supply the plan. Like souls for instance.

Brisbee: I'm sorry. I wished I knew more about the Black Box. All I know is, that it can change humanity as it is. It can destroy the way we all live.

Yugi: It's okay. We can worry about that later. Right now, we have to teach you how to play Duel Monsters.

Joey: Say what?

Yugi: This tournament is a Tag-Team tournament. Since there wasn't enough time to get you for this, Mrs. Brisbee volunteered to be my partner.

Joey: And she doesn't know how to play the game?

Yugi: Nope. Which is why I asked Grandpa to make a deck for her. He's already working on it.

Joey: And you want us to help Mrs. B know how the game works?

Yugi: Yep.

Tea: Maybe I can help. Here. *gives Mrs. Brisbee a book* Read this. It'll teach you how to play Duel Monsters. From what I know. Reading helps shape the mind of how to duel.

Brisbee: Okay. *opens book* How...to...play...Duel..Monsters. When...done..with...this..book...You...will...

Yugi: Uh..Mrs. Brisbee. Do you have trouble reading?

Brisbee: Well my husbend taught me how to read. Sorta. And my children have full reading ability. I'm still trying to master reading.

Joey: So...Reading is going to be a problem unless we do something else.

Brisbee: *with sweatdrop* Guess so.

Yugi: Well it looks like we have to teach you by showing you. *Tea gets book back* Okay. Let's show you the cards.

He takes out his deck. Meanwhile with Grandpa...

Grandpa: Let's see. What kind of deck should I use? Hmm...What would be the best possible deck for a young women. Hmm....(Yugi did say she has magic powers. Hard to believe. But since Yugi has the Millenium Puzzle, I think I can believe him.) I know! I know the perfect deck idea.

He goes gets some cards.

Grandpa: Let's get started.

Now back with Yugi...

Yugi: And those are the cards that you use during a duel. You understand?

Brisbee: Yes. There are monster cards, magic cards, and trap cards.

Yugi: Okay. Now let's get to work on how a duel works. Joey? Care to help demonstrate?

Joey: Sure.

Yugi: Okay. Now watch us. You see...

We view out of the Game Shop. Meanwhile...in some labotory....

Scientist: Sir. We just got the list of duelists for the tournament you're hosting. And the one named Mrs. Johnathen Frisby is also a part of the tournament.

???: I already know. #2 told me the reports. And I also know that the world reknown, Yugi Muto is her partner. He is also entering this tournament. And he plans to help her into stoping my plans for world domination.

Scientist: How'd you know Yugi Muto is entering?

???: Let's just say I have my ways....Now tell me. Have you prepared the tournament system?

Scientist: Everything is prepared as you ordered sir. The tournament's Locator Cards, and Field bonus system is complete.

???: Excellent..... Soon everything will be fully ready. As soon as I get the Red Heart, my plan will be complete....

Back with Yugi.

Yugi: Okay. Review time. What is the first thing we do when the duel begins?

Brisbee: Both players must draw five cards from their deck.

Yugi: Good. Now how many cards can a player draw a card during the Draw Phase?

Brisbee: One.

Yugi: Okay. How many times can you Normal summon a monster?

Brisbee: One. But there are cards like Ultimate Offering that let you do more Normal summons by paying 500 lifepoints for each one.

Yugi: Last question. How is the winner of a duel decided?

Brisbee: When one of the players lifepoints drop to 0, if a player can't draw anymore cards because there are no more cards in deck, or when certain cards like Exodia have fulfilled a certain condition for an automatic win.

Joey: Oh, she's good.

Yugi: Okay. Now for the next test. Actual dueling. As soon as Grandpa finishes your deck, we'll head to Kaiba's Gameland for a duel test.

Tea: Speaking of which, how long you think it'll be till he finishes the deck?

Grandpa: Right now.

He comes in with a deck of cards.

Grandpa: Here you go Yugi. One deck made for Mrs. Frisby.

Yugi: Thanks Grandpa. *takes deck, then gives it to Mrs. Brisbee* Here you go Mrs. Brisbee. Your own dueling deck.

Frisby: Thank you. This is very kind of you.

Grandpa: Well you're welcome. And don't worry. It's on me.

Brisbee: Thank you very much Mr. Muto.

Tristan: Hey guys. Ready to go?

Yugi: Yes. Let's go.

They leave.

Grandpa: Have fun!

Meanwhile....back in the labotory of Nimh...

???: So. You're ready to duel. Let's see what you've learned from a human my dear. Hm hm hm.

Now at Kaiba's Gameland....

Yugi: Okay. Here we are. The Duel Ring.

Brisbee: Wow. It's so huge. You sure we need this big place? I mean all we need is a small duel mat.

Yugi: Yeah. But the duels we'll do will have holograms of monsters. I think it's best to do the test here and with holograms. That way you'll not only get used to dueling, but also get used to the holograms.

Brisbee: I see.

Joey: Yeah. So you'll be facing a computer. Right this way.

He leads her to a platform. She gets on and it rises up.

Yugi: Just place your deck in the Deck zone like it should. It's no different from any ordinary duels.

She does so.

Brisbee: Now what?

Yugi: We've placed the computer level to 1 so you can get you ready. We'll go up levels as you progress. Understand?

Brisbee: Yes.

Yugi: Okay. Now remember everything we taught you about the game. If you want to help save your home, and the world, you need to get this now.

Mrs. Brisbee nods and she gets ready.

Computer: Duel level, 1. Please draw cards. *she and the computer get five cards* Now, duel start! (4000/4000 LP)

At Nimh...

???: Time to play.

He hits a button. At the gameland, the place goes funny.

Computer: Duel level, 5, activated. Prepare to duel.

Yugi: Level five?

Joey: That's the highest level. No way she can't handle it.

Brisbee: What's going on Yugi? Why am I stuck here?

Yugi: I don't know. But it looks like you're just gonna have to duel the computer at this level to get out of here. Just don't lose focus. It's still the same duel. Don't let it get to you. No matter what!

Computer: Duel start. Please make first move.

Brisbee: Huh? Who me?

Yugi: Yes. You know now that it's your turn!

Brisbee: Oh right. I know what to do. *draws card* I summon Rogue Doll in attack mode! (1600/1000) And end my turn.

Joey: What's she doing? He didn't set any magic or traps.

Computer: Draw phase, draw card. *it draws a card, the cards float like in KC Grand Prix* Place one card face down. Then summon Giant Orc in attack mode! (2200/0) Now Giant Orc attacks Rogue Doll.

Giant Orc charges and destroys RD with his club. (4000/3400 LP)

Yugi: Hang in there! It's only the first turn.

Brisbee: Yugi!...

Yugi: Remain calm. Just remember your training....

Computer: Giant Orc switches to defense mode after attack. End turn!

Brisbee: Okay. Here goes. *draws card* I summon Gemini Elf in attack mode! (1900/900) And then I equip it with Book of Secret Arts, to increase it's ATK and DEF by 300! (2200/1200) Is this right Yugi?

Yugi: Hm hm. Keep going.

Brisbee: Gemini Elf, attack Giant Orc!

The elfs combine magic to attack GO.

Computer: Activating face down card, Negate Attack! *shows card*

The attack goes into a void.

Computer: Negate Attack stops Gemini Elfs attack, and ends your Battle Phase.

Brisbee: Darn.

Joey: Hey don't forget to set something! You never know what your opponent may do to attack!

Brisbee: Right. One card face down. End turn! (I hope I did good. Mirror Force destroys all attacking monsters made by opponent. That's what Yugi told me it does.)

Computer: Draw phase, draw card. *draws card* Sacrifise Giant Orc, for Jinzo! (2400/1500)

Yugi: Uh oh.

Brisbee: What do you mean, uh oh?

Yugi: Jinzo's bad news for you. Becareful with it.

Computer: Jinzo destroys all traps on the field. So trap cards are useless.

Jinzo's eye beams destroy the Mirror Force card.

Computer: Now playing magic card, Limiter Removal. *shows card* This card doubles all machine type monsters on users field. Jinzo's ATK is now doubled. (4800/1500)

Brisbee: Oh no.

Computer: Jinzo attacks Gemini Elf.

Jinzo uses his Psycho Rays on Gemini Elf. (4000/800 LP)

Brisbee: There goes my protectors.

Yugi: Hang in there!

Computer: End turn. Jinzo is now destroyed due to Limiter Removal.

Jinzo disappears.

Brisbee: *draws card* (Nows my chance to attack. Yugi said I can attack directly if the opponent has no monsters out. But what if it has a stronger monster. I can't summon high level monsters unless I sacrifise. I only have one monster that I can summon, and it's way too weak. I have to go defensive.) I play one monster in defense mode. And end my turn.

Yugi: (At least her lifepoints are safe for now.)

Computer: Draw phase, draw card. *draws card* Summoning Sasuke Samurai. (450/500)

Brisbee: (Hey. The monster has lesser attack points than my monsters defense. If it attacks it, my monsters special ability will activate, and he'll lose lifepoints.)

Computer: Sasuke Samurai's special effect activates. Any monster in face down defense mode attacked by this monster will be destroyed no matter what, and special effects of that monster are negated.

Brisbee: What?!

Computer: Sasuke Samurai attacks defensive monster.

SS attacks the face down monster, Old Vindictive Magician.

Brisbee: (That was my last monster.)

Computer: Now activate magic card, Quick-Strike! *shows card*

Brisbee: What's that?

Computer: This magic card lets a monster attack, even if it already had. Sasuke Samurai attacks opponents lifepoints directly!

SS charges and slashes at Mrs. Frisby. (4000/350 LP)

Yugi: No! Mrs. Frisby!

Joey: Hang in there!

Computer: Set one card face down. End turn!

Brisbee: That was my last playable monster.

She feels a bit upset.

Brisbee: (If I can't even beat the computer, then what chance do I have againest Nimh? Maybe it was a bad idea to even try this. I've failed everyone.)

Yugi: Don't give up!

Tea: Yeah! You can still win!

Brisbee: But how? All I have are these few magic cards, and a very high leveled monster. I can't do anything!

Yugi: Maybe. But there might be a way to use it. You just gotta look at your hand. There's a card that might help you if you look at all possibilities.

Brisbee: (Possibilities. Possibilities........) *sees a card* (Monster Reborn! I can use this to bring back a monster. But then I'd have one monster. And I don't know if my opponent would have something to destroy my monster and then take me out. But Monster Reborn works on traps. And then, if...well...)

Yugi: Also. If you see a possibility and still need something to make it work, you must believe in your deck for the card. You have to believe in the Heart of the Cards.

Brisbee: Heart of the Cards?

Yugi: It's a powerful thing. If you believe, your deck can pull through. You gotta believe in who you're fighting for, and it'll pull through!

Brisbee: Who I'm fighting for...Oh. (I'm fighting for everyone back home. And the other animals everywhere. And the people of this world. I'm fighting for everyone.) *she slowly draws a card* Change of Heart! This is, the one.

Yugi: You know what to do.

Brisbee: Right. *to Computer* Okay. First I play Monster Reborn! *shows card* This lets me bring back a monster from either graveyard. And I choose Jinzo! (2400/1500) Means your trap is useless. *Magic Cylinder is destroyed* Next, I play Change of Heart! *shows card* This card lets me take control of one monster you have. And your samurai is just right. *SS comes to her side of field* Now I sacrifise my two monsters, to summon Cosmo Queen! (2900/2450)

Joey: Woah. Cosmo Queen!

Tea: Powerful card.

Brisbee: Then I'll activate this, Spell Reproduction! *shows card* By discarding two magic cards from my hand, I can bring back one magic card from my graveyard. And I choose this one, *holds up card* Monster Reborn!

Yugi: Alright! Good play!

Joey: She's got him now.

Brisbee: Monster Reborn! *shows card* Now I reborn my Gemini Elf! (1900/900)

Yugi: Good! Now finish him off! Attack with your monsters!

Brisbee: Right. Gemini Elf, Cosmo Queen! Attack!

Gemini Elf and Cosmo Queen attack the computer directly. (0/350 LP)

Joey: And it's over!

Computer: Game over. Winner, Mrs. Johnathon Frisby.

Brisbee: I..I won? I won! Horraay!

Everyone else cheers too. The shackles on Mrs. Brisbee deattach and the platform goes down.

Brisbee: I did it you Yugi I won my first duel.

Yugi: You did. And on the highest level too. Let's go back to the Game Shop and celebrate.

Brisbee: No not yet. I wanna duel some more.

Joey: What? You serious?

Yugi: You sure? We can do more tomorrow. I mean we have till Monday night for the tournament.

Brisbee: Yes. But knowing you, there are bound to be people who are tough like you. I need to get the hang of this now, so that I am ready for when the time to duel is now.

Yugi: I understand. If you'd like to duel again, then get back up there.

She nods and goes back up.

Brisbee: (I can do this.)

Back at Nimh...

???: Just as I expected you to do, you win. But in the end, I will be the winner...

[ Chapter 4 ]

Revealing the Black Box!

It's Monday in Japan now, a few days have past. In some hallway of a labotory...The mysterious man from before enters some room with a window.

Scientist: Sir. We're ready to test the newest installment to the Black Box.

???: Excellent. Let us watch the demonstration.

Scientist: Begin test!

In the room below, some man takes in a strange looking cube. It's all black. They also bring in a cage with a mad dog. The man puts the box close to the cage and puts on a mask. After a bit, a part of the box opens and emits a strange light. The box then closes after a bit. The dog then begins to feel all weird. Then it starts to bulk up, and change. It's even more rabid than before.

Scientist: Begin second phase of test!

The box once again opens up and makes a light. Then it closes and the dog becomes even more weird. It grows horns, it's tail splits, and it's eyes go volcanic red.

Scientist: Final phase!

The box does another opening and closing. The dog becomes enlarged and dangerous. The dog breaks out of the cage and attacks the man. Screams are heard and everyone *we don't see* sees a horrible site. But the mystery man seems to be enjoyed.

???: That's enough for now.

Now a small part of the box opens and shoots a dart at the mutant dog, as it falls to the ground, dead.

???: Clean the mess up. I want things looking good for the next tests.

He exits the room.

Scientist: According to the test results, all phases of the test were successful. The Black Box is fully operational since the last update.

???: Of course it is. I made it to be compatible with many different experimental processors. I've given it many chemicals and changed them into light energy, so when fully exposed to something in front of an object, it'd be like being injected by a needle of chemicals. Ah. Those were the days. Back then, we'd take a lab experiment and inject them with all kinds of things. (Of course. It was a foolish mistake to have the experiments injected with substances that gave intelligence. Luckily that won't happen again.)

Scientist: So when should we start the next set of tests?

???: Soon.

Scientist: What will our test subjects be?

???: Oh that will be of my choice. You'll see.

The scientist is curious.

???: Oh, and I want to see you in my office in an half hour. I expect you there.

Scientist: Yes sir.

Meanwhile...at the Game Shop....Yugi opens the door for Mrs. Brisbee.

Yugi: Good morning Mrs. Brisbee.

Brisbee: Good morning Yugi. Today's the day. And I think I'm ready to duel in the tournament with you.

Yugi: Well we got plenty of time for that. In the meantime, come in. I got something for you.

She goes in and follows Yugi.

Joey: Hey! You're here!

Brisbee: Hello Joey.

Yugi: Tea. Could you go get that box I told you about?

Tea: Oh sure.

Brisbee: Box?

Tea leaves the room and brings in a box.

Tristan: Wonder what could be in it?

He and Joey snicker secretly.

Tea: Here you go Yugi.

Yugi: Thanks Tea. *to Mrs. Brisbee* Mrs. Brisbee. In order to do our final Dueling Test, we have to now graduate you from the Dueling Ring. Behold, *opens box* your very own Duel Disk!

Brisbee: Awww. Wow.

Yugi: *takes it out* Now you'll be able to duel where ever, when ever.

Brisbee: *Yugi gives it to her* Thank you.

Joey: He he. Now you'll be able to play like the big duelists!

Yugi: Yep. You're holding one of Kaiba Corporations greatest design in dueling. This Duel Disk is used to have duels without the use of a Dueling Ring. It works just like a regular duel mat. Only it goes on your arm.

Brisbee: *puts it on* Like this?

Yugi: Yeah. Now you can see many things on this Duel Disk. First off, you can turn it onto Duel Mode by just making a certain arm motion like this. *shows her some arm motion* Now you try. *she does so and the Duel Disk activates* Okay. Now you insert your deck into the Deck Slot here. *she does so* Now look here. These top slots are for the Monster cards. This is the Monster Zone. And the slots here, *points to a part* they are for Magic and Trap card. This is the Magic and Trap card zone. The Field Card slot is right here. *makes the slot open*

Brisbee: Wow. Amazing.

Yugi: And your graveyard is here. You just insert cards whenever you have to send them to the graveyard. Other than that, everything isn't different from actual play. So all that's different are locations. But you probably already got it.

Brisbee: Um hm. Thanks Yugi. For everything.

She hugs him. Yugi blushes.

Yugi: Okay. Well..Now, you ready for the final test. *she nods* Okay. The last test we'll do at Kaiba Gameland, using the Duel Disk system. So you think you can do this?

Brisbee: Yes. I'm ready.

Yugi: Then guys, let's go.

They leave Game Shop.

Meanwhile...at Nimh again. That scientist goe into ???'s office.

Scientist: Hello? Master you there?

No one is there.

Scientist: Hmm....Strange. Guess I better wait here.

As he waits...He notices something on the table. It's the Black Box!

Scientist: Ah. We must be talking about the next test then. If the Black Box is here, then maybe we're doing a private study.

He goes over to the box to check it out. He slowly, but surely touches the box.

Scientist: Wow. So this is what it's like to touch brilliance.

After a bit he goes over to the sink in the corner to wash his hands and face. He first takes off his glasses and begins to wash. Then he hears something. Something falls.

Scientist: Huh?

The Black Box fell on the ground.

Scientist: Uh oh! If it's broken, then I maybe responsible!

He goes over to it quickly and picks it up. It seems okay.

Scientist: It looks fine to me. But does it still work?

Just then, a part of the box opens by itself. The nervous scientist is then hit by a ray of light. He drops the box on the table as he falls to the ground in pain. Then ??? comes in.

???: Well. Looks fine to me.

Scientist: Ugh...Master!....Help..me!

After a bit of struggle from the scientist.

???: How can I? When you're already helping me.

The man begins to mutate into a hideous creature. The beast tries to attack ??? but somehow, strange wave motions come from his mind to send the beast to the wall.

???: Test is over. I guess human mutation is possible. And just in time. Now for one last thing.

The box, which is still open by the way, then glows the brighter light, then shoots a beam of light at the beast. The beast is drained of his energy as it's taken into the box. The beast weakly struggles now.

???: With that I say it works like a charm. I can use the energies of humans to power my box. And what I'm after, I'm sure my box will be very powerful. And yours helped too. And now, to silence you.

The box closes, then a small openning comes out and shoots a dart at the beast, making him silent forever.

???: And that's that. *some scientists come in* Throw him away immediately.

The men take the beast away.

???: Everything is ready. I'm now prepared to get what I want.

Meanwhile...At Kaiba Gameland.....The gang is in another place for using Duel Disks.

Yugi: Okay Mrs. Brisbee, our final dueling lesson will be on dueling in a Tag-Team duel. You must learn to help your partner using you and your partners decks. Both players are to cooroperate, and work together to win. It's no different from normal play, but the turn order is just different. But I think you got the idea when I told you while comming here. *a Duel format of 2 on 2 is shown momentaraly* Understand?

Brisbee: Uh huh.

Yugi: Good. Then let's get ready.

In the stands nearby.

Joey: Here we go. Last duel before tournament.

Tristan: Let's see if Mrs. Brisbee can handle two level 5 computers. Even with Yugi's help, it could be difficult for the both of them.

Tea: Oh relax. It's not like last time where someone's life was on the line.

Joey: Yeah you're right.

On the arena.

Computer1: Computer level, 5, activated.

Computer2: Computer level, 5, activated.

Yugi and Mrs. Brisbee activate their Duel Disks.

Computers: Begin duel! (4000-4000/4000-4000 LP)

Yugi: *draws card* I'll place one card face down, and summon Beta The Magnet Warrior! (1700/1600) That ends my turn.

Computer1: Draw phase, draw card. *draws card* Set five cards face down. End turn.

Brisbee: My turn! *draws card* I play Harpies Feather Duster! *shows card* This card destroys all your Magic and Traps!

A feather appears and swoops the air, blowing the Magic and Traps away.

Brisbee: Then I summon Gemini Elf! (1900/900) And combine it with the Book of Secret Arts! *shows card* It gives it 300 ATK and DEF points! (2200/1200) And I attack the first computer's lifepoints!

Gemini Elf attacks Computer1s lifepoints directly. (1900-4000/4000-4000 LP)

Yugi: With that, I activate my face down card! Quick-Strike! *shows card* This card will let a monster on the field attack, even if they already have once before. And the monster who can attack again is, Gemini Elf!

Brisbee: Gemini Elf, attack!

Gemini Elf attacks Computer1 again. (0-4000/4000-4000 LP)

Computer1: Computer 1, out of duel.

Brisbee: I place one card face down and end my turn.

Computer2: Draw phase, draw card. *draws card* Summoning Gagagigo. (1850/1000) Attacking Beta the Magnet Warrior.

Gagagigo roars and attacks.

Brisbee: Activate face down card, Rush Recklessly! *shows card* This will increase a monster's ATK by 700 for one turn. And Beta is getting the power boost. (2400/1600)

Yugi: Beta the Magnet Warrior! Counter attack!

Beta punches Gagagigo, destroying it. (0-3450/4000-4000 LP)

Computer2: Setting two cards face down. End turn.

Yugi: Alright. Time to end this. *draws card*

Tristan: Check them out. They're kicking butt.

Joey: Yeah. But watch Yugi wipe the floor with this next move.

Yugi: I play Heavy Storm! *shows card* This card destroys all the Magic and Trap cards on the field!

A heavy windstorm forms from the card, and the face down cards are destroyed.

Yugi: Now, I sacrifise Beta the Magnet Warrior, along with Alpha the Magnet Warrior and Gamma the Magnet Warrior from my hand, *Alpha and Gamma appear on the field* so I can combine them together to form Valkrion the Magna Warrior! *they combine into one* (3500/3800) Attack the computers lifepoints with your Magnet Sword!

Valkrion strikes the computer with his sword. (0-0/4000-4000 LP)

Tea: They won!

Tristan and Joey: Way the go Mrs. B!

Computer1: Duel over. Winner, Yugi Muto and Mrs. Johnathon Brisbee.

Brisbee: You did it Yugi.

Yugi: No. We did it.

They shake hands.

Tea: That was great you two. We're so proud.

Tristan: Yeah. Mrs. B is very good. Probably better than Joey when he first started dueling.

Joey: Hey, watch it man! Least I'm better than you.

Brisbee: Thanks you guys. You were all great help.

Yugi: Um hm. And now you're ready. You passed all the training tests. You're now prepared to duel in the tournament.

Brisbee: Thank you.

Joey: Oh don't thank us. Just be glad you got to learn something to help save the world.

Tristan: For once, we got something to agree on.

Joey gets a mad mark on head.

Brisbee: Alright. I'm ready to go now.

Yugi: We got time. Why don't we do some eating before we go.

Brisbee: Actually some breakfest is a good idea.

Day of Reckoning is Here!

It is now 6:40 p.m. Yugi and the gang hurry along the streets.

Joey: Man Yug! Where exactly are we even supposed to be?

Yugi: Well...The card we were given said we were supposed to be at Terminal 15 at Domino Airport. We could of been there sooner, if you hadn't made us wait for you in the bathroom for 3 hours!

Tristan: Yeah Joey. How much coffee did you have man?

Joey: Hey! If you gotta go, you gotta go. Besides, it's not my fault the coffee I had was the super powerful brand.

Tea: Well now you tell us.

They keep running. They turn a corner and they bump into two silvered haired kids.

Kid1: Hey watch it! We're walking here!

Joey: Well excusssse us!

Brsibee: I apologize. We're in a hurry to get to Terminal 15 and...

Kid1: Look lady! There's no excuse for getting in the way of two elite duelists. So back off.

He shoves her.

Yugi: Hey that wasn't nice!

Kid1: Oh yeah! What are you gonna do about it punk?

Joey: Oh we're gonna teach you a lesson you little...

Kid2: Enough! Let's not start things. Ace! Stand down and help the lady up.

Ace: But...

Kid1: Now Ace!

He grumbles and pulls Mrs. Brisbee up.

Kid1: Forgive him. He's in a hurry to get to Terminal 15 just like you guys.

Yugi: That's okay.

Joey: Yeah. He just lucky he didn't come across me.

Kid1: Heh. Well anyways, the names Jack. Me and Ace are gonna own the competition at this tournament.

Yugi: I'm Yugi Muto. I bet you heard about me as the King of Games, and champion of Battle City.

Jack: You're Yugi Muto? Well, what a great moment. And I bet the blondy is Joey Wheeler, who came in the Best 4 of Battle City.

Joey: Blondy?!

Jack: Relax. I'm actually flattered to meet you as well. From what we hear, you almost beaten this guy named Marik Ishtar, correct?

Joey: Yeah. I almost would of won if I hadn't fainted on the last attack.

Jack: Then you would of faced Yugi. But I guess I can say you're a tough duelist. So, you two in the tournament.

Joey: Well Yugi is. But I'm not. I missed the sign-ups.

Jack: Too bad. I was hoping me and Ace would give you a beating in a duel.

Ace: If you're not dueling, who's your partner? *goes to Tristan* Is it him?

Tristan: Back off! *pushes him off*

Yugi: Actually, Mrs. Brisbee is my partner for this.

Jack: Who?

Brisbee: He means me.

Jack: Oh? Well if Yugi was desperate to pick you, I must say you might be some use. If you have some talent that is. *Mrs. Brisbee feels insulted* Anyways. If you guys are going to Terminal 15 like us, why not follow us? We know a shortcut and were in the middle of it.

Yugi: That's very kind of you.

Jack: Nah. Consider it a forgivement for what Ace did earlier. Now come on.

They follow Jack and Ace. Mrs. Brisbee is still mad.

Yugi: What's the matter Mrs. Brisbee?

Brisbee: He said that I have no talent. I can't believe he said that. I have plenty of talent.

Yugi: Well for people like these, we have to show them our talent. So save the anger for when we duel them.

Later...they are in the airport area.

Jack: Here we are! Terminal 15!

They are in front of Terminal 15, many duelists are inside the open terminal doing things.

Ace: We'll see you later.

Jack: I hope to face you Yugi. I can't wait to see what kind of skills you have that might match againest ours.

They leave for the terminal.

Brisbee: Those two don't have good behaviors. No talent, indeed!

Tea: Hey. At least we're here. If we haven't gotten here, we could of taken our anger on Joey.

Joey gets nervous.

Yugi: We got 10 minutes. Let's go in and see what's up.

They go to the terminal. They enter through the big openning and see many duelists talking to each other, and them with teammates.

Joey: Woah. Look at them all.

Brisbee: If Nimh has this many duelists here, then imagine how many can be elsewhere.

Yugi: The competition could be fierce. But we can take them.

They walk around. Then Joey sees someone familiar.

Joey: Huh? Can it be? *he sees the person, it's Varon* Hey! Varon!

Varon: Huh? *sees Joey* Hey it's Joey!

He runs toward him.

Joey: Varon! Good to see you man! Nice thing your soul is in place.

Varon: Oh yeah.

Yugi and the others come.

Yugi: Varon. Long time no see.

Varon: Hey guys. It's been awhile.

Tea: Last time we saw you, you had your soul taken away.

Varon: Yeah. But thanks to you, I'm fine now.

Joey: Yeah. Otherwise, who else can I have to punch in a duel with?

Varon: Ha ha. Funny. Hey Rapheal! Guess who it is who's here!

Yugi: Rapheal's here too?

Rapheal comes in.

Rapheal: Hey, Yugi. Good to see you.

Yugi: Hey Rapheal. How are things?

Rapheal: Very fine. We heard about this tournament, so we decided to take part of it together.

Tristan: Hey where's Amelda?

Varon: Aw she decided not to come. She was busy in Europe anyway.

Rapheal: So Yugi. Is your friend Joey competing?

Yugi: Nah. He didn't make it to sign-ups. So another friend is being my partner.

Varon: Who's your partner?

Yugi: *introduces them to Mrs. Brisbee* Guys. This is Mrs. Brisbee, my duel partner. Mrs. Brisbee this is Varon and Rapheal.

Brisbee: Um..Hello.

Varon: Well hello yourself. It's nice to meet you. *shakes her hand*

Rapheal: You must be lucky to be Yugi's partner. You must be good if Yugi picked you to be his partner since Joey couldn't be this time.

Brisbee: Um hm..

Rapheal: Don't be nervous. Any friend of Yugi is a friend of mine. I'd be honored to duel you.

Brisbee: Umm..Thanks?

Varon: Hey you konw Joey? Is she one of those kind of people who can walk and talk like humans? Like those in America?

Joey: Heh heh. Well not exactly.

Yugi explained things.

Varon: I get it now. That's pretty cool.

Rapheal: Well no matter what size you were, I can't wait to see what Yugi taught you.

Brisbee: Me too.

Rapheal: Well I'm going to recheck my deck before we get going. See you around.

They leave.

Tristan: There goes some old friends.

Tea: Yeah. But it's good to see them in this tournament.

Few minutes later....Some man in black comes in.

Man: Attention duelists! It is about time to leave for America! Please come outside!

Everyone goes outside. A plane is shown flying toward them.

Brisbee: It's another one of those mechanical birds.

Yugi: Huh? Oh that? That's a plane. But I'm surprised you at least knew that it was machine. I mean isn't it how you got to Japan anyway?

Brisbee: Yeah. But I was in my original size at the time and I was hiding in the place with many boxes.

Yugi: You must mean the luggage area. But why go in there? It's very crowded in there and probably you wouldn't be comfortable in there.

Brisbee: I know what you mean. *remembers time where she was stuck between boxes*

Yugi: But wouldn't you perfer sitting with the other people in seats?

Brisbee: Yeah...But..There are windows, and...

Yugi: What's wrong? *Mrs. Brisbee is nervous* Are you, afraid of something?

Brisbee: I...I have a fear of heights.

Joey: What? How could you be afraid of heights? I mean your inside a stinkin plane! There's nothing dangerous about falling, you're inside of something for cring outloud!

Brisbee: I know. But I don't like the way we're so high up. And...well....

Yugi: Well we can't let you stay in the luggage area. Otherwise I can be disqualified for being without my partner being present. If you aren't on the plane, then we might be able to get into the tournament.

Brisbee: But what can I do? I can't stand heights.

Yugi: Hmm...Wait! I got an idea.

Tea: Hey look! The plane's getting closer!

The plane is a very very large piece of aircraft. Bigger than a commercial jet.

Tristan: That plane is huge!

Joey: Yeah. Totally. It's huge.

Man: Attention duelists! As soon as the plane lands, you will be escorted to a private cabin. So be prepared!

The plane lands. A door opens and a staircase comes from the side of the plane.

Man: Now board the plane in an orderly manner.

Yugi: Let's go guys.

Duelists get on the plane. They are each escorted by someone. When Yugi and friends get up there, as soon as Yugi and Mrs. Brisbee pass, the man stops Joey and the others.

Man: Hold it! You're not allowed here! Only participants are allowed here, no visitors!

Joey: Oh come on.

Mrs. Brisbee wispers something to Yugi and he nods. Then she takes out her stone (the Red Heart, remember).

Man: You better leave or I'll...

The stone glows next to his head and he stops.

Man: Wait. What was I just doing?

Joey: Uh..You were about to take us with Yugi and Mrs. Brisbee to our room.

Man: Oh! Really!?

Yugi: Uh huh. Your boss told us we can bring our friends. And you can't let your boss down.

Man: Oh no. I'll let the others know then. But first, follow me.

They follow the man to a cabin.

Man: Enjoy your stay.

Yugi: Thank you.

Joey: Bye bye!

Tea: Have a nice day.

They all enter, and the man leaves.

Joey: Woah. Two sets of Triple-Bunk beds. Sweet.

Tristan: And a TV, just above the door.

Joey: *on couch with remote* And I found the remote! He he.

Tea: Well thank Mrs. Brisbee. If it weren't for her magic stone we wouldn't of been able to get in here.

Brisbee: It's no problem.

Joey: Hey! I found the refrigerator! Cool! It's right next to the couch!

Speaker: Attention passengers! We are prepared to take off. Please remain in your rooms until we have reached the skies.

Mrs. Brisbee gets a bit nervous about that.

Yugi: Something wrong?

Brisbee: Well...we're taking off and...*points to window*

Yugi: Oh yeah. Hold on, let me show you something. *goes to window behind Joey* Have you heard of a window curtain?

Brisbee: Of course. Why? They have those on here?

Yugi: A lot of planes have curtains for people to shut the windows if they don't want to see the sky from a plane. Now let's see if I can...*fiddles with top* Here we go. *pulls down curtain* Here we go.

Brisbee: Oh I see.

Yugi: Yep. Now you don't have to worry about looking out the window.

Brisbee: Thanks Yugi.

Joey: Hey look what I found in the fridge! *holds some food* Pre-heatable food dinners!

Tristan: And they come in family size!

Both: Let's eat!

Later, everyone is eating food.

Joey: Man I love technology!

Tristan: I know. All you do is just open the container and the food heats itself in seconds! And it's to perfection too!

Tea: I must admit. They supply good food.

Yugi: Hey Mrs. Brisbee, you aren't eating your turkey bits.

Joey: Yeah. Can I have them?

Brisbee: Go ahead. I don't eat meat. I only eat salad bits, fruit bits, and any kind of grains I find on the ground. But this salad works fine with me.

Joey: Great! *takes the meat*

The TV turns on to reveal another man.

Man: Greetings everyone. We are now in the beginning of our trip to Kansas America for the big tournament. In the meantime, we will give you the tournament ruling. First off, all duels will be done using a Duel Disk. If you do not have one, one will be supplied at our designated stop. As for how the dueling, your team will each receive a Locator Card. You must win 6 locator cards to advance to the final round. Once you have 6 locator cards, place them on the slots of your Duel Disk and the location of the finals will be revealed. You may remember this from Battle City. Also, you must wager locators cards before each duel. Winner receives the cards, loser loses them. Also, there won't be any wagering of any Duel Monster cards. But if you want to lose them, go right ahead. But we recommend not to. Other than that, everything else is the same. So there is nothing really anything else to explain. Now, that the rules are done, you may now resume what you were doing. We have a long trip ahead, so take time in preparing. That is all. *TV goes off*

Joey: Automatic TVs. Not bad.

Yugi: Well at least we know how things will work once we get to America.

Later....

Joey: *yawns* Boy I'm butched. How much long till we get to the tournament site?

Yugi: They said it won't be for a long time. Like possibly hours.

Joey: Oh well. *yawns* Might as well hit the hay. I'm going to bed.

He gets in the upper bunk of a Triple-Bunk bed.

Joey: Good night.

He falls asleep.

Tristan: Oh I might as well crash too. *gets in middle bunk* I mean we have like, *stretches* a whole nights worth of nothing.

He falls asleep too.

Tea: Well if they go I might as well go too.

She gets in the other top bunk.

Tea: Good night you guys.

Yugi: Well..Good night. And good night to you Mrs. Brisbee. I'm going too.

Brisbee: Okay.

He goes to the middle bunk with the other boys. He goes to sleep.

Brisbee: Well...Guess I better go to sleep as well.

She hangs her red cape and her Red Heart one a hanger by the bed and she gets in the middle bunk on the girl's side. She goes to sleep.

Meanwhile...in some other room with Varon and Rapheal. Varon is lying in bed and Rapheal is checking his deck.

Varon: Oh come on already. Are you gonna fiddle with your deck all night? We already have a good deck combo.

Rapheal: There's something about that lady that is Yugi's partner. And I have a feeling she'll affect the way we duel.

Varon: Huh?

Rapheal: Remember when I said that I couldn't wait to see her duel? Well I actually meant that. Because I sensed great potential in her.

Varon: You can?

Rapheal: Yeah. And I have a feeling that he potential to dueling is gonna be more than what we can handle. So I'm making sure my deck is ready for her, and Yugi. After all, *holds up Guardian Airtos card* Yugi managed to defeat my Guardian deck, even when my evil intention was in. Therefore, I'm going to find a combo that not even Yugi, or his friend will beat.

Varon: Why do that? They had their dragons which is why we lost. Without them now, the only way they'll win is by luck.

Rapheal: I don't know. But I'm going to keep going.

Varon: Well you can do that. But as for me, I'm going to sleep. *yawns* Good night.

He falls asleep. Rapheal takes his coat and throws it on Varon.

Rapheal: Sleep well then.

In another room, with Jack and Ace.

Ace: I can't believe you made me apologize to those chumps! They're the enemy duelists! We shouldn't be kind to those guys!

Jack: That's enough. The only reason I picked you to be my partner is for your dueling, not for your bad mouth attitude. *Ace growls* It doesn't matter after what we did earlier. What matters is that we beat Yugi. When we beat Yugi, we'll be known as the greatest duelists in the world.

Ace: And that lady. The one you made me help up. What do we do about her when it comes to dueling?

Jack: She is none of our concerns. We'll leave her until we defeat Yugi. Then we can beat her. Besides, no one is tougher than Kaiba, Joey, or Yugi. But we're better than all of them when we win.

Ace: You're right. We are the best in our town, and placed 1st in the Tag-Team regionals. Our decks are very lethal.

Jack: Lethal and dangerous. And a powerful victory is what I intend our duel will be. Just wait.

Now back in Yugi's room. Yugi has a dream.... And in his dream, he is on some roof with a burning land around it.

Yugi: What's going on!?

Then he sees a man behind him. With a strange box.

Yugi: Who..who are you?

Then the man holds the strange box over his head and it glows many light beams. Then the man turns into a monster. He goes for Yugi. He knocks Yugi off the building. Yugi is yelling as he falls. Then Yugi wakes up from his dream. He looks around.

Yugi: It was only a dream.

Yami's spirit appears next to his bed.

Yami Yugi: You saw it too then.

Yugi: Yeah. It was horrible. I don't know what happened. I was on the roof of something. Everything around it was burning. It was a horrible site. Then that guy, and that box, and...

Yami Yugi: I saw it too.

Yugi: I knew you would. But still....whatever that thing was, I bet it was him who caused that forest's destruction.

Yami Yugi: Yugi. The box he held in his hands. It was black wasn't it.

Yugi: Yeah. But...Wait! I think I get it now. That must of been the Black Box!

Yami Yugi: Yes. And that man must of been the leader of Nimh.

Yugi: But what does it mean? That he has the power to cause horrible things and tranform into a horrible monster?

Yami Yugi: Perhaps. Mrs. Brisbee told us that the Black Box has many powers that can lead to the destruction of man and beast. Perhaps those were just some examples.

Yugi: Then. What do you think may happen once we do encounter that guy? Could it end up like that?

Yami Yugi: I doubt it. In the dream you were alone. When we get to the leader of Nimh, you won't be alone.

Yugi: You're right. But still I wonder. What if something happens while we are in this fight?

Yami Yugi: Well for now, we have to get to him first. Which is why we must win the tournament to get to him. When we win, we'll find a way to stop Nimh.

Yugi: Yeah. And I wonder why Nimh would throw this tournament? I mean, what does he want with duelists?

Yami Yugi: We'll just have to ask him himself.

Yugi: Right.

Yami Yugi: You go back to sleep. We have a lot of time to rest up.

Yami disappears and Yugi falls asleep. But unknown to them, Mrs. Brisbee heard everything.

Brisbee: *to herself* The power to change.....Is that something of the Black Box?

Now...back in Rapheal's room.

Rapheal: I got it! *takes some cards together* (This combo is perfect. Yugi won't expect a thing with this.) *puts deck together, then goes to a bunk* (When we duel Yugi, you won't win.)

In Jack's room.

Jack: Alright Ace. Once we get to the tournament site, we'll take on the many duelists there. We will be the first to get to the finals so we can face Yugi.

Ace: You sure Yugi will be able to make it?

Jack: Knowing Yugi, he probably will. Trust me. We've only joined this tournament to win. And to face Yugi. And it will be easy....

The plane lands in Kansas America! And already, Yugi and the gang are challenged by two old rivals, Weevil and Rex! Geez, can they ever stop bugging them. [ Chapter 6: Two of a Kind! Part 1]

In some room at Nimh....??? is watching a monitor with the plane of duelists flying across the sky at dawn.

???: Ahh. It's nice to see my new experiments coming about. *he drinks some wine from a glass* Two of those will be my newest lab rats. And one of them, is a mouse. A mouse with what I really want. Hm hm hm. Let the games begin. *holds up glass of wine in front of monitor*

Then we are out of Nimh and see the plane flying. It begins to descend to the ground. It lands in some open field, where some people of Nimh are waiting for their arrival. The plane lands.

Speaker: Attention duelists! We have now landed in Kansas North America! Please leave the plane and begin dueling!

Inside, Joey wakes up.

Joey: *yawns* Man. What time is it?

Tristan: *wakes up and checks his watch* My watch says 12 a.m.

Joey: What!? Guys wake up! We got a problem!

They wake up, still in their beds.

Tea: Geez Joey. Must you wake us all up?

Joey: We got a situation! It's like midnight and the sun is up! Look!

They look out the window after Yugi comes down and opens it.

Yugi: Yeah. And we're no longer moving. We must of landed already.

Joey: Hello! What about the time!?

Brisbee: We better get going then. *she gets up and puts on her cape and Red Heart*

The others get up except Joey.

Joey: I said! What about the time...woah!

He falls down from bunk hard.

Tea: It's called, Time Zone. We're no longer in our time zone. So it's now day time here.

Joey: Ohhh....I don't get it.

Yugi: *puts on Duel Disk* Well we better get going and start dueling. You ready Mrs. Brisbee?

Brsibee: *puts Duel Disk on* Yes. Let's go.

They leave the room, leaving Joey on the ground still.

Joey: *gets up and runs* Hey wait for me!

As they leave the plane.

Man: Here you two are. One locator card. Now go on and duel.

Yugi: Thank you.

They go on. Mrs. Brisbee stops after a bit to look around her surrounds.

Brisbee: I'm..home again....(It's been awhile since I left here....)

Joey: So...Where is everyone?

Yugi: Probably already scattered out somewhere to duel. We must be the only people around here.

There is a noice in the bushes.

Tea: Huh? What's that?

Tristan: What's what?

Tea: There! In the bushes.

They look at the shaking bushes. Then all of a sudden, two boys with a spider mask and a T-Rex mask jump out of the bushes trying to scare them. But they are not scared.

Joey: Uh...Do we know you?

Weevil: Errr. It's us you bonehead!

They take off the masks, it's Weevil and Rex!

Yugi: Weevil? Rex?

Rex: Yeah. It's us alright. We waited in the bushes so we could scare you. Guess it didn't work.

Brisbee: Oh dear. You two boys lost? Your mothers must be worried sick.

Weevil: Hey buzz off lady! We happen to be here for the tournament!

Brisbee: Oh! Sorry.

Rex: What's a mouse doing being our size? That's not right! She shouldn't be wearing a Duel Disk either. She probably isn't a duelist at all.

Bribsee: You sure have bad manners. Didn't your mothers tell you that it's not nice to insult people like that? Especially to a women my age?

Rex: Say. How old are you anyway?

Brisbee: Umm.

Joey: Actually, I was wondering about that too.

Brisbee: Well I guess it wouldn't hurt really. I'm only 3 years old, that's 25 in mouse years.

Joey: Wow! You must of been a very young mother then.

Rex: What!? 3 years old! I'm much older than that!

Brisbee: Why I never...

Weevil: Yugi! We've waited a long time to duel you again. After all you and Joey did to us, it all ends here!

Joey: What did we ever do to deserve this?

Rex: First, you ruin our reputations. Then you take our souls away and saved them. Then we lost to you again as a team and got hung in a tree and got pelted with eggs by little kids! And finally we lost our pants to some ducks!

Tristan: *embarrassed* That's a reason to be mad at us?

Weevil: Enough about that. Yugi, Joey, we challenge you to a duel! And this time, we're gonna crush you! So what do you say?

Joey: Sorry guys. But I can't duel you two.

Rex: Why not?

Joey: Trust me. I'd be glad to take you losers on, but I'm not in the tournament.

Rex and Weevil are shocked.

Rex: What!? Not in the tournament!?

Weevil: But why!?

Joey: Cause I was never with Yugi when he signed up to duel here.

Rex: Then who is with him?

Brisbee: Eh hm!

She makes a partial wave.

Rex: What!? She's your partner!? How desperate can you get? I bet she doesn't know how to duel!

Brisbee: Of course I do. Yugi taught me how to play the game.

Yugi: I'm afraid Mr.s Brisbee's right you two. So you have to deal with us instead.

Weevil: No matter. I don't care who teams with you, I'm still gonna beat you Yugi.

Rex: You may not be Joey, but I might as well teach you a lesson in real dueling!

Soon both teams are on seperate sides, Duel Disks ready.

Tristan: You can do it you guys!

Tea: Show them real power Mrs. Brisbee!

Joey: Don't lose!

Yugi turns into Yami Yugi.

Yami Yugi: Are you ready Mrs. Brisbee? This is your first official duel. And againest ex-finalists of the Japanese Regionals.

Brisbee: I can take them if you can.

Weevil: We'll wager one Locator card. Since we both have the same number.

Yami Yugi: Very well. Then we'll have two when this is over.

Rex: Yeah right. This time we'll be victorious.

Yami Yugi: Then let's get started.

All: Duel! (4000-4000/4000-4000 LP)

Brisbee: *draws a card* I summon Rogue Doll in attack mode! (1600/1000) Then two cards face down. That ends my turn.

Weevil: Too bad for you, this shouldn't take too long to exterminate you. *draws card* I summon Jurai Gumo in attack mode! (2200/100) Then I'll equip it with this magic card, Insect Collar! *shows card, then a collar appears around Jurai Gumo's neck** This will make it so that I don't pay any lifepoint costs from any card, even from the possible part that I might have to pay have my lifepoints for Jurai Gumo. Now, Jurai Gumo, attack Rogue Doll!

Jurai Gumo charges for Rogue Doll.

Brisbee: Not so fast! Activate Magic Cylinder! *shows card* Your attack is negated and you lose lifepoints!

Two barrels appear. But Jurai Gumo goes over them and continues the attack on Rogue Doll.

Brisbee: What?

Jurai Gumo crushes Rogue Doll with it's legs.

Brisbee: But how? (4000-4000/4000-3400 LP) Magic Cylinder should of stopped you and made you lose lifepoints.

Weevil: Ha! That's my special ability of my Insect Collar. It also negates the activation of Trap cards, if my Jurai Gumo causes them to activate them. So too bad for you, I was able to make my full attack.

Tristan: Man. That really messed things up.

Tea: Don't worry. It's only one card. She's got more to show those two.

Yami Yugi: My move! *draws card* I place two cards face down. Then I summon Big Shield Gardna in defense mode! (100/2600) Try to attack my friend, and your attack will be blocked by my monster's mighty defense!

Rex: Not even a defense monster will be able to stop me. My move! *draws* I summon Gilasaurus! (1400/400) I can consider him a special summon if I want to. And that's what I'll do too. So that means your friend has to special summon a monster from her graveyard since she's the only one to lose a monster!

Brisbee: What?

Her Rogue Doll card slides out of the Duel Disk graveyard slot and appears on the field. (1600/1000)

Rex: I think I'll summon another Gilasaurus while I'm at it. (1400/400) Now I'll sacrifise my two monsters to summon my Serpent Night Dragon! (2350/2400)

Joey: Wait. Didn't he lose that to someone?

Rex: Yes. But remember, a lot of our cards were supplied to use from Doom Org! So I managed to get this one too. Serpent Night Dragon, attack her Rogue Doll!

Serpent Night Dragon shoots out dark matter bits at Rogue Doll.

Brisbee: I'll stop it with this. Mirror Force! *shows card*

Rex: Oh no! Not that card!

Weevil: Now both our monsters are history!

Brisbee: Right! *attack hits a mirror and hits Jurai Gumo and Serpent Night Dragon* And since Jurai Gumo never triggered the trap, it's destroyed for being in attack mode!

Weevil: Grrr....How dare you destroy my beautiful bug!

Brisbee: Well I wouldn't consider spiders to be my favorite. They eat a lot of rodents. Yours however is unlucky enough to meet it's end like this.

Weevil: You'll pay for that! My insects will devour you!

Yami Yugi: (Awsome move. Let's keep it up. It's not over yet.)

Rex: I'll place two cards face down, and end my turn!

Brisbee: My turn. *draws card* I play my Pot of Greed card! So I can draw two cards. *draws them* Finally I play my Mystical Space Typhoon card! *shows card* This will destroy one magic or trap card on the field! I choose the card that Rex played on the left!

A cyclone appears and destroys the card. Rex grins after that.

Brisbee: Rogue Doll! Attack Weevil's lifepoints!

Rogue Doll begins the assult.

Rex: Don't think you've seen the last of my serpent. Since you destroyed my Nightmare Calling while it was face down, you activated it's special power!

Brisbee: What?

Serpent Night Dragon appears on the field and blocks the attack from Rogue Doll.

Rex: Nightmare Call brings back a monster for until my turn. And it goes to defense mode, so you lose more lifepoints this way for attacking a monster with higher defense than your attack points! (4000-4000/4000-2800 LP)

Brisbee: No.

Weevil: That's a good boy Rex. Now watch this! *draws card* I place two cards face down, and summon my Pinch Hopper! (1000/1200) Then I play this magic card, Can of Aerosul! *shows card* It destroys all the insect monsters on the field. So Pinch Hopper is gone! *a hand with a can sprays the monster, destroying it*

Yami Yugi: Oh no.

Weevil: With Pinch Hopper gone, I can summon this monster! Behold, my Insect Queen! (2200/2400-2400/2400)

Mrs. Brisbee is in disgust as it comes out of it's card.

Weevil: Isn't it beautiful? If you think Jurai Gumo was ugly then you must think my queen is beautiful as it is deadly.

Brisbee: I don't care what it is, it's still a spider. And big spiders eat mice, which makes them horrible. Believe me, I was almost eaten by one of those horrid things.

Weevil: Errr. You know such remarks make my queen mad! But you're lucky she can't attack without sacrifise. So I'll just play these two cards face down, and end my turn.

Joey: Geez. That Insect Queen is gonna be a pain to beat.

Tea: Well it's Yugi's turn now. So let's watch and see what happens.

Yami Yugi: *draws a card* I place two cards face down. Then I play the magic card, Fissure! *shows card* It'll destroy the weakest monster on your side of the field! Serpent Night Dragon is the weakest monster! So it's gone!

Serpent Night Dragon is destroyed.

Rex: My monster!

Yami Yugi: What's wrong Rex? It would of disappeared on your turn anyway. *plays a monster* I summon Breaker the Magical Warrior! (1600/1000-1900/1000) By removing the Spell Counter that gave him the 300 ATK points, I can destroy one magic or trap card on the field! (1600/1000) Now Breaker! Destroy the card!

Breaker sends a wave of energy through his sword as he slashes at the card.

Rex: Too late. Since you destroyed my monster I activated my face down card before you summoned him, Vengeful End! *shows card*

Yami Yugi: What's that?

Rex: Whenever one of my monsters is destroyed, this card destroys a monster on the field and inflicts lifepoint damage to the owner of the monster by 100 times the number of stars that monster had. So Rogue Doll is toast!

Serpent Night Dragon's head appears from the ground and shoots dark matter at Rogue Doll, destroying it.

Brisbee: Rogue Doll no!

Rex: Now you lose 400 lifepoints since your monster had four stars in it's level! (4000-4000/4000-2400 LP)

Joey: Man. Quit going after Mrs. B! Why don't you pick on someone else?!

Rex: It's called survival of the fitess. Only the strong survive and the weak perish. And she's about to perish soon.

Yami Yugi: Your lifepoints are going to perish! Breaker the Magical Warrior, attack his lifepoints now!

Breaker goes for Rex with sword ready.

Weevil: Forget it Yugi. Your attack isn't gonna work.

Yami Yugi: No a trap!

Weevil: Right. Activate DNA Surgery! *shows card* This will turn all the monsters on the field into insects! So your two monsters are insects!

Breaker continues as he grows insect legs. Big Shield Gardna grows tiny spikes on his back and grows insect legs as well.

Weevil: My Insect Queen also gains 200 more ATK points for each insect monster on the field. So thanks for the boost! (2800/2400)

Yami Yugi: And I also know what the other card is.

Weevil: Very good. I bet you knew it was my Insect Barrier! *shows card* This stops all of your insect monsters from attacking us. So you're attack is invalid!

Breaker reaches a wall of lasers, he gets electricuted by the lasers, which send him back to Yugi.

Rex: Now that's what I call a shocking experience.

Tea: Great. Now they can't attack at all.

Tristan: Hang in there.

Yami Yugi: I'll play these cards face down! And end my turn!

Rex: Too bad for you. Your friend is about to experience the feel of losing.

Brisbee: Huh? What do you mean?

Rex: Just watch this move. *draws a card* First I play my Cost Down magic card! *shows card* This downgrades the levels of all my monsters in my hand by two! But I have to discard a card first. *sends a card to graveyard slot* Next I'll special summon my third Gilasaurus! (1400/400) *Shows Insect Queen* (3000/2400) Now I'll sacrifise monster for this one. Behold, my Black Tyranno!

A giant black rex appears from the card. It makes loud roar. (2600/1800)

Joey: Look at that thing!

Rex: Since your friend's lifepoints are lower than my monsters ATK points, once I attack your friends lifepoints, she'll be out of this duel!

Brisbee: Oh no.

Yami Yugi: Hold on Rex! You have to get through my Big Shield Gardna first. His DEF points are even with your monsters ATK. I can defend Mrs. Brisbee's lifepoints with him!

Rex: No you can't. If all there is on your side of the field is defense mode monsters, I can attack a player's lifepoints directly no matter what.

Yami Yugi: What?!

Weevil: He he he. Not even you can stop the attack. For you can't stop what an effect monster can do.

Rex: Yep. So resistance is futile! Black Tyranno will devour your friend in a pinch! Now my great dino, use your dino might to take out what's left of her lifepoints!

Black Tyranno roars again and begins to make a charge toward Mrs. Brisbee.

Yami Yugi: No!

Joey: She'll lose the duel this way.

Tea: Mrs. Brisbee!

They are shocked.

Rex: You're on today's menu. And it's live mouse! Ah ha ha!

Brisbee: (No. Already I've messed up. It's over!)

[ Chapter 7: Two of a Kind! Part 2 ]

Now as we continue, Black Tyranno (2600/1800) was using it's effect to attack Mrs. Brisbee directly. Score is Weevil, Rex, and Yami Yugi at 4000 LP, why'll Mrs. Brisbee is at 2400 LP.

Rex: Black Tyranno! Finish her off now!

The rex is closing in. Mrs. Brisbee closes her eyes and turns away as the beast begins to make a bite. But then Big Shield Gardna blocks the attack with his mighty shield. She looks at the site.

Yami Yugi: Not so fast Rex!

Rex: What are you doing!? You can't block the attack! I made it clear that you can't block this kind of special ability!

Big Shield Gardna uses his strength to push Black Tyranno back.

Rex: Impossible! How could you do that!?

Yami Yugi: Thanks to this, my Skill Drain card! *shows card*

Rex: What? Skill Drain!?

Yami Yugi: Yes. By paying 1000 lifepoints to activate it, all effect monsters on the field will not be able to use their effects. (4000-4000/3000-2400 LP) So Black Tyranno wasn't able to do his kind of direct attack. And that's not all. Insect Queen no longer gains her power from the insect monsters that are on the field. (2200/2400)

Weevil: No! Not again!

Yami Yugi: Sorry Weevil, Rex. Looks like it's back to square one.

Rex: No! This can't be happening! I was so close!

Tea: Alright!

Joey: Nice job Yugi!

Tristan: Way the block!

Yami Yugi: You okay Mrs. Brisbee?

Brisbee: Yes. Thanks to you. *she makes a sigh* (That was close. I better not let my guard down this time.)

Rex: You won't be able to protect your friend forever you know! Eventually you'll have to protect yourself!

Yami Yugi: How? You've been only targeting her during this entire time. You weren't paying any of your dueling attention to me. Just show's that you have no honor.

Rex: Errrrr. Well fine then. Let's see what your friend can come up with.

Brisbee: *draws card* Okay you two. Watch this now. I play Harpies Feather Duster! *shows card* This destroys all your magic and trap cards!

A large feather goes and blows away the DNA Sugery Card and the Insect Barrier lasers and card. All the monsters that were turned into Insects return to their normal appearances.

Weevil: Errrr. Darn it.

Brisbee: Next I play, Raigeki! *shows card*

Rex: Aww no! Not that one.

Brisbee: This will destroy all your monsters in a blink. So you better look out!

A lightning bolt hits Black Tyranno and Insect Queen, destroying them.

Weevil: My Insect Queen! How could you?!

Brisbee: Now I summon Gemini Elf! (1900/900) Attack Weevil's lifepoints!

Gemini Elf combines magic and launches it at Weevil. (2100-4000/3000-2400 LP)

Weevil: Errr. You'll pay for that! You need to learn your place on the food chain! You are lower than what we have!

Brisbee: I'll think about that. After I play this, Quick-Strike! *shows card* This lets my Gemini Elf attack again! *Weevil is nervous* Now attack!

Gemini Elf attacks Weevil with it's magic again.

Weevil: Eeeeey! *being hit* Not again! Ahhhhhh! (200-4000/3000-2400 LP)

Brisbee: And that's that for you.

Weevil: Imgrate! I can't believe you just did that! Now you know you're bug chow!

Brisbee: Look at yourself! You're the one who's losing the most right now! And you don't stand a chance. I place one card face down and end my turn!

Weevil: You're gonna regret saying those words. Just watch! *draws a card* He he he. I told you you were through. Just watch this. I play Secret Unit! *shows card*

Yami Yugi: What's that?

Weevil: This magic card lets me send one monster from my deck to one of yours. I choose your friends deck!

Brisbee: My deck?

She looks at it.

Weevil: Yes! *takes a card from deck* Now I'll send this one to your deck.

The card he held up turns into a light and goes into Mrs. Brisbee's deck.

Tristan: What did he just put into her deck.

Tea: I don't know. I don't like it though.

Weevil: Next I play Card of Sanctity! *shows card* This forces all of us to draw cards from our decks until we have 6 cards in hand! So now make your draw!

Everyone draws cards until they have 6 cards in hand. Mrs. Brisbee is wondering about the card she just drew.

Brisbee: What's this card? *it's an insect monster* (I don't remember this being in my deck.)

Then the card glows as it pops itself onto the Duel Disk. The monster is summoned. (2500/0)

Joey: What the heck?

Tea: It's hideous!

Mrs. Brisbee is digusted at the creature. It's a giant spider that's drooling at the mouth, and white liquid is on the body.

Weevil: Ah. You must of drawn the monster I placed into your deck, my Germ Spider!

Brisbee: Germ Spider?

Weevil: Why yes. You see, this monster can't be normal summoned even though it's a level 4 monster, only by special summon. But when you draw it, it's automaticly summoned to the field. Also, when it's summoned this way, it explodes! It'll release a toxic gas that will turn every monster you currently have on the field, and in your hand into insects!

Yami Yugi: But you can't! My Skill Drain is still out on the field. Your effect will not work.

Weevil: He he he. Not for long. I play Remove Trap! *shows card* This destroys the Skill Drain card that's in play.

The Skill Drain card is destroyed.

Weevil: Now my monster! Explode and release your noxious gas!

Germ Spider explodes, and some green stuff hits the monsters on the field, and the monsters in Yugi and Mrs. Brisbee's hands.

Weevil: There. Now they're back as insects again! Ha ha ha ha!

The monsters turn back into insects, with the appearances of one too.

Weevil: And I'm not done with you yet, now check this! My Honeycomb Hive! *shows card* This card lets me draw cards from my deck until I get an Insect type monster. When I do, I can special summon to the field!

Brisbee: What do you plan to summon?

Weevil: Just watch. *draws a card* He he he. Just as I want, now look at the face of defeat. *shows them an Insect Princess card*

Yami Yugi: Insect Princess? You have that in your deck?

Weevil: Yes! You thought my Insect Queen was mighty, just wait till you meet her daughter!

Yami Yugi: I might of known for you to have one in your deck.

Weevil: Well you're too late to stop me. For I now summon this mighty beast. Come to the field! Insect Princess!

A bug comes out from the card. It's wings cover it's front. Then they go back to reveal the true face of the monster. She is beautiful for a bug, and she dust particles fly behind her. (1900/1200)

Yami Yugi: Errr.

Weevil: Now that my beautiful princess has come, watch what happens to your monsters!

All insect monsters are switched to attack mode. And they are kneeling to Insect Princess.

Yami Yugi: What's going on? My monsters!

Brisbee: Mine too!

Weevil: He he he. You see. All Insect monsters on your side of the field are all switched to attack mode! For they all must kneel before the princess of all insects. And that's nothing for what I'm going to do to your monsters! I now play this card, Insect Takeover! *shows card* This card lets my Insect Princess to attack all Insect monsters on the field at once. So I can destroy your monsters and do some damage! But before I attack, let me lay down another insect for her. Legul, in defense mode! (300/200) Now I'll let my Insect Princess attack my own monster.

Insect Princess waves her arms and a gust of wind blasts Legul away.

Yami Yugi: But why do that?

Weevil: He he he. You see, by attacking my own monster, Insect Princess gets stronger. And for every time an Insect monster is destroyed by my Insect Princess, she gains 500 ATK points! He he he! (2300/1200)

Brisbee: How horrible. Sacrifising a monster for self power.

Weevil: I'm sorry you feel that way. For I'm about to wipe Yugi out! Insect Princess, attack Big Shield Gardna!

Insect Princess blasts him with a gust of wind. (200-4000/800-2400 LP)

Weevil: And now my Insect Princess becomes another 500 points stronger! (2800/1200)

Joey: Man. She's getting stronger.

Tea: Hang in there...

Weevil: Now Yugi, say good bye! Attack his Breaker now!

Insect Princess attacks with the gust of wind.

Brisbee: Not so fast!

Weevil: What now?

Brisbee: I activate Negate Attack! *shows card* This will stop the attack and end your battle phase!

The gust of wind almost hits Breaker but it goes into another dimension.

Weevil: Errr. Fine! You may of stopped my Insect Princess for now, but she's still the strongest monster on the field! You can't stop her at all!

Yami Yugi: We'll see. *draws card* I play two cards face down and end my turn.

Rex: Yeah that's right. End your turn. You're gonna lose soon. *draws a card* (Ah. Ring of Destruction. I can use this along with a weaker monster and take out Yugi's lifepoints. Or better yet, why use my own monsters when I can use Yugi's own monster? I also got this Sword of Dark Destruction card as well. I can give it to Breaker and take out his lifepoints next turn. It's the perfect plan. Then Weevil can take out the wimpy mouse girl. He he he. It's perfect!)

Meanwhile at Nimh...??? is watching the duel from a monitor.

???: Hmm. Not bad a plan. Let's see what my lab rat can do. After all, she managed to last this far.

Rex: First I'll play a card face down. Then I'll equip Breaker
