[ The saddest day of Dulcinea's life ]

After Atem left Yugi for vacation(Yami was tired of Yugi bugging him about a stupid dictionary.), Atem returned to Egypt. He was really happy when he saw Dulcinea. After the wedding(without the death thingy.), they both lived in peace until one day, Atena, Yami's youngest little sister, was kidnapped. Yami was sad.

Yami: Why is Atena kidnapped? I won't win the battle against Seth(They were challenging Seth to a water balloon fight.) without her.
Soon, Takia informed Yami that Zork had kidnapped her.
Takia: Son, you have a message from Zork.
They went into the message room.
Yami: What do you want, Zork?
Zork: Your sister is here with me. I think she is sick.
Atena: YAMI HELP!!!!!
Yami: Release her!!!
Zork: Come and see her, Pharoah.
Yami had no choice but to go to his hideout. When he got there, he and Zork had a big battle between Yami's kaa, Millennium Dragon against Zork's pet, Diabound. Yami won but then, he was challenged to a duel by Yu.
Yu: I challenge you to a duel Pharoah.
Yami: As you wish.
Yu: I summon Dark Necrophia in attack mode.
Yami: I summon Orisis.
Orisis destroys Dark Necrophia but Yami lost life points instead of Yu.
Yami: What? What's happening?
Yu: Thanks to my pet's energy, everytime you attack my monsters, you lose life points.
Yami: Oh no!
The duel was over a few turns later, but shockingly, Yami lost.
Yu: Yes! You finally lost Pharoah
Yami: No.....
Yu: And since it's a shadow game, you lose your soul.
Yami: "Screaming"
Dulcinea: Yami?
Takia: What's going on?
Yami fell on the floor. His soul was gone from him. Yu released his sister anyway. She was a trap to lure Yami to Zork's hideout.
Yu: I'll be back.
Dulcinea ran to Yami to see if he was okay.
Dulcinea: Yami? Yami please answer me!
Atena: Why isn't Yami answering?
Takia: No....
Akunakanon: What is it dear?
Takia: Our son. He lost the shadow game.
Selene: NOT OUR BROTHER!!!!!
Takia: I know he never loses, but he finally did.

At the house,
Dulcinea: Yami, I miss you so much. Please be okay. "Crying"
Akila: Yami, we know you can hear us.
Everyone: Yeah!

At the Egyptian airport,
Yugi: Hi Dulcinea!

At Yami's house and after the story of Yami's soul is gone forever.
Yugi: YAMI IS GONE?!

Dulcinea: I'll be in Yami's room.

In Yami's room,

She picks up the picture of when Dulcinea and Yami both were six.
Dulcinea: Oh, Yami's goofness. It was always funny.
???: Hey Dulcinea!
Dulcinea: Who's there?
Yami: It's me, Yami.
Dulcinea: But I thought you were in the Shadow Realm.
Yami: Weren't you listening? I'm in the afterlife with Andrew.
Dulcinea: Why did you have to leave us, Yami? WHY?!
Yami: I no longer fit with the old world around me. I deserve the life here. You will too.
Dulcinea: But Yugi. He misses you.
Yami: I'll talk to him when he's in bed.

Yugi's summer vacation was over. Yugi told Tristan, Joey, Tea, and Miho about Yami's soul. They all were crying. Joey said they would have a memorial on Saturday.

It was Saturday, and everyone was sad. Yugi said, "Goodbye Atem. We will never forget you."
