[ Chapter 1 ]

Jacqueline, the narrator: It's the middle of the night in Domino City. Suddenly, there's a flash of white light, and everything has been turned medieval.

Jou: Oh, come on, that was the lamest intro I've ever heard.

Jacqueline: It's the middle of the night! You're supposed to be asleep! And stop making comments. Do I need to remind you who's the narrator here?

Jou: We really ought to fire you, you're a terrible narrator...should have known Kaiba wouldn't hire anyone any good...

Jacqueline: Stop making comments! What I say is what happens, don't question it!

Jou: And why the hell did you bring us to the Middle Ages? Of all time periods

Jacqueline: *Sweatdrop* Well anyway, Domino City is now in medieval times. It's the middle of the night. *Waits for a few minutes* Ok, I'm bored, let's fast forward a bit, shall we?

*Shows fast forward of the day.*

Jacqueline: Ok, it's three o'clock in the afternoon.

Yugi: Actually, it's noon. Learn how to read the clock.

Narrator: *Checks watch* Stupid piece of crap, I guess that's what you get for a dollar...well, it's noon, and everyone is wondering how the hell they got in medieval times.

Anzu: We are?

Jacqueline: Yes, you are, so start wondering!

Anzu: What happened? We look like medieval Europe!

Kaiba: Except there's one little detail---we're in Asia, not Europe!

*Everyone turns to the narrator after discussing for another twenty minutes*

Yugi: What do we do now?

Jacqueline: *Snores*

Jou: She fell asleep!

Honda: WAKE UP!!!

Jacqueline: *Wakes up* Huh?

Yugi: What happens next? We're done 'discussing'.

Jacqueline: Oh...right...ok...um, a giant, fire-breathing dragon comes to attack you! And it's flourescent orange, with green fireballs of death! Happy?

*Flourescent orange dragon appears and starts chasing everyone around*

Yugi: No! Change it!

Jacqueline: Fine, fine...you guys always have to complain, don't you? All right then, you get attacked by the dragon and an army of Marik's old Mind Slaves.

*Everyone glares at Marik*

Marik: What? How was I supposed to know they could be used against me?

Jacqueline: And then they all ran to Pegasus's castle to hide defend against the Mind Slaves and the orange dragon.

*The characters all appear inside Pegasus's castle*

Yugi: Oookkk...

Jou: What are we supposed to do now, if you're so smart, Miss Narrator?

Jacqueline: And the Mind Slaves pummeled against the doors like mindless zombies.

*Sound of pummeling is heard*

Marik: Well weren't they like that before?

Jacqueline: Don't argue with me!
