Posting our wallpapers in US public magazine

Let's think you create some free articles, fan fictions, etc. and release on a public place. Then, your work has been captured and posted in a legally public magazine despite the fact that the content in there is your own work. How do you feel?

You can notice that I have never posted our URL on any scan, wallpaper, etc. since we would like people to have the full entertainment. Also, we know that we are just a fan site, not a copyright source. Thus, everything should be long to the copyright production and the author. I know that some site distributes our work and wallpapers as well, but they are just minor. I have never been much concerned. However, this is different. It's the legal source or public magazine named Yu Gi Oh Exclusive Ghostmasters. That means our work becomes one of their sale and profits. I have never created this job for commerce. Of course, we can't do anything since we aren't legally registered site protected by the copyright as they are. This is the disadvantage for any free fan site. It's about ethic and morality. People should know and realize that they shouldn't steal people's work without asking for permission, especially utilizing people's work for their own profits like this. As a result, Ghostmasters becomes one of our black lists according to our claim that they posted our free stuffs on their commerial magazine.

Cheating and selling our domain name for money

Bgtoys.com used to be our sponsor. Many years ago, my site lacked of some funds to run on, and Bgtoys.com offered to hold our domain name, janime.net. It helped us pay the domain name for 2-3 years. At that time, my site wasn't popular, but it caught many people's attention because Yu Gi Oh was just introduced to US and my site provided much further information. Many years later, my site and domain name grew up a lot and became much popular as you could notice. Then in 2005, Bgtoys suddenly gave me a notice that it would resell our domain name for public unless I bought it back. Our domain name, janime.net, was on a bit on $900 open sale. This is such a cruel act. We feel that we are totally cheated. Someone offered us some help, brought up us, and sold us for money. It's such a dirty and non-ethical act. We got nothing but were forced to buy what we had been dedicated on for years. It doesn't make sense. Finally, we couldn't oppose commercial market, so we had to release janime.net and reopened a new domain name fully owned by our reliable team, janime.info. Janime.net was sold to getitfido.com that had the power of purchasing. As a result, we consider Bgtoys.com our black list due to that claim that they cheated us and sold our domain name for their profits.

The Hacker/Spammer - Yami D.

This is a serious message about this dangerous guy. Some of you should know him very well from his bad reputation in the forum and tagboard. Talking to him recently, I and all people in my Thai team consider that this guy is very dangerous following actions;

1. He doesn't like my mods/admins, so he tries to cause any trouble in the forum to force me to compromise with him (How dare he creates a trouble to force me do whatever he wants?)

2. He makes a duress that he won't guarantee what will happen to my forum again if I don't compromise with him. Also, it isn't his fault if the same tragedy will occur. In other words, he claims that it is my fault that I didn't follow his words.

3. He claims that the previous forums were destroyed by my mods and myself since I didn't listen to his warning.

4. He spams in the tagboard; posting nude sites and looking down people or myself who survived from Tsunami etc.

5. He declares that he would hack into the forum again. Then everything would go on badly as usual if I don't listen and compromise with him (What a duress!).

6. He is trying to draw attraction from people, making his name become popular by the bad reputation. He enjoys people getting in trouble and laughs behind (I think that he is mad and should go to either a hospital or in a prison). Whatever you tell him to stop, he enjoys breaking and doing it shortly.

etc.....(There is a lot more) My suggestions are;

1. Ignore him and leave this dog barks alone wherever you finds him.

2. If you have web sites/forum, be careful of this guy.

3. Don't discuss anything with him or even try to answer his questions since you will have a headache.

4. Remind yourself all the time that this guy is the THREAT and ENEMY.

5. If you have some good computer skills, you can attack him back.

Of course, all people in my team, both Thai and English, now get angry against him. I have never felt upset and disappointed by anyone like him before. His act is very violent and dangerous. My mods find that this guy tried to hack into people's accounts many times. Here is the information of this immature guy;

Please remind yourself that if my site/forum is down again, it is because of this guy! He is gonna destroy what you all gave me donation to create and what I have done for a long time. This guy is really my site's enemy now. You may be surprised that I have such violent feeling while I was usually kind to people. Basically, I can't forgive anyone who is gonna destroy my hard work no matter what good/bad reasons he has. Thus, all people and web masters should be careful about this stupid and insane guy.
