Summary

Yugi is very shocked that his Heavenly War Arcana Knight Joker is destroyed by a single blow of The Devils Eraser. Everyone is amazed by this powerful devil god. Kaiba notes to Gekkou whether The Devils Eraser is the third devil god of Yakou. He comments that The Devils Eraser is the monster that is determined by the number of cards on the opponent's side of the field. In other words, this monster really has to depend on the others. In his view, it's just an imitation god. Gekkou hears those comments and looks concerned about Yakou.

Now, Yugi has no monster left on the field and he has 2800LP (3000+3800-4000). Yakou has 2100 LP and The Devils Eraser. It's still in Yakou's turn after the attack of The Devils Eraser. He sets up a face-down card and ends his turn.

Yugi looks nervous by the appearance of the first devil god. As drawing, he looks at the condition on his field and sees that he has only one face-down card. If he summons a monster, The Devils Eraser will have 2000 ATK (1000*2) totally by two cards on his field. Thus, Yugi decides to summon [Big Shield Gardna - 4/100/2600: If this Monster is face-down when a Magic card targets it, negate that Magic card. At that time, this Monster changes to face-up defense mode. At the end of a Damage Step in which this Monster was attacked, it changes to attack mode] onto the field in defense position.

Because there are two monsters on Yugi's field, the attack points of The Devils Eraser go up to 2000 (2*1000) as Yugi has expected. Yugi believes that this level of the devil god can't break through his current shield with 2600 defense point.

Yakou smiles before saying that Yugi seems very happy to rely on the shield 4-star monster holding the strongest defense power. He reminds Yugi of existence of The Devils Eraser to destroy any erase everything. To think that he can capture The Devils Eraser, his pride will be erased.

The turn is now with Yakou. He draws a card and shocks everybody by declaring to give The Devils Eraser as a tribute. He actually wants to activate its special effect. When The Devils Eraser is sent into the cemetery, it erases all cards on the field to go with it. Thus, Big Shield Gardna and a face-down card of Yugi are destroyed and sent to the cemetery along with The Devils Eraser.

The monster that Yakou sacrifices The Devils Eraser to summon is [Gape the God of War ~ Gunshin Gape - 6/2200/2000: Increase attack power of this card by 300 points for each God monster on your hand]. Gekkou is very surprised by that Yakou sacrifics the devil god for this 6-star monster. Due to the effect of The Devils Eraser, Yugi's field is now totally wiped out. Thus, the attack of Gape the God of War will certainly pass to Yugi.

Gekkou explains the special effect of Gape the God of War that its attack points can increase by 300 points for each god card on his hand. He shows that he now has only one devil god, The Devils Avatar, on his hand, surprising everyone very much. Therefore, the attack power of Gape the God of War becomes 2500 (2200+300). Yakou sets up a face-down card and looks at Yugi. He lets Gape the God of War to continue the road opened by the devil god, declaring its direct attack.

Yugi receives the direct attack, so his LP decreases significantly to 300 (2800-2500). As Yakou is laughing loudly, there appears a picture of a card coming out from Yugi's duel disk. It's the face-down card that Yugi previously set up. Yakou is very surprised because this card should have been destroyed along with The Devils Eraser already.

Yugi reveals this trap card, [Cross Counter Trap - Trap: In the turn when this card is sent to the cemetery as a result of your opponent's effect, you can activate a card from your hand]. Because The Devils Eraser sent this face-down card to the cemetery, Yugi could activate its effect. It allows him to activate a trap card from his hand.

When Yugi was directly attacked, he activated a trap card, [Stairway Straight to Hades ~ Meifu Ni Tsuzuku Kaidan - Trap: When you take an opponent's direct attack when you don't have even 1 Monster on your Field, 2 Messengers of Hades can be Special Summoned from your deck], from his hand.

This card can be activated only Yugi got the direct attack and he didn't have any monster on the field. It allows him to special summon [Envoy of Hades Goozu ~ Meifu No Shisa Goozu - 7/2700/2500] and [Envoy of Hades Kaien ~ Meifu No Shisa Kaien - 7/2500/2700] from his deck onto the field in attack position. Yakou is very shocked by that Yugi can reverse the situation from that everything was erased to that he has two 7-star monsters on the field.

Yakou also has just realized that this is the power of the duelist who was able to defeat his Pegasus-Sama. Gekkou is very impressed by Yugi's play, but Yakou can still be well matched with him. Kaiba sees that Yugi wasn't defeated. Even though he got serious wound by the direct attack, he could still prevail by two 7-star monsters. Anyway, nobody especially Yugi can be relieved. He knows well that Yakou now has another devil god on his hand.

The turn is now with Yugi. He draws a card and sets up a face-down card. At the same time, he thinks that Yakou needs at least three monsters to summon the devil god. Yakou is now sweating. He doubts whether Yugi's strike is coming. Yugi thinks that he has to make a conclusion before The Devils Avatar is summoned. He immediately declares the attack of Envoy of Hades Goozu to destroy Gape the God of War. This attack reduces Yakou's LP to 1900 (2100+2500-2700).

Without waiting, Yugi declares the direct attack of Envoy of Hades Kaien towards Yakou. At this moment, Yakou opens his face-down trap card [Yellow Alert - Trap: Activate this card when your opponent declares an attack. Special a monster from your hand. When the battle phase ends, return that monster to your hand]. This card allows him to special summon a monster as a shield onto the field.

Nevertheless, Yakou didn't do so, surprising Yugi very much. Yugi doesn't understand why Yakou had to summon Tels as a shield. Yakou looks at Yugi's face and smirks. He asks whether Yugi is aware of that the beating of the devil god is getting faster. Yugi looks amazed very much. Here seems to be the end of his turn.

The turn comes to Yakou. He draws a card and plays a spell card, Multiply, to increase the number of Wing left by Tels to 3 Wings. Everybody becomes surprised by seeing the three monsters ready for tributes suddenly. Yakou says that the devil god is going to appear in front of Yugi again as declaring to run on his turn.

As everybody can imagine, Yakou gives three Wing tokens as tributes to summon the second devil god, [The Devils Avatar - 10/?/?: Attack and Defense point of Avatar equals to the point plus 1 of that of the monster's attack point which has the highest attack point among monsters exist on the field].
