Summary
In a controller room of Kaiba Corporation, Tenma is
working alone. Then a guy in a shadow appears behind him, handing
over to pick up The Devils Avatar. Yet, Tenma realizes that act
and tells the guy not to touch his card. So, that guy asks what
Tenma is suspecting. Tenma understands well how light-fingered the
guy is (He knows that the guy usually takes things very fast). After
that, the guy asks about the current situation. Tenma knows that
he means "Deschutes Lew", thus replying that Deschutes
Lew was already defeated. The guy seems to be sorry for this news.
Anyway, he wonders what Tenma is still doing here in the situation
like this. Tenma in fact understands everything well. Also, he can
even feel instinct of duelists.
At
the same time, Yami Yugi slides the key card he got from Deschutes
to get into the next stage. Previously, Deschutes explained that
there were security systems set up on more than ten blocks in the
building. In order to get into the next block, Yami Yugi has to
get a key card. Yami Yugi notices that Deschutes looked very different,
asking whether that Deschutes revealed this kind of information
was good. Deschutes no longer cared about it. He accepted Yami Yugi's
strenght as the perfect duel king. There were 12 card professors
remaining, so Deschutes hoped that everybody would try his best.
Honda, Yami Yugi and Jyonouchi then move into the next room where
is a wide hall with an upper deck. Following what Deschutes told
him, Honda belives that there must be a card professor on this floor.
Then Jyonouchi shows his confidience. No matter what kind of an
enemy is, he and Yami Yugi will kick him out. Yet, Honda tells him
to leave the pure thought of duel and turns to focus on saving Anzu.
Jyonouchi understands it well, arguing that he should hurry to beat
people to reach Anzu. While Honda and Jyonouchi are having a quarral,
Yami Yugi points them that the next card professor is coming. Fog
is released, covering the entire floor. Then a lady appears, welcoming
people to her duel field. She introduces herself "Tira
Muk" (Ti-Ra-Mu-Ku), the second assassin. Meanwhile,
Jyonouchi is very amazed by the solid system that changes the floor
into the cemetery duel field. Tira explains that this field, where
her master has been sleeping, is suitable for her deck. She is certain
that Yami Yugi must be defeated in the garden of her master. Also,
she shows her key card to Yami Yugi while Yami Yugi is showing Anzu
card. In other words, both of them are betting their own cards as
Yugi did before. Tira explains that if she wins Yami Yugi and gets
Anzu card, she will get $10,000 money prize. Calculating the amount
(12,000,000 Yen), Jyonouchi is getting very shocked. He asks Tira
about the money prize in case Tira beats him instead. It is pity
that Jyonouchi is valued only $10 (1,200 Yen). As a result, Jyonouchi
is very angry at Tenma.
The
duel between Tira and Yami Yugi finally begins. First turn comes
to Tera. Setting a reversed card, she summons Blood Sucker
(4/1300/1500) in an attack mode. Then she ends her turn.
Next, Yami Yugi draws a card and summons Beta Magnet Warrior
(4/1700/1600) in an attack mode. He lets it attack Blood
Sucker at once. Therefore, Tera's LP goes down to 3600 (4000+1300-1700).
At this moment, she opens her reversed card which can be activated
when her monster is attacked and destroyed. It is a trap card, Thirst
of Blood (Chi No Kawaki). It allows her to summon a vampire-family
monster with lower level than 4 onto the field. Therefore, she chooses
to summon Vampire Lady. Yami Yugi is wondering
whether Tira intends to sacrifice it to summon a greater monster
in her next turn. Setting additional two reversed cards, he ends
his turn. Yami Yugi realizes that this ruin garden is where Tira's
master exists. So, he challenges Tira to show her sleeping master
of the garden in her deck. Yami Yugi would also love to see it.
Tira accepts Yami Yugi's request, letting him see her master.
Turn is back to Tera. She sacrifices Vampire Lady to summon Curse
of Vampire (6/2000/800) in an attack mode. Then, she declares
its attack at once. Beta Magnet Warrior of Yami Yugi is finally
destroyed and his LP, therefore, goes down to 3700 (4000+1700-2000).
Yami Yugi asks whether Curse of Vampire is really Tira's master.
So, Tira confirms that Curse of Vampire will beat Yami Yugi because
it is immortal. Yami Yugi is very curious how the immortal vampire
can defeat him, openning his trap card, Bond of Soul (Tamashii
No Tsuna). This card can be activated when his monster
is destroyed, allowing him to pay 1000 LP to summon a monster with
4 stars specially from his deck. As a result, Yami Yugi summons
Gamma Magnet Warrior (1500).
Back
to Yami Yugi's turn.He summons King of the Beast Gazelle
(Genjyuuou Gazelle - 4/1500/1200) and plays a magic card,
Union Attack, from his hand. By the effect of this
card, it allows all monsters of the player together attack one of
the opponent monster. However, the opponent will receive 0 damage.
As a result, King of the Beast Gazelle and Gamma Magnet Warrior
together destroy Curse of Vampire (1500+1500 VS 2000).Honda and
Jyonouchi are very glad to Yami Yugi's great play although Tira's
LP remains the same. Yet, Tira still claims that her monster is
immortal. Suddenly, Curse of Vampire's spirit appears from her graveyard,
sucking Tira's blood from her neck and returning onto the field
with 2500 attack points. Tira explains that when this card is destroyed
through battle and sent to the Cemetery, she can pay her 1000 LP
to summon specially this monster back on the Field in attack mode.
This monster can gain additional 500 attack points (2000+500=2500)
while Tira's LP goes down to 2600 (3600-1000). So, everybody looks
amazed by immortal monster of Tira.
Next, after drawing a card and moving in the Tira'sbattle phase,
Tira plays a permanent magic card, Threat of Demon's Eyes
(Iatsu Suru Magan). This card can be activated when there
is a vampire monster on the field. Tira can change the mode of all
of Yami Yugi's monsters into defense mode. While they're in defense
mode, her monster can attack him directly. Therefore, Curse of Vampire
attacks Yami Yugi directly and his LP then goes down to 200 (2700-2500).
Both Jyonouchi and Honda are very worried about Yami Yugi while
Tira claims that her monster will defeat Yami Yugi in the next.
No matter what kind of monster Yami Yugi will summon can't beat
her Curse of Vampire.
Anyway,
Yami Yugi doesn't think so. Drawing a card, he sacrifices King of
Beast Gazelle and Gamma Magnet Warrior to summon Buster
Blader (8/2600/2300). Tira reminds Yami Yugi that her Curse
of Vampire is immortal and can be regenerated although it is defeated.
Yet, Yami Yugi understands the situation very well, openning the
reversed card Magic Transfer (Mahou Utsushi). This
card can transfer an effect of a magic card back. That means the
effect of Threat of Demon's Eyes is returned to Curse of Vampire.
So, Curse of Vampire is changed into a defense mode. Then Tira is
attacked directly by Buster Blader and her LP goes down to 0 (2600-2600).
Yami Yugi is the winner.
