At the new white (ex-Blue) dorm, the students are welcoming the coming of Saiou, calling him "Saiou-Sama! The Leader-Sama!". Manjyome and Asuka step in the front to greet Saiou very politely. Asuka appreciates Saiou's guidance for these powerless people. Saiou turns to other students and mentions that he hasn't guided anything at all. It's the destiny that leads them. He is just a usual student like the others. From now on, he hopes they will learn and help one another to increase the prosperity of Association of Light. This is their destiny. All students are impressed by his speech and yelling around "Destiny! Destiny! Destiny! ~". Meanwhile, Edo is standing outside the dorm, looking and hearing of what people are doing. Judai, Sho, Kenzan, and Misawa are also looking at the white dorm from the other side of the lake. They are very concerned by what Saiou and other white students are planning to do. Misawa turns to Judai and tells him to better be more careful. Judai now looks worried about Saiou as well.

Later, Temp Principal Chronos and Vice Principal Napolean are arguing about where should be the destination of the coming school trip. Temp Principal Chronos opens a map and strongly recommends Italy. He dreams of popular cities like Milan and Rome, trying to use the authority of Principal to draw the conclusion. Vice Principal Napolean looks mad and becomes against his idea. He jumps onto the map and opens the second map of France. Apparently, he prefers the popular city like Paris and wants to school trip to be there. While both of them haven't drawn the conclusion yet, they are interrupted by the approaching of several white students. Temp Principal Chronos asks what kind of business they have as Vice Principal Napolean says that they are currently having such an important meeting. Manjyome's realized that Temp Principal Chronos and Vice Principal Napolean are talking about the destination of the school trip. He doesn't think that it's necessary because Saiou's going to predict and determine the destination for them. Then, Saiou enters the room and excuses for his interfering their business. Temp Principal Chronos still doesn't feel comfortable to let Saiou determine the destination by his destiny tarot. He is much depressed by a lot of hostile sight of the white students. Vice Principal Napolean thinks that he may have no choice, going to comply and letting Saiou handle this job. Saiou tells them that it's just the destiny. Vice Principal Napolean thinks that the situation doesn't look good. He can feel some threatening danger inside Saiou's eyes. Finally, Asuka concludes that her leader, Saiou-Sama, is going to announce the destination of the school trip.

At this moment, Judai yells to stop the decision, standing with Kenzan and Sho in front of the door. He tells people that he also has some place that he really wanna go. Manjyome turns back to and tells him unfriendly to step back. Asuka adds that Judai can't oppose the destiny anyway. Judai doesn't look worried at all. He smiles and challenges Saiou for a duel to determine who can make the decision of the school trip destination. Saiou thinks that this sounds interesting. He turns to Judai and asks what Judai thinks in case he has to enter Association of Light after he is defeated. Sho, Kenzan, and Misawa become concerned if Judai has to leave, trying to stop him not to approach into this duel. Judai wonders for how long his friends have been confused by any destiny or fortune telling. He seems very serious about this fight. However, Saiou mentions that he would like to pass this time, but he will let Judai duel against the duelist he selects. It's the choice of the destiny fortune telling. Temp Principal Chronos and Vice Principal Napolean look very amazed.

Asuka is walking to the hallway toward a room where there is the voice of a lady coming from. The lady is telling a fairy tale about [Frog Prince], which a frog turns back into a handsome prince and marries princess with happiness, suddenly having interrupted by Asuka knocking the door of her room. The lady asks who's coming. Asuka tells her that saiou-Sama is calling her, Princess Rose. She has been selected to duel against Yuki Judai.

The decisive duel has come. Judai is now standing on the duel arena surrounded by the students, who mostly are the white students. People are wondering what kind of Judai's opponent is gonna be. Judai hasn't seen Saiou, having concerned about the strong belief of this destiny guy. Then, he gets up when Asuka calls him. Seeing Asuka in the front of him, he wonders whether she is his opponent. Asuka refuses and introduces his real opponent standing behind, [Princess Rose]. Such a beautiful princess appears in her blue dresss and crown. Sho and Kenzan are very impressed by her look (Kenzan calls her "Ohime" which means the same as "Princess") as Misawa looks shy. Princess Rose takes the duel disk from Asuka while stepping onto the duel arena. She tells Judai that Saiou assigns her to duel against him. Judai greets her back with his smile. Princess Rose hopes to have such a sweet/pretty duel as Judai hopes to have fun with it. When both of them are ready, the game begins.

T.A.D.P.O.L.E.
Monster Card

First turn comes to Princess Rose. Judai looks curious what kind of deck she is gonna play. Drawing a card, she summons [T.A.D.P.O.L.E. ~ Otamajyakushi - 1/0/0: When this card on your side of the field is destroyed as a result of battle and sent to your graveyard, you can add any amount of T.A.D.P.O.L.E. from your deck to your hand. Then, shuffle your deck] onto the field in a defense position. A black little tadpole then appears on the field. After seeing her monster, Sho looks very surprised. Kenzan thinks that it doesn't look pretty and sweet at all. Princess Rose seems to hear what he said and gets mad by his words. She then ends her turn here.

It's now Judai's turn. He draws a card and summons [N-Air Hummingbird - 3/800/600: Increase the controller of this Monster's Life Points by 500 for each card in your opponent's hand. This effect can only be used once during a turn] onto the field in an attack position. According to its effect, Judai can gain 500 for each card on Princess Rose's hand. There are 5 cards left on her hand, so Judai's LP goes up to 6500 (4000+500*5). After that, he declares the battle of N-Air Hummingbird against T.A.D.P.O.L.E. Once .A.D.P.O.L.E. is destroyed, Princess Rose activates its special effect. When it's destroyed in battle and sent into the graveyard, she can get another T.A.D.P.O.L.E. from her deck onto her hand. Judai feels that she has such an interesting deck. He ends his turn here. Sho and Kenzan turn to ask Misawa, a knowledgable guy, whether her deck type is actually interesting. Misawa appears amazed and replies that he isn't familiar with it. Sho and Kenzan think that he is just helpless as turning away.

Living Frog
Magic Card

Turn comes back to Princess Rose. Drawing a card, she plays a magic card [Living Frog ~ Ikikaeru - Magic: Send 1 Water Main-Type Monster in your hand to the Cemetery, Special Summon 1 Water Main-Type Monster from your Cemetery]. Sending an aqua monster on her hand, T.A.D.P.O.L.E. which she previously got from her deck, into the cemetery, she can resummon an aqua monster from her graveyard. Thus, she resummons the first T.A.D.P.O.L.E., which was destroyed by the attack of N-Air Hummingbird, from the cemetery onto the field in an attack position. Sho and Kenzan seemingly look confused by the purpose of her play: sending the second T.A.D.P.O.L.E. into the cemetery to resummon the first T.A.D.P.O.L.E. from the graveyard. Only Misawa realizes that she is aiming to a sacrifice summon. He certainly gets it right.

Des Frog
Monster Card

Princess Rose sacrifices T.A.D.P.O.L.E. on the field to normal summon [Des Frog ~ Desugaeru - 5/1900/0: When this card is tribute Summoned successfully, you can Special Summon Des Frog (s) from your hand or Deck up to the same number of T.A.D.P.O.L.E. (s) in your Graveyard] in an attack position. While Judai is getting amazed, Princess Rose hasn't finished yet. She says that there are two T.A.D.P.O.L.E. in her graveyard. Due to Des Frog's special effect, she can special summon Des Frog from her hand or deck up to the same number of T.A.D.P.O.L.E. in her graveyard. Temp Principal Chronos and Vice Principal Napolean notice two T.A.D.P.O.L.E. swimming, growing with legs, and finally becoming two Des Frogs on the field. Judai gets very impressed by her play. Princess Rose tells him that these Des Frogs or [Princes ~ Ojisama] actually are protecting her. People obviously become amazed by her Frog Princes. Princess Rose also tells him that she has heard from Saiou that Judai can see monsters' spirits. Thus, he should be able to see her Princes behind her Frogs as well. Judai is afraid to tell her that he sees only Frogs. Princess Rose argues firmly that they are her Princes, and she is able to see them, her Princes who always protect her. In her dream, there appear three handsome princes transformed from Des Frogs. She thinks that they are Frog Prince spirits. Anyway, Judai becomes more amazed by her act because he sees no human form but three green Frogs.

summary - second period
episode 74 summarized by Janime

Saiou, who hasn't watched the duel at the arena, is looking through his tarot while thinking of monsters' spirits. He draws a tarot card, and it appears [Wheel of Fortune]. Actually, he can't see the spirits as Judai does. However, there is another person who can see the card spirits, and she is Princess Rose. That's why Saiou assigns her to duel against him. Back to the duel. Sho has just realized the story about a princess marries a frog. Princess Rose hears what Sho said and gets mad. She corrects him that it's the real story that the princess doesn't marry the frog but the prince turned into the frog. That's why she can see her Princes. She asks Judai again how he thinks of her Princes. Judai tries his best to take a look at her Frogs. Unfortunately, he sees nothing, and his vision appears only green Des Frogs. At this moment, Manjyome watching the duel from the stage begins to suspect something about Princess Rose (Perhaps, if even Judai can't see the prince spirit, Princess Rose shouldn't be able to see it, either).

Des Croaking
Magic Card

Princess Rose carries on the duel. She plays a magic card [Des Croaking ~ Des Chorus - Magic: You can only activate this card when there are 3 face-up Des Frog on your side of the field. Destroy all cards on your opponent’s Field] from her hand. She can activate it when she has tree Des Frogs on her field. By its effect, all Judai's monsters will be destroyed. Princess Rose tells her Des Frogs to sing for her, and N-Air Hummingbird is then wiped out. She continues the three direct attacks of Des Frogs against Judai. Getting such a strong hit, Judai's LP dramatically reduces to 800 (6500-1900*3). People look very impressed by her great play. Anyway, Sho is worried by that Judai's LP decreased from 6500 to 800 quickly.

D.3.S. Frog
Monster Card

She hasn't finished her turn yet, playing Polymerization to fuse three Des Frogs into [D.3.S Frog ~ Gaeru Sandesu - 8/2500/2000: A Fusion Summon of this card can only be conducted with the above Fusion Material Monsters. Increase the ATK of this card by 500 points for each Treeborn Frog in your Graveyard]. Judai thinks that the look of D.3.S. Frog is very cool, but his friends don't think so. Princess Rose is glad to see Judai's positive feeling to her Prince. He looks at the top of D.3.S. Frog and there appears the spirit of such a handsome prince. Here is the end of her turn. Judai is still getting amazed since he doesn't see her Prince spirit at all.

It's now Judai's turn. Drawing a card, he summons [E-Hero Blubbleman - 4/800/1200: If this card is the only card in your hand, you can Special Summon it in attack mode. When this card is successfully Normal Summoned, Special Summoned, or Reverse Summoned when it is the only card on your Field, draw 2 cards from your deck] onto the field in an attack position. Due to the special effect of E-Hero Bubbleman, Judai has no other card on the field, so he can draw additional two cards, and get Polymerization and Hero Halo. Other 5 cards on his hand are E-Hero Burst Lady, E-Hero Clayman, Power Charger, Feather Shot, and Hero Signal. He then plays Polymerization to fuse E-Hero Bubbleman on the field with E-Hero Burst Lady on his hand into [E-Hero Mudballman - 6/1900/3000] in a defense position. He sets up two face-down cards and ends his turn.

Treeborn Frog
Monster Card

Next turn comes to Princess Rose. She draws a card and plays Pot of Greed to draw two new cards. Then, he activates the magic card [Foolish Burial ~ Orokana Masiou - Magic: Choose 1 Monster card in your deck and send it to your Cemetery. Afterwards, shuffle your deck] from her hand. According to its effect, she sends a monster, [Treeborn Frog ~ Yomigaeru - 1/100/100: If this card is in your Graveyard during your Standby Phase and there are no Spell or Trap Cards on your side of the field, you can Special Summon this card to your side of the field. This effect cannot be activated if there is a face-up "Treeborn Frog" on your side of the field], from her deck into the graveyard and then shuffles the deck. Judai wonders that she again sent another Frog into the cemetery.

Flute of Hamelin
Magic Card

After that, Princess Rose plays another magic card [Flute of Hamelin ~ Hamelin No Fue - Magic: Choose 1 Monster sent to the Cemetery during this turn. Both players send all cards with the same name as that Monster to their Cemeteries from their hands or decks] from her hand. By its effect, Princess Rose has to select a monster in the graveyard and send the cards with the same name as the selected monster's from her deck or hand into the cemetery. As a result, she selects Treeborn Frog, sending other two Treeborn Frogs into the graveyard. At this point, she activates the special effect of D.3.S Frog. Its attack points can increase by 500 points for each Treeborn Frog in the cemetery. Now, there are totally three Treeborn Frogs in her cemetery (One was sent by the effect of Foolish Burial, and other two were sent by the effect of Flute of Hamelin), so the total attack points of D.3.S. become 4000 (2500+500*3). People begin to worried because its 4000 attack points are higher than E-Hero Mudballman's 3000 defense points.

Princess Rose declares the attack of D.3.S Frog against E-Hero Mudballman, and E-Hero Mudballman is finally destroyed. At this time, Judai opens one of his reversed trap cards [Hero Signal - Trap: You can only activate this card if a Monster of yours is destroyed as a result of Battle and sent to the Cemetery. Special Summon 1 Monster with Hero in its name from your deck]. It allows him to special summon [E-Hero Featherman - 3/1000/1000] from his deck onto the field after the monster was destroyed in this turn. Princess Rose feels sorry to him before playing [De-Fusion ~ Yuugou Kaijyo - Magic: Return 1 Fusion Monster Card on the Field to its' owner's Fusion Deck. If all the Fusion-Material Monsters for the returned Fusion Monster Card are in the Graveyard, they can be Special Summoned to the Field at this time] to return D.3.S Frog into original three Des Frogs. She tells her Frog Princes to break through Judai, calling him a bad wizard ("Warui Mahou Tsukai" or "A bad magic bearer" is an evil guy in her Frog Prince tale). Judai and E-Hero Featherman apparently look confused when she called them like that.

Once three Des Frogs begin to attack, Judai opens his last reversed trap card [Hero Ring ~ Hero Halo - Trap: After activation, this card is treated as an Equip Card. Equip it to 1 Warrior-Type monster with an ATK of 1500 or less. Your opponent's monsters with 1900 or more ATK cannot attack that equipped monster]. This card can be equipped with a monster with less than 1500 attack points, E-Hero Featherman, and can block all attacks from monsters with the attack points higher than or equal to 1900. Therefore, Des Frogs with 1900 attack points are all countered away. Princess Rose isn't pleased with what bad wizard Judai did to her Princes as Judai tries to argue that he isn't the evil wizard. On the other side, Manjyome looks worried about Princess Rose. She says that she is able to see the spirits; however, he doesn't see anything at all.

Amphibian Angel - Mi Frog
Monster Card

It's still Princess Rose's turn. She sacrifices three Des Frogs to special summon [Amphibian Angel - Mi Frog ~ Ryouseiruitenshi - Mi Gaeru - 5/1400: This card's effect is determined on the number of Monsters used as sacrifice for this Monster's summoning. If 3 Monsters are used as sacrifice, destroy all Magic and Trap cards on the Field. Afterwards, Special Summon as many Monsters with Frog in their name to your Field that it will allow? This card cannot be attacked by your opponent if there are other Monsters on your Field] onto the field in an attack position. Judai wonders by the fact that it has only 1400 attack points, fewer than Des Frog's 1900 attack points. Princess Rose explains that when this monster is summoned onto the field by three 3 tributes, all magic and trap cards on the field are destroyed. As a result, Hero Ring equipped with E-Hero Featherman is destroyed. Furthermore, its effect allows her to special resummon Frog monsters as many as she wants, three Des Frogs and D.3.S. Frog, onto the field in an attack position. People seem to be scared of her Frog army. Misawa wonders whether this will be the end. Princess Rose mentions the last effect of Amphibian Angel - Mi Frog that Judai can't attack it as a target before ending her turn.

At this moment, Manjyome interrupts the duel. He tells Princess Rose to leave now, and he will be in her place. Judai doesn't understand what Manjyome means, telling him not to interfere the game. Princess Rose agrees with Judai and tells Manjyome to step back. Manjyome claims that Princess Rose tells people a lie by that fact she isn't actually able to see any monster spirit. Princess Rose argues that the doesn't lie, and she really can see her Princes. Manjyome confirms his conclusion and doesn't understand why Princess Rose has to lie Saiou. Nobody can perceive it anyway. Thus, he intends to take her place and leads the game to the beautiful victory following the destiny. Princess Rose still insists that she says the truth. When she was young, she read the story about Frog Prince. Since then, Frogs have become her Princes and friends. She is always the one being protected. Also, whenever she uses her Frog deck, she is able to see her Princes. Manjyome tells her that it's merely her hallucination. However, Judai trusts her. He explains that the spirits reside in hearts with belief. It doesn't matter what shape they will be. Although they aren't in human form, they are the spirits. If Princess Rose strongly believes in her spirits, Judai decides to believe so. Manjyome is finally fine with their answer, and decides not to take Princess Rose's place. Nothing can be changed. He believes that the destiny that Saiou predicts will soon show the proof. Then, he walks out. Judai doesn't care what Manjyome said, telling Princess Rose to continue the duel. He declares that he will beat all of her important Princes. Princess Rose seems to be happy that Judai accepts her Princes and no longer considers them Frogs.

Power Charger
Magic Card

Final turn comes to Judai. He draws a card and gets Pot of Greed, playing it to draw additional two cards. Then, he summons [E-Hero Burst Lady - 3/1200/800] onto the field in an attack position, and plays the magic card [O-Over Soul - Magic: Special summon 1 Normal monster with Elemental Hero in its name from your graveyard]. This card allows him to special summon E-Hero Clayman from his graveyard onto the field in an attack mode. After that, he plays the field magic card [Skycraper - Field Magic: Increase the attack strength of all Monsters on the Field with E-HERO in their name by 1000 points when Battling a Monster with higher attack strength]. According to its effect, E-Hero Featherman's attack points go up to 2000 (1000+1000) when all of Princess Rose's monsters have higher attack points than it's. Judai equips the new magic card [Power Charger ~ Equipment Magic: You can only Equip this card to a Warrior Sub-Type Monster? When the Equipped Monster destroys a Monster as a result of battle, increase the attack strength of the Equipped Monster equal to the destroyed Monster's attack strength] with E-Hero Featherman. He explains its effect that when the equipped monster, E-Hero Featherman, can destroy a monster in battle, its attack points can increase by the attack points of the destroyed monster.

Eventually, he plays the magic card [Feather Shot - Magic: Select 1 face-up Elemental Hero Featherman on your side of the Field to activate this card. This turn, the selected card can attack as many times as the number of Monster(s) on your side of the Field when this card resolves. You cannot attack your opponent's Life Points directly, and your other Monster(s) cannot attack] that allows E-Hero Featherman to do multiple attacks in this turn. His friends just seem to realize what Judai has aime to. Judai begins his strike, declaring the attack of E-Hero Featherman to destroy the first Des Frog. Princess Rose's LP then decreases to 3900 (4000+1900-2000). Due to Power Charger's effect, the attack points of E-Hero Featherman goes up to 2900 (1000+1900: original based attack points + Des Frog's attack points). E-Hero Featherman starts the second attack to destroy the second Des Frog. This reduces Princess Rose's LP to 2900 (3900+1900-2900). Repeatedly, the attack points of E-Hero Featherman increases to 4800 (2900+1900). E-Hero Featherman does the third attack to destroy the third Des Frog. Thus, Princess Rose's LP exactly decreases to 0 (2900+1900-4800), and she is finally defeated.

Judai claims that he wins, showing his usual victory sign. Anyway, he wonders whether he overdid to her Frog Princes. Princess Rose stares at Judai unfriendly and says that her Princes are much cooler than his Hero. She sticks her tongue out to him before walking away. Judai doesn't know how to say, so he just smiles. The spirit of Winged Kurigoh also appears to share his feeling. Then, they see some green ball flying from the back of Princess Rose to the front of them. There appers the actual spirit of little Frog Prince. Only Judai seems able to see it. The spirit bows to them before going after Princess Rose. Judai just looks amazed and laughs with joy. The frog prince spirit is real. Sho and Kenzan jumps over him, enjoying his victory. Judai claims that he wins the duel, so he is the one who can select the destination of the school trip. Temp Principal Chronos and Vice Principal Napolean have to accept that and let Judai do as he wants.

Judai takes a microphone and says, "This is an announcement! The destination of the school trip is the sanctuary of the battle between Yugi-San and Kaiba-San!". He says at the same time when Saiou opens a tarot card. Although Judai wins, Saiou thinks that the destiny hasn't been changed. The destination that he has predicted is the same as what Judai is expecting. His tarot card appears [The Tower], which represents the next battlefield or the destination of this school trip "Domino City!".

To be continued...

Judai Yes! The destination of the school trip is...
Judai/Sho Domino City!
Sho It's the sanctuary of duelists with numerous attractions.
Judai Wooo!!! It's a dream to see Yugi-San's home. It's real! Who's that old guy?
