Unexpectedly,
Manjyome approaches into Obelisk Blue dorm and faces the
Blue students. They still consider Manjyome a drouout at
Osiris Red but are amazed by his white uniform. Manjyome
smirks before saying that it's a holy white uniform representing
the light. The uniform will turn them and the world white
and pure. A student argues that Blue is the sign of their
pride while another students asks whether dropout Red, Manjyome,
is making fool of the elites. Manjyome laughs out loud and
says that the Association of Light is going to change the
world soon, and all of the students here will join it. The
students certainly think that it's so stupid. Thus, Manjyome
challenges them for duels so that they understand correctly
how splendid Association of Light is. The Blue student thinks
it's so ridiculous, asking whether Manjyome expects to defeat
them all. Manjyome assumes that the question is the acceptance
of his challenge. The Blue student replies that an elite
doesn't reverse his words. Manjyome then standbys his duel
disk and says that their wheel of destiny has already started
to turn. The image of destiny wheel with the shadow of Saiou
appears behind him. It's apparent that Manjyome is dueling
by the power of Saiou. He declares the duel against all
Blue students. After that, there is the big explosion coming
with the large scream of people at Blue dorm.
At
Duel Academy, Prefessor Chronos is walking to a classroom
and humming "Enjoy, from now
on will be a fun class nanone ~ Open the Door!".
Once he enters the classroom, he gets very shocked. He doesn't
understand what it means by that there is no Blue student
in the class at all. There are only Yellow and Red students.
He imagines himself as a bee appreciating only Yellow and
Red tulips. Prefessor Chronos is very wondering where all
Blue students are.
At the same time, Momoe and Junko are talking to Asuka
about what's now happening to Obelisk Blue. Then Judai,
Sho, and Kenzan join them, running towards Blue dorm. Once
they reach there, they are dazzled by the glowing bright
white color of the white building. The Blue dorm is totally
turned white. Asuka notices Fubuki laying on the ground,
running in to see him quickly. Fubuki tells her that he
already tried his best to stop Manjyome and other students
from changing the color of the dorm, but it's useless. Judai,
Sho, and Kenzan look very surprised when they look forward
and see Manjyome on a litter carried by other Blue students.
Everybody is absolutely wearing a white uniform. Asuka wonders
whether that's really Manjyome.
Manjyome
begins to greet her "Tenjoin-Kun,
when you call me, you should say Manjyome Thunder...No!
now you should call Manjyome White Thunder!".
Other students begin to yell out his new name together "Manjyome
White Thunder! White Thunder!". Judai and his
friends become more surprised what's going on with him.
Manjyome says that there is a message of the light or the
order from Saiou to dye Duel Academy white. Hearing the
name of Saiou, Judai realizes that he is supposed to be
the manager of Edo Phoenix. Manjyome explains that the manager
is merely his temporary form. His true form is a person
who will rule the world and the leader of Association of
Light. Sho asks people what Manjyome is talking about. Kenzan
completely doesn't understand either what he means. It seems
that nobody has realized yet what Association of Light is.
Judai asks whether Manjyome is actually fine. He would like
to bring him to see Ayukawa teacher at the medical room.
Manjyome breaks out, and other Blue students are blown away.
He says that he's fine. The real problem is with Judai and
the others who haven't waken up yet. Thus, he challenges
them a duel. While Judai is going to offer himself, Asuka
interrupts him. She says that this is Obelisk Blue problem.
Therefore, Momoe and Junko would like to join, but Asuka
stops them. She would like to approach this duel by herself.
Fubuki tells her to be careful because all of Blue students
here were comepletely beaten by Manjyome and turned white.
Asuka tells her brother not to be worried and asks whether
Manjyome is fine with her as his opponent. Manjyome absolutely
welcomes her to see how wonderful Association of Light is.
Inside the white hall, Saiou is shuffling his tarot cards
on the table, thinking of Judai who could beat Edo Phoenix.
He accidently drops a tarot card on the floor, and it's
upright [The Heirophant
~ Houou]. Saiou wonders whether it means that
the person who is necessary to him is actually Yuki Judai
not Edo Phoenix.
At
the duel arena of Duel Academy, Manjyome and Asuka are ready
on the duel stage. Manjyome is glad by that Asuka has approached
to this duel. It's the baptism of light to dye her white.
When she's showered by the ture light, her heart will turn
white. Then, she's be able to see something. Asuka asks
what else Manjyome can currently see. Manjyome replies that
he can see people's destiny as a sample. The destiny is
the power of a person. Whoever is showered by the true light
will be able to see the future. Asuka firmly says that she
isn't an advocate of destiny. People have to open their
future by themselves, and that's the way she lives. Manjyome
says that he will wake her up and lead her to the real light.
The audiences behind him are all Blue students turned white
and begin to cheer him "Manjyome
White Thunder! White Thunder!". Asuka thinks
that Manjyome is so stupid. She will be the one who will
wake him up. Standing by their duel disks, both of them
start the duel.
First turn comes to Manjyome. Drawing a card, he plays
new magic card [Hells White - Permanent
Magic: You must play with your hand shown. During your opponent's
Standby Phases, do 600 points of damage to your opponent].
Due to its effect, he has to show his cards on hand while
playing. The images of his 5 cards are exposed above his
head, and there appear Armed Dragon LV 3 and 5, Mystical
Space Typhoon, Hell Polymer, and Level Modulation. Manjyome
claims that the light shines fairly. In Association of Light,
there is no person hiding in the shadow. Seeing Manjyome
express all of his cards, Asuka wonders what kind of trap
he is planning. Then, he normal summons [Armed
Dragon LV 3 - 3/1200/900: During your Standby Phase, send
this face-up card to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 "Armed
Dragon LV5" from your hand or Deck] in an attack
position. Setting up a face-down card, he ends his turn.
Kenzan can see it apparently that the reversed card is Mystical
Space Typhoon. Sho thinks that it doesn't matter how many
there is Manjyome. As long as people can see all of his
cards, he can't win at all. Fubuki notes that revealing
all cards to the opponent is an exceptable high-class technique.
Judai wonders whether this isn't a love duel. Fubuki laughs
and thinks that Judai is still innocent. He explains that
it is the same as the love duel, telling him to watch out
Manjyome carefully. Judai thinks that he still doesn't understand
him at all.
Next is Asuka's turn. Once she draws a card, Manjyome activates
the special effect of Hells White. In every standby phase
of Asuka, she will get the direct damage of 600 points.
As a result, her LP reduces to 3400 (4000-600). After that,
she normal summons [Cyber Tu Tu -
3/1000/800: If your opponent has face-up Monsters with an
ATK higher than the ATK of this card, this card can attack
your opponent's Life Points directly] in an attack
position. She equips it with a magic cards [Angel
Wing - Equipment Magic: When the Equipped Monster does battle
damage to the opposing player, do 300 points of damage to
your opponent. When this card is sent from your Field to
the Cemetery, draw 1 card from your deck]. Asuka
thinks that if Manjyome activates his reversed Mystical
Space Typhoon now, he will be able to destroy her Angel
Wing. However, he is still silent, really confusing her.
Junko and Momoe wonder and think that this is weird. Sho
and Kenzan also think the same thing and repeat their words.
Thus, the two ladies get mad and turn back to them with
angry faces because they copied their words.
According to the effect of Cyber Tu Tu, because Armed Dragon
LV 3 has higher attack points than Cyber Tu Tu's, Cyber
Tu Tu can attack Manjyome directly. After Manjyome gets
the direct kick from it, his LP reduces to 3000 (4000-1000).
Asuka claims more damages to him due to the effect of Angel
Wing. Thus, Manjyome's LP further decreases to 2700 (3000-300).
Setting two face-down cards, Asuka declares the ending her
turn. At this moment, still in Asuka's ending phase, Manjyome
interrupts her and says that he would like to destroy her
annoying trap card. Before she will end her turn, Manjyome
opens his face-down magic card [Mystical
Space Typhoon ~ Cyclone - Instant Magic: Destroy a trap
or magic card on the field]. He selects to destroy
her right trap card, which is Holy Life Barrier. Manjyome
smirks and claims that the true light always shines. Asuka
doesn't look worried but also smirks. She doesn't think
that the game will go on Manjyome's way. Asuka realizes
that Manjyome's Armed Dragon LV 3 will evolve into Armed
Dragon LV 5 in the next turn. If she uses another face-down
trap card, Pure Pupil, the effect of that monster will be
negated and the monster will be destroyed [Pure
Pupil - Counter Trap: You can activate this card if you
have a Monster with an attack strength of 1000 or less on
your Field and an opponent's Monster activates an effect.
Negate that effect and destroy that Monster]. Before
Armed Dragon LV 5 is summoned, she is sure that Armed Dragon
LV 3 will be destroyed. When the card is destroyed, the
true light no longer shines.
It's
now Manjyome's turn. He draws a card, and it is revealed
on the top of his head. Sho expects Manjyome's Armed Dragon
LV 3 will evolve at this timing, so does Kenzan. However,
nothing happens, so Asuka wonders why Manjyome hasn't activated
the special effect of Armed Dragon LV 3 yet. Manjyome tells
her that he can see what she is waiting for. He knows that
she is waiting for his Armed Dragon LV 3 to become LV 5
in this standby phase. Asuka seems to get mad, but it's
normal for everybody to expect. Anyway, Manjyome further
knows that her reversed card is the trap card, Pure Pupil,
prepared to negate the effect of his monster. Asuka is pretty
shocked and wonders how Manjyome could get it right. Manjyome
reminds her of his words. He always says that the light
always shines or nothing can be hidden. At this moment,
Asuka can see threatening aura coming from him. Above him
is the image of the wheel of destiny and the shadow of Saiou.
She then becomes more confused what this means.

Asuka obviously looks frightened until even Judai can notice
and feel worried about her. Kenzan wonders whether people
can obtain the power to see the future after joining Association
of Light. Sho hardly wants to believe. Fubuki notes that
it isn't the only issue here. The point is that Asuka is
now falling into the mental game of Manjyome. Seeing Manjyome
reveal all of his cards, Asuka becomes angry. In addition,
she thinks of any possibility too much to focus on her own
duel. Kenzan cheers her out loud and tells her not to trust
any bluff. Manjyome says that the bluff isn't necessary
for the light before keeping on his turn.
He plays the drawn card [Level Down!
- Magic: The level of 1 LV Monster in your hand, until the
End Phase of the activated turn, is reduced by 2].
By its effect, Armed Dragon LV 5's level is decreased by
2 level until the end of this turn. Thus, he can normal
summon it onto the field in an attack position without any
sacrifice [Armed Dragon LV 5 - 5/2400/1700:
Send 1 Monster Card from your hand to the Graveyard to destroy
1 face-up monster on your opponent's side of the field with
an ATK equal to or less than the ATK of the sent monster.
During the End Phase of a turn that this card destroyed
a monster as a result of battle, send this card to the Graveyard
to Special Summon 1 Armed Dragon LV from your hand or Deck].
He declares its attack against Cyber Tu Tu quickly. When
Cyber Tu Tu is destroyed, Asuka's LP reduces to 2000 (3400+1000-2400).
At this point, Asuka activates the special of Angel Wing.
When it's sent to the graveyard, she can draw a card. Manjyome
claims that his attack hasn't ended yet. He continues that
strike of Armed Dragon LV 3 against Asuka directly, so her
LP more decreases to 800 (2000-1200). During this time,
Manjyome has just started the activation of his monster's
effect. Asuka thinks that she can't activate Pure Pupil
now to negate Manjyome's activation because to activate
her trap requires a monster on the field and her Cyber Tu
Tu has just been destroyed. It seems that Manjyome is smart
enough to select this perfect time for his activation. By
the special effect of Armed Dragon LV 5, he can send it
to the graveyard to special summon [Armed
Dragon LV 7 - 7/2800/1000: This card cannot be Normal Summoned
or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the
effect of Armed Dragon LV 5. Send 1 monster card from your
hand to the Graveyard to destroy all face-up monsters on
your opponent's side of the field with an ATK equal to or
less than the ATK of the sent monster] onto the field
in an attack mode. Here is the end of his turn.
People
all cheer Manjyome White Thunder as Asuka looks apparently
scared. Manjyome has to tell her to play her turn. Fubuki
then gets up and yells her name out loud, trying to encourage
her. He doesn't think that her way to approach a destiny
is weak. In order to find him, she came to Duel Academy
alone. Her will's such the strong intention. If she still
has it, she must be able to break through any kind of destiny.
Fubuki ends by saying ''Sister! you
are my pride!". Sho feels ashamed by his words,
so do Kenzan, Momoe, and Junko. However, only Judai feels
that Fubuki is so cool. Asuka feels much relieved and thanks
her brother for the cheer. She gains her fighting spirit
back and draws a card, saying that people have to determine
their destiny by themselves.
In her standby phase, Manjyome activates the effect of
Hells White. Asuka's LP goes down to 200 (800-600). Asuka
then plays Pot of Greed to draws additional two cards. She
normal summons [Cyber Petite Angel
- 2/300/200: Place a Ritual of Machine Angel from your deck
into your hand] onto the field in an attack position.
Due to its effect, she can also place Ritual of Machine
Angel from the deck onto her hand, activating it at once
[Ritual of Machine Angel ~ Kikaitenshi
No Gishiki - Ritual Magic: Sacrifice Monsters on the Field
and/or in your hand with combined levels of 6 or more. Summon
1 Monster from your hand with Cyber Angel in its name from
your hand]. Sacrificing Cyber Petite Angel on the
field and Cyber Prima on her hand, Asuka can ritual summon
[Cyber
Angel Dakini - 8/2700/2400:This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card Ritual of the Machine
Angel. When this card is Special Summoned, your opponent selects 1 monster they control and destroys it. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points] onto the
field in an attack position.
Asuka claims the special effect of Cyber Angel Dakini;
Manjyome has to select one of his monsters on the field
and destroy it. Manjyome looks mad and selects Armed Dragon
LV 3. Thus, Cyber Angel Dakini makes the strike to destroy
Armed Dragon LV 3. Setting two face-down cards, Asuka ends
her turn. She starts to think about the current situation.
Manjyome now is so strong that she isn't confident whether
she can defeat him. He has 2700 LP equal to the attack points
of her Cyber Angel Dakini. Once he declares the attack of
Armed Dragon LV 7, she will open her face-down trap card,
Doble Passe. Due to its effect, she will get the direct
damages from it instead of her monster, and Cyber Angel
Dakini can strike Manjyome back directly [Doble
Passe - Trap: Activate this card when your opponent attacks
a Monster on your Field. You can allow to take that attack
directly. Afterwards, the attacked Monster can attack your
opponent directly]. In this case, it will bring the
draw result. Her LP will become 0 (200-2800) after receiving
the attack for her monster and Manjyome's LP will also become
0 (2700-2800) after getting the counter hit by Doble Passe.
Anyway, Asuka is still concerned about the special effect
of Armed Dragon LV 7. Manjyome can discard a monster card
on his hand to destroy all of her monsters on the field.
However, Asuka doesn't see any monster card on his hand
shown above his head at all. In case Manjyome can draw and
get a monster with attack points higher than or equal to
2700 in the next turn to activate the special effect of
Armed Dragon LV 7, she has already prepared another face-down
trap, Angel Blast, to protect her Cyber Angel Dakini [Angel
Blast - Trap: You can activate this card when your opponent
activates an effect that destroys monsters. Negate that
effect and destroy that card]. According to the effect
of this card, she can negate the activation of Armed Dragon
LV 7's special effect and destroy that card (Armed Dragon
LV 7). In this case, she will win. These are the two destinys
she has created by herself: win or draw. In either way,
she won't lose.
Manjyome smirks and tells her that the person who isn't
attached to the light like her still can't understand the
destiny. Asuka doesn't look worried. For her, a person is
able to break through any destiny in any kind of conditions.
Manjyome should understand it well. He breaked through his
destiny, returning from the North to Duel Academy and finally
becaming Manjyome Thunder. Because Manjyome could get over
his severe destiny before, he thought he could see it. That's
why he wants the power of the light. He begins to spread
his arms out, and asks for more light. He repeats his words
that he needs more light many times, and all Blue students
follow him. The final answer of his way is Association of
Light. Asuka has realized that there may be something wrong
with him.
In the final turn of Manjyome, he draws a card, and it's
shown as Mallet of Luck above his head. He certainly plays
it [Mallet of Luck ~ Uchide no Koduchi
- Magic: Return this card and any amount of cards from your
hand into your deck, and draw cards equal to the amount
of cards held]. By its effect, he returns this card
and other two remaining cards on his hand into his graveyard
and draws addtional two cards, which are equal to the numbers
previoualy held. Those two cards are Armed Dragon LV 10
and White Veil. People especially Asuka are pretty shocked.
She thinks that his strong drawing strength may come from
the power of the true light he is obtaining. Sacrificing
Armed Dragon LV 7, Manjyome summons [Armed
Dragon LV 10 - 10/3000/2000: This card cannot be Normal
Summon. This card can only be special summon by sacrificing
an Armed Dragon LV7 on your field. Send one card from your
hand to the Cemetery in order to destroy all face-up monsters
on opponent's field] onto the field in an attack
position.
Meanwhile, he plays another magic card [White
Veil ~ Shiro No Veil - Equipment Magic: Magic and Trap cards
on your opponent's Field are negated and destroyed. When
the Equipped Monster is destroyed, your recieve damage equal
to the attack strength of the Equipped Monster] and
equips it with Armed Dragon LV 10. The light begins to glow
brightly as Armed Dragon LV 10 is turning white. Asuka has
just realized that this is what's called the true light.
At this moment, Asuka opens her face-down trap card Doble
Passe. However, she looks surprised since it isn't working.
Manjyome explains that the effect of White Veil can destroy
all magic and trap cards on her field. As a result, all
of her reversed traps are totally wiped out. He declares
the attack of Armed Dragon LV 10 (White) against Cyber Angel
Dakini directly. When Cyber Angel Dakini is destroyed, her
LP reduces to 0 (200+2700-3000). She is finally defeated,
while falling down on the stage.
Judai
and the others run in quickly to check how she is. Manjyome
walks in and says that the result of this duel had already
been determined since the beginning. There is something
that a person's intention can't do anything to. That's what
people call "Destiny".
People seem not listening what Manjyome is talking, only
feeling worried about Asuka. Fubuki tells her that it's
such a great duel and she is still his pride while Judai
tries to tell her not to be disappointed. Asuka starts moving
up but she looks weird. Her tone becomes cold and tells
her brother not to be worried about her. Nothing has changed.
She has just faced some wonderful experience. People certainly
look surprised by her weird response. She steps close to
Manjyome and says that she has just passed the baptism of
Association of Light. It means she has finally joined and
become a member of this white organization. Manjyome smirks
and says it's what it should be. Both Manjyome and Asuka
look at each other and still smirk, confusing people a lot.
Judai really has no idea what's going on with them.
