The scene starts off with Judai walking around the forest. As he wanders around the Forest he finds a pile of Magazines. As he reads it, he reads about Kaiser in the Pro League. It states that hes on a winning streak and he's one of the top duelists as a new person within the league. Judai assumes Kaiser is still on a winning streak, since the magazine he is reading right now is old. But the scene goes back to the Red Dorm where Sho is actually reading the updated version of the Magazine. Kaiser is on a losing streak of 10 since the Duel with Edo Pheonix and thus he has dropped out of the Pro League to the Minor League. Misawa and Kenzan wants to cheer up Sho but they don't know how, and as Manjyoume comes into the Dorm talking about how Saiou's Edo Pheonix is much much more special than Kaiser. If Kaiser enters Association of Light, he will regain success quickly. He asks whether people aren't interested in joining. Asuka steps up and knocks Manjyoume out. Asuka tells Sho to cheer up cause Kaiser isn't a guy who'll fall like this. Misawa and Kenzan also tell Sho to cheer up and Sho takes their words.

The scene now moves to a duel arena where you see Kaiser dueling. You see only a little amount of people in the audience seat and they're screaming about Ryo's title "Kaiser". Ryo's opponent seems to be a duelist with Scientist deck when looked by his style. He declares the direct attack of [Magical Scientist ~ Madou Scientist - dark/spellcaster/effect/1/300/300: Pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon 1 level 6 or lower Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck in face-up Attack or Defense Position. That Fusion Monster cannot attack your opponent's Life Points directly, and is returned to your Fusion Deck at the end of the turn] against Ryo. You see Kaiser then lose the Duel by such a weak monster and as he walks away, you see the audience throw stuff at him. One of the person screams "SaiKaiser" which means Crap Emperor.

As he takes a shower, he recalls a meeting with the sponsor he spoke with in the previous episode. He loses the contract with that sponsor because of how he is doing right now. Kaiser then talks to himself that he only wants to duel the way he always does. I'm assuming the duel that he plays with respect. As he walks down the corridor of this duel arena, he meets someone. Someone who watched his duel and expressed his sympathy to the current minor duel. Kaiser who he is. The guy then names himself [Monkey Saruyama], a promotor from Saruyama Promotion. He tells Kaiser that he came here to buy him, because he doesn't want to see someone with such potential just go down. He keeps telling Kaiser that such a person with potential should always be on a battlefield, and thus invites him to the [Underground Duel ~ Chika Duel]. Although Kaiser first rejects the offer, Monkey Saruyama tells Kaiser that to duel in the Underground Duel, you don't need to sign a contract and this will be kept in secret from the public.

The scene then goes to the slums of the city, within an underground bar. Within the underground, the game and players are introduced. The reporter announces the main event of a death match. First off we see from the Red Corner, the Gatekeeper of Hell, winning 20 in a row, [Mad Dog Inukai]. From the Blue Corner you see a young challenge, has no record but he has the potential of a promonent duelist, [Hell Kaiser Ryo]. You see them put some metal around the arms and neck and Kaiser asks what this is. Monkey Saruyama tells him, that these are [Damage Flux Device ~ Shougeki Zoufuku Souchi], a device that lets loose a Shock whenever the player recieves damage. He also talks about how you can't get out of this arena unless the duels finished. Inukai then tells Kaiser to start the game, calling him [Pro League Inu-San ~ Pro League Dog]. Anyways the Duel happens. The reporter calls it "Show Time!" to begin.

Acid Slime Monster Card

Inukais First Strike. He draws, and summons [Acid Slime - 3/800/1000: When this card is destroyed as a result of battle, the opposing player takes 800 damage] in DEF Mode and places 1 card on the field. Then, he ends his turn.

Kaiser's turn. He puts a card on his field, and actives [Different Dimension Capsule ~ Time Capsule - Magic: Choose 1 card from your deck, and remove it from the game, face- down. During your second Standby Phase after activation, destroy this card, and put the card that was removed from the game into your hand]. He plays a card inside the capsule and explains its effect. He then summons [Cyber Dragon - 5/2100/1600: If you have no other Monsters on the Field and your opponent does,, you can Normal Summon this Monster from your hand without sacrifices] in ATK Mode.

Acidic Rust Machine Virus Trap Card

Inukai talks highly of Kaisers Monster because he knows Kaisers Main Monsters are composed of Cyber Dragons. (I guess he watches TV also) Kaiser thinks in his mind on if he initiates the attack of Cyber Dragon on Acid Slime, he'll take 800 points of Damage, however Inukai tells Kaiser to stop being a wuss and that he'll help make up his mind by opening his reverse trap. He overs his sealed card, [Acidic Rust Machine Virus ~ San No Rust Machine Virus - Trap: Sacrifice 1 Water Main-Type Monster on your Field. Destroy all Machine Sub-Type Monsters on your opponent's Field, in your opponent's hand, and for 3 turns, each card your opponent draws. For each Machine Sub-Type Monster destroyed by this, do 500 damage to your opponent]. By this effect, his Cyber Dragon on the field is destroyed and he takes 500 points of damage which thus reduces Kaisers life to 3500 (4000 - 500). Kaiser asks what the damage he is recieving comes from. Monkey tells him that the damage you recieve gives him the shock through the Metal Plates placed around his arms and neck. Kaiser complains about dueling like this however, Monkey tells him that this is what an
Underground Duel is. Where theres no rules, no umpires and no restrictions but just straight entertainment for the guests. The guests then start booing to tell him to hurry up and lose or give up, so Kaiser keeps dueling, and ends his turn.

Contingency Fee Magic Card

Inukais turn, he draws and plays [Contingency Fee ~ Seikou Houshou - Magic: YYour opponent draws until his or her hand contains 6 cards. For each card they draw, increase your Life Points by 1000]. By this effect Kaiser draws 3 cards, and Inukai gains 3000LP. By the effect of Acidic Rust Machine Virus, Inukai can check his drawn cards to see if hes gotten a Machine Sub Type Monster. Kaiser's hands reveal no Monster card; they are Treasure from Another Dimension (Magic), Battle Fusion (Magic), and Damage Polarilyzer (Trap). Thus, Inukai now plays another Magic Card [Card Destruction ~ Tefuda Massatsu Both players discard their hands and then draw an equal amount of cards from their decks]. By this effect, Inukai discards 3 Cards, draws 3 Cards, Kaiser discards 6 Cards, and draws 6 Cards. Again by the effect of Inukai's Acidic Rust Machine Virus, he has to reveal his hand. Kaiser obviously looks mad when he has to reveal his hand again. Only this time, Kaiser draws 4 Machine Sub Type Monsters

Clone Slime Monster Card

Inukai smirks and tells him that all 4 of those Monsters are destroyed, and tells Kaiser to fell the wrath of hell, telling him he takes 2000 points of damages, thus reducing him to 1500 LP (3500 - 2000). Everyone in the crowd loves this entertainment. Inukai then plays Pot of Greed to draw additional two cards, and puts [Clone Slime - 2/0/0: When this card is the target of an attack, you can switch this card for a Monster with Slime in its name from your Cemetery in the same mode. Battle is conducted as normally] in DEF mode, and places 2 Cards Face Down and ends his turn.

Jammer Slime Trap Card

Kaiser's turn, he draws and plays Magic Card [Future Fusion ~ Mirai Yuugou Future Fusion - Equipment Magic: Send, from your Deck to the Graveyard, Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a Fusion Card, and select that 1 Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck. Special Summon a Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck with the same name as the selected Fusion Monster during your 2nd Standby Phase after this card's activiation. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon.) When this card is removed from the field, destroy the monster. When the monster is destroyed, destroy this card]. However Inukai counters that with Trap Card [Jammer Slime ~ Counter Trap: Discard 1 card with Slime in its name from your hand. Negate the activation of a Magic or Trap card and destroy it]. By this effect he negates the effect of Future Fusion and draws 1 card due to the effect of the slime he sent to the graveyard, Draw Slime.

Despised Treaty Trap Card

Inukai tells Kaiser that he seems desperate to want to summon a Machine Sub Type Monster on the field so he might be giving him the option to do so. Kaiser has no idea what that means and Inukai then opens up his reverse [Despised Treaty ~ Mikudashita Jyouyaku - Trap: This card can only be activated on the opponent's turn. The opposing player can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or less Monster from his or her deck. If the player uses this effect, you can draw 2 cards from your deck. If the opponent does not use this effect, do 1000 damage to yourself].

Proto Cyber Dragon Monster Card

By this effect, Kaiser decides to special summon [Proto Cyber Dragon - 3/1100/1600: If this card is face-up on the Field, its card name is treated as Cyber Dragon] from his deck, and lets Inukai draw 2 cards. Kaiser then declares the attack with Proto Cyber Dragon on Clone Slime, but Inukai activates Clone Slimes effect and changes his Clone Slime into Acid Slime. Battle is still initated and Proto Cyber Dragon destroys Acid Slime. By the effects of Acid Slime, Kaiser loses 800 points and goes down to 700 (1500 - 800) and ends his turn. Again, once he loses his LP, he gets the shock. He looks painful, but entertains the guests very much.

Multiple Slime Monster Card

Inukai's turn, he draws and plays [Slime Vase - Magic: Special Summon 1 Monster with Slime in its name from your hand]. From his hand he thus plays [Multiple Slime - 6/1500: If this card is destroyed as a result of battle, Special Summon 3 Slime Monster Token's (Water/Water/1/500/500) on your Field in attack mode]. He then initates the Attack with it on Proto Cyber Dragon, and Kaisers life goes down to 300 (700+1100- 1500), places 2 Cards on the field and ends his turn.

Seeing Kaiser screaming with pain, Monkey loves his reaction and tells Kaiser about being the dropout of Pro League. This is the only place where he can duel. Kaiser doesn't like the idea of sticking to dueling at a place like this, and he wants out. However, Monkey tells Kaiser, if he wants to get out, he has to win the Duel. Kaiser then complains that he only has 300 LP, and if he draws a Machine Sub Type
Monster he'll lose. Monkey laughs saying that he finally talks about his feelings, and tells im to think about his past, and how he most likely has never "Thought to Win"

Note: Kaiser is praised as Kaiser (Emperor) and because of that, I think he lost his intentions on actually Winning and he assumes he wins all the time.

Monkey tells him if he wants to get out, win the duel, win in any possible way. You can't survive in this world if you don't win, so why not win the duel using any means possible. Kaiser then tells him that he wants to duel the way he always has (Respect), so Monkey just tells him to lose, and Kaiser is like "Lose? Me? No way". Inukai laughs and just says "its your turn loser".

Kaiser's turn, he draws and activates the effects of Time Capsule from 2 Turns ago, the card he placed in the Time Capsule was Overload Fusion. Then he plays [Power Bond - Magic: Send, from your hand or your side of the Field to the Graveyard, Fusion-Material Monsters that are found on 1 Machine-Type Fusion Monster and Special Summon that Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck. This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon. Increase the ATK of the Special Summoned Fusion Monster by an amount equal to its' original ATK. During the End Phase of this turn, the player who activated this card receives damage equal to the original ATK of the Special Summoned Fusion Monster]. But since Kaiser doesn't have any Monsters on the Field nor his Hands he uses another [Cybernetic Fusion Support - Instant Magic: Pay half of your Life Points to activate this card. If all the Fusion Material Monsters listed on a Machine-Type Fusion Monster are in your Graveyard, remove the Fusion Material Monsters in your Graveyard from play to Substitute this card as the Fusion Material Monsters]. By this effect Kaiser's Life goes down to 150 (300 / 2) and special summons [Cyber End Dragon - 10/4000/2800: When this Monster attacks a Monster in defense mode with a defense strength lower than this Monster's attack strength, do Battle Damage to your opponent equal to the difference].

By the effects of Power Bond, Cyber End Dragon doubles up to 8000 ATK. He talks about the side effects of Cyber End Dragon here to Inukai and tells him that he's going to end it this turn.

Note: This is not true, he couldn't have finished Inukai here with Cyber End Dragon because that will reduce Inukai's LP to 500 (7000 + 1500 - 8000) and he would have lost here.

Slime Hole Trap Card

Inukai laughs that he won't let that happen and he opens his reverse [Slime Hole - Trap: Activate when a Monster is Special Summoned. Increase your Life Points equal to the attack strength of that Monster. Then, destroy that Monster]. By this effect Inukai's LP goes up to 15000 (7000 + 8000) and Cyber End Dragon is destroyed. He tells Kaiser that because of that, Kaiser's loss is now a certain thing. Kaiser then shouts, "No" and Inukai's like "No? What are you talking about", Kaiser shows his Aura (Whoa Super Saiyan!) and shouts that he doesn't want to lose. Kaiser shows his true self now (I guess he was stressed out or something
this whole time) He Quotes the following;

"No! No, I don't wanna lose! I don't care how I win this, I just want to win this defeating you. I finally realized now. After losing to Edo Pheonix's duel I was cheating on myself, letting myself know that I don't care how I duel as long as I show respect to the duelists that are dueling me even if it means winning or losing. But no that was wrong. I'm in thurst of Winning, I feel the hunger of winning and I'll steal that thurst and hunger from you if it makes me survive"

Chimeratech Over Dragon Monster Card

He opens the Reverse Card [Call of the Haunted ~ Living Dead no Yobi Goe ~ Call of the Living Dead - Continous Trap: Select 1 monster from your Graveyard and Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position. When this card is destroyed or removed from the field, the summoned monster is destroyed. If the summoned monster is destroyed, this card is also destroyed] and summons Cyber Proto Dragon with it. Then he plays [Overload Fusion - Magic: Remove Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a Dark Machine-Type Fusion Monster Card from your side of the Field or Cemetery from the game in order to Special Summon that Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon)]. Removing Monsters from the Field and Cemetery he decides to summon [Chimeratech Over Dragon - 9/?/?:This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. When this card is successfully Fusion Summoned, send all cards except this card from your field to your Graveyard. This card's original attack and defense strength would become the number of Fusion material monsters used * 800. This card can attack opponent's monster equal to the number of monsters used as Fusion material for this card].

Trap Tip Trap Card

He declares the attack on Multiple Slime, Evolution Resort Blast and destroys Multiple Slime. Thus Reduces Inukai's LP to 11700 (15000+1500-4800). Inukai actives the effects of Multiple Slime and special summons 3 Slime Tokens. He also opens up reverse [Trap Trip - Trap: Place 1 Trap card from your Cemetery into your hand] and gets back Acidic Rust Machine
Virus. Inukai smirks and Kaiser tells him that its Acidic Rust Machine Virus, and tells Inukai he won't let him activate that anymore since hes already seen 3 turns worth of it. Kaiser declares that he will win this duel by winning it now, and Inukai/Monkey are wondering how. Kaiser tells them about the effects of Chimeratech Over Dragon and how it can attack as many times as the number of sacrifices used to summon it. Kaiser sacrificed 6 Monsters which are

so he still has 5 Attacks left with it. He declares the attacks on Inukai and thus reduces his life to 0 (11700 + 500*3 - 4800*5)

The blast coming out of Chimeratech Over Dragon is so powerful that it blasts open the Arena and the stuff inside the Underground Duel Arena. Monkey smirks and says that he just saw a new rebirth of Kaiser, a Monster that was born from the Underground Hell Kaiser Ryo.

Scene goes back to Duel Academy in Manjyoumes Room in Osiris Red where everyone is watching Hell Kaiser Ryo returning back to the Pro League. The Announcers are saying that they have never seen such power come from him before and that his power right now is very true of who he really is. As everyone watches the TV screen and Ryo winning the duel(s), Sho feels sad because this isn't the Kaiser that shows respect to Duelists and he is telling us that, he needs to duel with his brother one day.
