In the morning at Osiris Red dorm, Sho, Hayato, and Judai are late for breakfast. They hurry to get into the dining room with the hope that their meal has remained. Then, they see their plates on the table, but everything is empty. Judai doesn't see his favorite fermented soybeans (Nattou), Sho doesn't see his favorite grilled fish (Yaki Sakana), and Hayato doesn't see his favorite omelet (Tamagoyaki). Besides them, only Manjyome is there. There is no doubt that they think Manjyome has taken their food. They approach to him and Sho yells at him. They calls out his teacher (Sensei ~ Teacher) or actually calls out Daitokuji teacher as if they want to him to know what Manjyome did. Normally, Daitokuji teacher appears from the kitchen and brings them food. However, nobody comes out from the kitchen. Judai looks sad and reminds himself of Daitokuji teacher. He is wondering where his kind teacher has gone.

In class at Duel Academia, Judai doesn't look fresh as normal, so Sho becomes worried and asks whether his Big Brother is fine. Hayato tries to support him by saying that the principle and the others are looking for Daitokuji teacher as well. Hopefully, they will find him soon. Although his friends say that, Judai is still worried as taking breath. Anyway, Hayato is wondering who is gonna teach the alchemy class today when Daitokuji teacher is away. Then, Professor Chronos steps into the class and announces that he has come to replace Daitokuji teacher for the alchemy course. He seemingly doesn't look skillful at this subject at all. Professor Chronos puts textbooks on the table and a mark on the board, starting to teach. He says while reading the book and tries to explain the meaning of this mark. It is called [Amnael Mark ~ Amnael No Mark]. According to the literature, this seems to represent the alchemy mark. He tries to explain the fundamental of alchemy, but he gets stuck when he moves around the textbooks and finds no clear explanation. People seem very interested in this subject that may involve Daitokuji teacher, paying serious attention to the lecture. Professor Chronos feels that the textbook is useless. Therefore, he closes it, gets up, and tries to explain by himself. He says that Alchemy first happened in ancient Egypt. People used it to create gold and immortal medicine. However, Professor Chronos ends up by saying that it is totally fake. In other words, he doesn't believe in alchemy at all.

Judai and Sho really understand that Professor Chronos has never believed in any supernatural things like spell and alchemy. After that, Professor Chronos turns to the experiment. He does a mistake by putting an object into chemical until it glows and explodes. Professor Chronos says that this is why he has never believed in alchemy. The students are laughing at his act. Judai thinks that Daitokuji teacher should be here to teach the class. However, Sho and Hayato point out that it doesn't matter since Judai always sleeps in his class. Then, Profess Chronos calls Judai, Asuka, Manjyome, and Misawa to the principle room.

At the principle office, four of them and Kaiser are ready there. Judai is wondering what the principle means by that he really doesn't know where Daitokuji teacher has been. Principle Samechima feels sorry about that. Manjyome points out that Daitokuji teacher is probably an actual shadow duelist (Yami No Duelist). Asuka gets mad at him and calls his name to stop his words. Principle Samechima thinks that Daitokuji teacher should be safe since only three 7 star keys, Kaiser's, Chronos', and Misawa's keys, are gone. To explain, the remaining four, Judai's, Asuka's, Manjyome's, and Daitokuji Teacher's keys are safe. In that case, Judai thinks that Daitokuji teacher may be waiting for help, so he suggests people hurry to find him.

Outside Duel Academia, Judai, Sho, and Hayato are discussing about this issue. Although Judai said before that they should hurry to do something, he has no idea where to start. Even the principle's professional team couldn't find Daitokuji teacher, they are wondering what else the amateurs like can do better. Nevertheless, Judai thinks differently because Daitokuji is the teacher of Osiris Red. Thus, they may do something better than the others. After that, Manjyome appears quietly until Sho gets frightened. He asks when Manjyome has come. Manjyome smirks and says that people may have already forgotten that he is actually [Detective Manjyome Thunder-Sama ~ Meitantei Manjyome Thunder]. Judai, Sho, Hayato are still quiet as if it means nothing. Manjyome doesn't like their attitute that he is ignore, yelling out loud.

Manjyome, Sho, Judai, and Hayato are walking back to Osiris Red dorm. Manjyome points out that people basically should start from checking up the criminal's room. Sho understands that Manjyome thinks that Daitokuji teacher is the criminal or the shadow duelist. Thus, Judai seemingly feels tired of his thought. Manjyome calls them a fool and tries to correct their misunderstanding. He just wants to compare to a real case or gives the example. Anyway, he no longer care what his friends are thinking, urging people to find some clues. Sho is still certain that Manjyome is doing something wrong. Nevertheless, Judai agrees with him and would like to join the inspection. They follow Detective Manjyome to the room of Daitokuji teacher at Osiris Red.

At Daitokuji teacher's room, people are looking around for the clues. Sho finds nothing, so he asks whether Judai finds something. Judai doesn't find anything, either. He hopes he at least finds some kinds of memo. Then, Hayato gets up a note at under the telephone, calling Judai to look at it. Judai opens the note and sees that it is Daitokuji's written as [Tome-San Mori]. He is wondering what it means. Manjyome says quickly that he has understood the situation. He takes the note from Judai and reads. Judai becomes very curious whether Manjyome can catch up something, calling hm Manjyome. Manjyome has to correct his name again, telling him to say Thunder! He claims that he has finally solved this memo hint, going to disclose the truth. Sho urges him to explain. Manjyome mentions that this memo the main hint of everything. Judai again urges him to explain not to talk too much. Manjyome further explains that this memo is what Daitokuji teacher left after he had a call from his room. According to the statement, Daitokuji teacher was called out to the forest (Mori), and the person or the criminal who called him out was Tome-San. He strongly believes that she must be the final 7 star. People are getting surprised and shocked by his assumption. Manjyome decides to call Tome-San to find out the truth. Tome-San explains that it is the memo for Daitokuji's favorite food. Therefore, people get annoyed by Manjyome's stupid conclusion, yelling out loud at him.

People keep on looking for some clues, showing them to Manjyome. They find shoes, headphone, diary, letters etc. However, these seem to be useless stuffs. Sho finally gets something interesting, an island map. Manjyome pushes him out quickly, and claims again that he has got everything. Sho is wondering what kind of clue Manjyome can catch up this time. Manjyome points to the alchemy mark on the map. He believes that if it actually deals with alchemy, this mark must locate where Daitokuji teacher is. Although Sho still feels uncertain, Judai thinks that they should try. Outside the dorm, Judai encourages people to start the search and rescue trip for Daitokuji teacher. Manjyome interferes and says that a group like this needs a [captain ~ Taichou]. Thus, he claims himself as the captain of this team without people's consent.

When people move into the forest following the map, Sho has a question about the plan to [Thunder Captain ~ Thunder Taichou]. Manjyome tells him that his plan is thorough as showing a cat plaything. Judai has realized at once that Manjyome is planning to call out Pharaoh, Daitokuji teacher's cat. Sho gets it and would like to propose his plan to call out Pharaoh as well. Manjyome calls him [Marufuji Soldier ~ Marufuji Shoutaiin], asking about Sho's idea. Sho starts drawing cat pattern on Manjyome's face. He thinks that Manjyome matches that female cat drawing perfectly. To clearify, Sho plans to use Manjyome as a female cat in order to attract Pharaoh to come out. He tells cute Manjyome to make cat sound, Meow~! Of course, Manjyome is getting angry and yelling out loud that Sho is playing on his face. He starts chasing their friends without knowing that the mysterious guy, the final shadow of the 7 stars is watching their behavior from a tree.

On the other side at Obelisk Blue dorm, Asuka hears breaking sound coming from her brother's room. She approaches into his room and finds that the windows have been broken. Asuka is looking for his brother while seeing glowing alchemy mark beside the bed. Then, the mark disappears. She hears someone running outside, so she decides to follow him into the forest. The mysterious guy is the same person who previously kept watching Judai and the others. Asuka can finally reach him. Undoubtedly, she realizes that he must be one of the 7 stars. Asuka demands his answer for her brother, but there is no response. The mysterious guy steps out and prepares his duel disk. Asuka understands the situation pretty well and makes up the condition of the game. If she wins, he must turn back her brother. The answer from the opponent's side becomes silent. Anyway, Asuka declares the beginning of the duel against him.

The duel between the mysterious 7 star and Asuka is running. Her opponent now has a face-down card on his field. It is Asuka's turn. She plays Polymerization from her hand to fuse Etoile Cyber and Blade Skater on her hand into Cyber Blader [Cyber Blader - 6/2100/800: If there is 1 Monster on your opponent's Field, this Monster cannot be destroyed as a result of battle. If there is 2 Monsters on your opponent's Field, double this Monster's attack strength. If there is 3 Monsters on your opponent's Field, negate the effect of your opponent's Magic, Trap, and Monster cards on the Field]. She declares the attack of Cyber Blader against the opponent quickly. However, the face-down trap card is opened to nullify the attack of Cyber Blader.

Meanwhile, Manjyome and Judai are together on the other side of the forest. Manjyome hears something coming in, so Judai tells him to be careful. Sho and Hayato finally come out. Sho tells Judai that he is scared of snakes. Judai suggests him and Hayato not to be frightened merely by the snakes. Hayato cries and claims that he really hates the snakes. Suddenly, many snakes fall down from the tree, so all people get frightened and scream out loud.

Back to the duel between Asuka and the mysterious guy. It is now his turn while Asuka has Cyber Blader on her field. The mysterious guy continues his turn while saying nothing. Then, he activates a card that makes meteor rain falling down from the sky. It gradually melts Cyber Blader until her monster is destroyed. When Asuka looks up again, she sees a shadow of a scary monster behind the mysterious guy. The monster attacks her until her LP reduces from 1000 to 0. Asuka finally falls down on the ground while her key is taken. They mysterius guy opens his shadow item, a book, and absorbs Asuka's body into it. He then disappears into the forest.

At night, Manjyome, Judai, Sho, and Hayato are sitting together in a campfire. They haven't found any additional clue at all. Sho tries to keep people up, saying that everything should start from now on. Judai reminds himself of Daitokuji teacher. His teacher knows very well that Judai likes fermented soybeans. Judai really likes when Daitokuji teacher usually gave him a lot of fermented soybeans and said that "he would like Judai to become a strong duelist". Thus, Judai realizes how kind his teacher is. However, Hayato thinks that it isn't about kindness. The main point is that Daitokuji teacher hates fermented soybeans, so he just gives it to the others. Judai has just realized that he may misunderstand something about his teacher. Hayato points out that Daitokuji teacher hates milk as well. Sho reminds himself of his memory with the teacher. Daitokuji teacher usually gave him milk by saying that "he would like Sho to become a big duelist". Lastly, he also hates carrot. Manjyome gets annoyed and reminds himself of his experience. His teacher always put carrot into his plate although Manjyome said that he disliked it. He claimed that "he would like Manjyome to become a duelist with full carotin". Manjyome thinks that Daitokuji teacher is a teacher at will or a guy to claim unreasonable things merely for his purpose. Sho shares another experience about his special swimming class despite the fact that he can't swin. Daitokuji teacher merely wanted to let him find some fishes for his cat, Pharaoh. Keeping on thinking, Sho can't come up with good memory with his teacher. However, Judai says that he really enjoyed when he was with the teacher. Osiris Red without Daitokuji teacher doesn't look like real Osiris Red at all. People partially agree with him. Then, Manjyome gets up and says that the break time is finished. He tells people to keep on searching, and his friends agree with their captain.

At this moment, everybody hears the sound of Pharaoh. Judai tries to call it out "Where are you, Pharaoh?" and his friends join him to find the cat. They hear the sound very close but see nothing. Thus, Manjyome split people out to find it. Manjyome is walking alone and calling it out. Ojama Yellow appears and tells him that it is scared. Manjyome gets annoyed and pushes it out off his way. Finally, he finds Pharaoh in front of him. Next to it is the glowing alchemy mark and Daitokuji teacher's eye glasses. Then, the alchemy mark disappears. He becomes very curious what that mark is. Looking straight forward, he sees the alchemy mark reappear near to Daitokuji's tie. He sees the same thing with Daitokuji's white shirt. Lastly, the alchemy mark appears near the lake with Daitokuji's pant. Manjyome gets mad and thinks that this isn't fun at all. On the other side of the lake, the mysterious guy appears before him. Manjyome asks who he is while three Ojama siblings get scared and hide behind him. The mysterious guy gives him no answer but standbys his duel disk. Manjyome is wondering whether he is one of the 7 stars. He knows that there is no choice but duel. Thus, he and three Ojama siblings start counting 1, 10, 100, 1000, Manjyome Thunder! The game between Manjyome and the mysterious guy finally starts.

At the same time, Hayato, Sho, and Judai eventually find Pharaoh. Judai asks it where Daitokuji teacher is. Suddenly, Judai's ancient pendant starts glowing. Back to the duel. Manjyome is standing with his Armed Dragon LV 7 and 800 LP left. He sends Despair from The Dark to his graveyard to activate the special effect of Armed Dragon LV 7 that can destroy all monsters on the opponent's side of the field. Manjyome declares this special effect quickly, Genocide Cutter! There is the big explosion. Manjyome thinks that he can next do the direct attack. Although this may look cruel, he thinks that his opponent should give up and surrender. Ojama Yellow admires Manjyome and thinks that his master always looks great. The mysterious guy doesn't change his attitute at all, but still look calm and quiet. Meanwhile, Judai, Sho, and Hayato are looking for Manjyome. Sho doesn't understand what is happening. Judai has no idea, either. However, he can feel that something bad is happening.

It is now the mysterious guy's turn. He summons a giant monster in a shadow. Manjyome becomes very amazed by its size. Then, the mysterious guy plays the same card that he played with Asuka. Meteor rain falls down from the sky and melts Armed Dragon LV 7. The alchemy mark appears again. Seeing it, Manjyome suspects whether the real appearance of the mysterious guy is...Then, the giant monster of mysterious guy attacks him directly. Manjyome screams so loud that Judai, Sho, and Hayato can hear. They have finally come to the lake and see the glowing alchemy mark above the water. Manjyome's cards are floating around while three Ojama siblings are crying for their Big Brother. Judai hardly believes this and calls out his friend out loud.

Under Duel Academia, the mysterious guy places the two keys of Asuka and Manjyome into the key slot. Then, he puts his own key, which supposes to belong to Daitokuji teacher, into it. 6 keys have been set up, so the 7 star gate is more open. The last key of Judai is still unlogged. Once the 6 keys are placed, the earthquake happens around the island. The 6 lights appear from the sea around the island and move into the sky. Judai is very amazed by what is going on.
