Starts off with Sho crying about Judai eating his "Ebifry" (Fryed Shrimp). Judai is arguing that he only ate it because he thought Sho didn't like it. Turns out that Sho likes to keep his most favorite food last. And then calls Judai "Baka Aniki" (Stupid Bro). Manjyoume then come in and says "What a pathetic argument". Judai then argues back telling him to give his Fryed Shrimp to Sho. Of course knowing Majyoume's personality, he's not wanting to give it away. With the argument done, Hayato comes in and says "We're in trouble, A submarines here".

The captain of the Submarine comes in and states that his name is Anacis, the Wander of the World Seas. He tells everyone that he came here to do a "Shadow Duel" & his objectives is to get the 3 Gen Ma (3 Legendary Demons). Anacis calls out for Judai, and everyone wonders why the heck he gets chosen. Anacis calls him up to come up to the Submarine and then Asuka reminds Judai that he needs to remember this is a Shadow Duel so he needs to be aware of his surroundings a bit more. Judai tells her that she doesn't need to worry and Asuka blushes a bit saying she's not worried. Misawa and Manjyoume then state that they're coming with him, and then Asuka decides to come too. As soon as they enter the Submarine, Misawa remembers Anacis's identity. Anacis controls 80% of the Sea and is well know for his Import and Export Shippings.

Judai and everyone is amazed by the Duel Arena within the Submarine, and then the Duel starts between Judai and Anacis. Everyone else is wondering, does Judai know the atmosphere around him.

Judai's turn, he draws, and summons [E-Hero Wildman - 4/1500/1600: This monster cannot be effected by Trap Cards] in Defense Mode. As soon as his turn ends, the Duel Stadium turns black. Judai assumes this is a Shadow Duel so he asks Anacis what they're risking in this duel. He reflects back to the Shadow Rules from before, like if you lose you turn into a doll, or your soul gets sealed in a card. Anacis tells Judai that there is no rule like that in a "Umi" (Sea) Duel. Judai keeps arguing back that in a "Yami" (Shadow) Duel there is such a rule. Notice how Anacis made a mistake on Umi and Yami ^ ^.

Judai	This is actually what the shadow duel nornally is . Its atmosphere comes out (Light is turned off).
Anacis	The shadow duel?
Judai	Well, what is bet (attached in this duel)this time?
Anacis	I said before "The three legendary demons", didn't I?
Judai	I don't mean that. It is the rule of the shadow duel, isn't it? If we are defeated, we will become a doll, or our soul will be sealed in a card.
Anacis	Eeee? In the sea duel (Umi), that kind of rule is...?
Judai	But it exists in darkness (Yami).
Anacis	But, there isn't in Sea (Umi).
Judai	But it is still in darkness (Yami).
Anacis	But, there isn't in Sea (Umi).
Judai	There is in darkness (Yami). Well...let me hear from you again to verify this. It is Darkness (Yami)...?
Anacis	How many times would you like me to say? Sea (Umi)!!!

Judai asks him, this is a Shadow Duel right? and Anacis answers back, this is a Sea Duel!. Everyone else watching the duel falls. Majyoume at this time says "Ahorashikute Kuchi mo Fusagaran". Which translates into this is so stupid that my mouth doesn't even shut. lol, gotta love Manjyoume!. Then Misawa states that as the duel started the Duel Arena turned black, how do you explain that? One of the sailors/operators of the Submarine then runs in and says that they fixed the power outage of the Arena. Again everyone falls.

Note: The face expression they do here is so AWSOME! hahaha. GX needs something like that too.

A Legendary Ocean Magic Card

Anacis asks Judai if the 3 Legendary Demons will be in his possession if he wins the duel, and Judai says "no". He also tells Anacis that we can stop the duel since both of them won't gain anything out of it. Anacis denies that hes gonna stop dueling and draws. He plays the Field Magic [Densetsu no Miyako, Atlantis ~ The Legendary City, Atlantis: All of your Water Type Monster's lose 1 level, and All Water Type monsters gain 200 Attack and Defense Pts]. With this Field Magic activated, Anacis summons [Ankoku Daiyousai Kujira ~ Dark Fortress Whale - 5/2100/1200: You must have a Water Type Field Magic in play in order for the following abilities to be activated. If a HoudanYariGani is in play, you can sacrifice that monster to destroy one Magic/Trap card set on the Field. If a Gyoraigyo is in play, you can sacrifice that monster to destroy one Monster on the Field] in Attack Mode. With the Field Magic, Atlantis in play Ankoku Daiyousai's Attack goes up to 2300. [2100 + 200]

Note: Remember with Densetsu no Miyako's Field Ability, he can normal summon a 5 Star Monster because it goes down a level and becomes a 4 Star Monster.

He attacks, Judai's Wildman with Ankoku Daiyousai, Killer Whale Cannon!. Anacis then states, that with money you can buy anything, Chi, Meiyo and Kokoro. Land, Title and Heart. But theres one thing he can't buy even with his money, and thats the 3 Legendary Demons. Anacis sets a Reverse Card and ends his turn.

Judai's turn, he draws and summons [E-Hero Featherman - 3/1000/1000] in Defense Mode. Puts a Reverse Card and ends his turn. Then he asks Anacis why he's after the 3 Legendary Demon cards when he isn't a Shadow Duelist. Anacis tells Judai that his dream is to build a new Duel Academia within the Seas regardless of how much he pays for it. He states that in order to do this, he needs the Symbols of Duel Academia, the 3 Legendary Demons and Yuki Judai personally. Everyone is amazed, why is Judai the symbol of Duel Academia. Especially Manjyoume, he seems jealous lol. Anacis states that Judai is strong enough to be the symbol of Duel Academia because he was the Daihyou (Representive) of Duel Academia when he dueled in the School Competition against North School. (Episode 24 and 25: Judai vs Manjyoume). Anacis ends his comment by asking Judai how much is he worth? Million? 10 million? 100 million? Asuka, Misawa and Manjyoume are like 100 million? And Manjyoume is like "Yasui, Ysaui" (Cheap, Cheap). I gotta love Manjyoume's jealousy here XD. Judai tells Anacis to screw off, and then Anacis states that you were wondering what we're betting for, and he states he's betting for Judai himself. Everyone again wonders where this is going to lead.

The Depths of the Sea LV3 Trap Card

Turn goes to Anacis, he draws and Opens up his reverse card. [Trap Card: Ma no Kaiiki Level 3 ~ The Depths of the Sea, Level 3: This card can only be activated when a Sea Type Field Magic is in play. During this turn, you can only normal summon monsters that add up to a level total of 3 or less. If it is a normal summonable monster, you can summon more then 1 of them]. Anacis thus summons [Gyoraigyo ~ Torpedo Fish - 3/1000/1000: If a Water Type Field Magic is in play, this card cannot be the target of a Magic Card], [Houdanyarigani ~ Cannon Fish - 2/1000/1000: If a Water Type Field Magic is in play, this card cannot be the target of a Magic Card]. Misawa explains that even though the total level of these 2 Monsters are 5 (3+2), because of the Field Magic, The Legendary City, Atlantis: The total level of these 2 monsters add up to 3 (3-1+2-1). Anacis then activates Dark Fortress Whale's ability and sacrifices Houdanyarigani to destroy Judai's reverse card, which was [Trap Card: Ijigen Tonneru Mirror Force ~ Dimnesional Tunnel Mirror Force: Activate during your battle phase, you and your opponent switch controls of the Monsters that are attacking, battle is not interupted and damage calculations still go as normal]. Then Anacis activates Dark Fortress Whale's second ability, and sacrifices Gyoraigyo to destroy Judai's E-Hero Featherman. With nothing on the field, Anacis announces his Direct Attack to Judai with Dark Fortress Whale and his LP goes down to 1700 [4000 - 2300].

Judai tells him that its not the end for him. He activates Polymerization and fuses E-Hero Sparkman and E-Hero Clayman to special summon E-Hero Thunder Giant [E-Hero Thunder Giant - 6/2400/1500: When this Monster is Summoned, destroy 1 Monster on your opponents Field face-up with attack strength base lower than attack strength of this Monster]. Anacis is in disbelief that he got to summon a monster with something higher then his Monster but he states that he only will lose 100 LP since his Dark Fortress Whale's Attack Pt is 2300. Judai warns Anacis to be not so cocky, and tells him about Thunder Giant's Special Ability. He activates Special Ability, Vapour Spark on Dark Fortress Whale and destroys it. Then makes a direct attack on Anacis, Voltic Thunder reducing Anacis's LP to 1600 [4000-2400]. Anacis tells us that he's shocked haha. Judai ends his turn by setting up 2 reverse cards.

Anacis tells Judai that he does really well but also tells him that a game is also based on tactics and luck. He asks Judai to sell 1000 of his LP for 10 million. LOL! I would SOOO do that but Judai doesn't. Majyoume is like, what!? its 10 million you're not gonna do it. Asuka follows Judai up by saying that thats common sense not to do it. Misawa then tells them both that Judai probably has no idea how much 10 million is.

Anacis	Ha ha ha! You finally did it. However, games are actually about tactics. Those first tactics influence the victory or defeat.
Manjyome	What?
Misawa	He is as an expected merchant who has passed many hunderd games.
Asuka	What kind of tactics do appear?
Anacis	Judai! Your 1000 LP...sell it to me by 10,000,000 Yen!
Judai	What are you talking about? That can't be possible, can it!
Anacis	There is no reason to refuse such a good deal like this.
Judai	I can't do such a thing like that.
Manjyome	What? You refuse!? That 10,000,000 Yen!!
Asuka	What are you saying? It is certain, isn't it?
Misawa	Let's say...Judai probably doesn't know how much the large amounts of 10,000,000 are.

Levia - Dragon - Daedalus Monster Card

Anacis's turn, he draws and plays [Magic Card: Asasugita Haka Ana ~ The Shallow Grave Hole: Each player selects a monster from the graveyard and special summon it onto the field in Defense Mode] Anacis special summons back Dark Fortress Whale while Judai special summons back E-Hero Clayman. Anacis tells Judai that Dark Fortress Whale is just a sacrificial monster necessary for him to summon [Kimaira Dragon - Daidaros ~ Chimera Dragon - Daidaros - 7/2600/1500: By sacrificing Field Magic, The Legendary City, Atlantis, you can destroy everything on the field other then Chimera Dragon - Daidaros]. He activates this ability and while Daidaros's Attack Points goes back down to 2600, Judai activates his Hijyoushoku [Magic Card: Hijyoushoku ~ Emergency Provision: Send a Magic or Trap Card on your side of the field to the Graveyard to increase your life points by 1000 pts per card. This card is excluded]. Judai thus sends his other reverse card, Insurance to the graveyard to recover 1000 LP to 2700 [1700 + 1000]. Daidaro's ability is then played and both his E-Hero Thunder Giant and E-Hero Clayman is destroyed. With nothing on the field for Judai, Anacis announces his direct attack on Judai, Kimaira Stream!. Judai's LP goes down to 100 [2700 - 2600].

Asuka then tells everyone that Judai's Hand is empty, no monsters on the Field and LP is only 100. Misawa then adds on to say that his opponent has a Monster that has 2600 LP and states that Judai has absolutely no chance of winning. Manjyoume here backs Judai up!! He tells both of them that Judai doesn't follow the rule of logic and thats what pisses him off. He then tells him to show his Histery Draw, Legendary Draw. Anacis is beginning to be happy saying that Judai is gonna be his. Judai doesn't like that fact and he asks his deck to give him strength.

Metamorphosis Magic Card

Judai draws E-Hero Bubbleman and special summons it onto the field. [E-Hero Bubbleman - 4/800/1200: If this card is the only card in your hand, you can Special Summon it in attack mode. When this card is successfully Normal Summoned, Special Summoned, or Reverse Summoned when it is the only card on your Field, draw 2 cards from your deck]. Judai draws 2 more cards, he draws Equip Card: Bubble Shot and Gouyoku na Tsubo (Pot of Greed). He activates Pot of Greed and draws 2 more additional cards. Anacis can't believe the play Judai is doing right now. Judai then activates Magic Card, Senshi no Seikan. [Magic Card: Senshi no Seikan ~ The Warrior Returning Alive: Place 1 Warrior Monster from your Cemetery into your hand]. Judai selects E-Hero Sparkman from his graveyard and summons it onto the field [E-Hero Sparkman - 4/1600/1400]. Then Judai activates another Magic Card Metamorphasis [Magic Card: Metamorphasis: You sacrifice one monster on your field to special summon a Fusion Monster with the same level as the sacrificed monster].

E-Hero Bubbleman Neo Monster Card

Judai thus sacrifices E-Hero Bubbleman to Special Summon E-Hero Bubbleman Neo. [E-Hero Bubbleman Neo - 3/800/1200: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 1 "Elemental Hero Bubbleman" from your side of the Field and 1 "Metamorphosis" from your hand to the Graveyard. While face-up on the Field, this card's name is treated as "Elemental Hero Bubbleman". Destroy a Monster that battles this card at the end of the Damage Step]. Judai equips E-Hero Bubbleman Neo with Bubble Shot and increase E-Hero Bubbleman Neo's Attack Strength to 1600 [800 + 800] [Magic Card/Equip Card: This card can only be equipped to a Elemental Hero Bubbleman on the Field. Increase the Equipped Monster's attack strength by 800. Destroy this card in order to prevent the equipped Monster from being destroyedm and taking any damage].

Judai announces his attack of Kimaira Dragon - Daidaros with E-Hero Bubbleman Neo. Neo Bubble Shoot!. Of course we have to understand here that E-Hero Bubbleman's Attack Strength 1600 is no match for Kimaira Dragon - Daidaro's 2600. Anacis laughs saying what was the point of doing that. Judai explains that by sacrificing Bubble Shot, no Battle Damage is inflicted on Judai. Then he announces Bubbleman Neo's special ability. Whenever this monster engages in a battle with another, at the end of the battle destroy the monster. Anacis is in disbelief while seeing his monster get destroyed. Judai tells Anacis that he still has E-Hero Sparkman left to attack with. He tells E-Hero Sparkman to Direct Attack Anacis, Spark Flash!!. Anacis's life therefore goes down to 0 [1600-1600].

Anacis admits defeat but in his mind he thinks in his mind that, he is a person that bets even the 7 seas. Even if he falls, nothing will stand in his way. Judai screams that he won!

The scene changes to the Bridge of the Submarine where Judai asks where everyone is. Anacis tells him to look at the screen, where he sees Asuka, Misawa and Manjyoume leaving the submarine back to Duel Academia. Misawa and Asuka wonders, isn't Judai coming?. Judai is asking Anacis what's going on, and Anacis states that he definately needs Judai to stay to be the symbol of the new Duel Academia. Judai's is like "That wasn't the deal!" as the Submarine sways away.

Back on Duel Academia, Sho stares at the Ocean, regretting what he has done to Judai. Its been 3 days since Judai was last seen and he is getting worried. Asuka comes in with Hayato and tells hears Sho say "I wonder if Judai went to the rich person. I don't like this, just having an argument over a Fried Shrimp and not being able to see him again." Just as Asuka tries to cheer him up, but then Sho hears something, and its Judai driving a boat back to Duel Academia. As Judai waves to them, his boat dies, and Judais screams for a Fire Hydraent. Sho jumps into the water to apparently try to save Judai lol. He swims all the way over there, and Judai explains to Sho that he's not going to abandon a friend that you can't buy with money =). Judai also tells Sho "you can finally swim eh!?" and then all the sudden Sho is like "What!?" and begins to drown. Haha!. These 2 make such a nice friend.
