At Duel Academy, people are gathering up at a medical while Judai is still on his bed. He is getting mad by what happened to Professor Chronos, trying to get up and thinking about how to bring him back. Sho tells him not to try moving from the bed. Daitokuji teacher thinks that they have to win for that purpose. However, if they lose, they will become a doll. Thinking about this consequence, Daitokuji teacher becomes so scared that he catches his cat, Pharaoh, too hard. Pharaoh yells out and runs underneath Judai's bed. Daitokuji teacher follows it there and expresses his fear. He doesn't want to become an opponent with Carmilla. Thus, if Carmilla returns and asks him for the next match, he would like have an excuse for letting it pass. Sho is getting tired of his teacher's act.

Meanwhile, Misawa is thinking about the shadow duel. Asuka adds that it is the duel that people have to bet by their lives. Judai falls back on his pillow. He actually doesn't care about it, thinking that only winning is enough. Manjyome then covers Judai by his sheet, saying that winning is such a simple thing. He would like to be in the next duel. Judai can't accept that. He gets up again and claims that next turn must belong to him. Although he is trying to get up by his spirit, he still feels hurt by his wound. Manjyome tells Judai to shut up. He covers Judai by the sheet again and pushes him back to his bed, saying that Judai is injured, so he had better sleep quietly. Sho thinks that Manjyome overdid to Judai. Under this condition, Manjyome thinks that Judai is merely a burden. Anyway, Misawa says firmly that he isn't a burden and doesn't think to run away. No matter what types of opponents or shadow duels, he must win. Judai is moving around his sheet and saying that Misawa's words are what he is going to say. Manjyome gets annoyed and tells him to shut up again. Then, Asuka draws people's attention and talks about the shadow duel. She realizes very well how dreadful it is. That is why people can't be defeated. Judai complains that people are taking his words from him again as covering himself by his sheet. While people are expressing their views, Kaiser leaves the room quietly. Sho gets worried about his brother, so he follows him out.

He asks his brother directly whether Kaiser isn't planning to duel against those scary people. Anyway, Kaiser replies nothing. He just smiles to Sho before leaving. Nobody has noticed that a bat of Carmilla is watching his movement. Carmilla's eyes reflect the picture of Kaiser Ryo. Undoubtly, he is going to be her next opponent and her next doll. At a dorm, Manjyome is staying alone in his room, looking at his deck. Then, the spirit of Ojama Yellow appears beside him. It moves up to the front, moves it butt around, and tells him to try his best in this duel. Manjyome gets annoyed and hits it back. He asks what it wants and calls it "A thing with 0 attack point". Meanwhile, Misawa is also leaving his dorm while Judai is preparing himself to move as well. Judai can't still move well, so Hayato has to carry him. Sho and Asuka are worried about him, but they know that they can't help nothing anyway. At the lake, Kaiser first comes and walks along the red carpet toward Carmilla's castle. Kaiser accepts her challenge without hesitation. Certainly, Sho is getting more worried by his brother. Carmilla reminds Kaiser of the simple rule. The winner will ahead to the next road while the loser will lose his or her soul into a doll. When both of them finish standing by their duel disks, the duel begins.

First turn is with Carmilla. Drawing a card, she summons Vampire Lady in a defense mode [Vampire Lady - 4/1550/1550: When this card does Battle Damage to your opponent, state a card type (Monster, Magic or Trap). Your opponent chooses 1 card of the stated type in his or her deck and puts it in his or her Cemetery]. Setting a card, she ends her turn.

Next, Kaiser draws a card and activates the magic card, Power Bond, to fuse three Cyber Dragons on his hand to summon Cyber End Dragon onto the field [Power Bond - Magic This card is treated as a Fusion Magic card, and only works for Machine Monsters. You can use this effect only 1 time per turn]. People are amazed by such a powerful key monster of Carmilla. She tells Kaiser that his advantage has gone since he played De-Fusion tactic to separate his greatest monster, Cyber End Dragon. Anyway, Kaiser looks calm as usual.

Cyber Barrier Dragon Monster Card

Cyber Laser Dragon Monster Card

Next turn comes to Kaiser. He draws a card and play the magic card, Pot of Greed, to draw additional two cards. After that, he plays an instant magic, Photon Generator Unit, to sacrifice two Cyber Dragons on the field and then summon Cyber Laser Dragon specially onto the field [Photon Generator Unit - Instant Magic: Sacrifice 2 Cyber Dragon on your Field. Special Summon 1 Cyber Laser Dragon from your hand or deck]. According to its special effect, Cyber Laser Dragon can destroy a monster of Carmilla with higher attack or defense points in a turn [Cyber Laser Dragon - ?/2400: Once a turn, you can destroy 1 of your opponent's Monsters on the Field with an attack strength or defense strength higher than this Monster's]. Certainly, Kaiser can play this effect because Vampire Genesis has 3000 attack points higher than 2400 attack points of Cyber Laser Dragon. Therefore, Kaiser lets Cyber Laser Dragon destroy Vampire Genesis by this special effect. After that, he declares its normal attack, Evolution Laser Shot, against Carmilla directly. Getting such a strong hit, Carmilla's LP reduces to 1600 (4000-2400). Furthermore, he declares the direct attack of Cyber Barrier Dragon against Carmilla again. As a result, Carmilla's LP finally decreases to 800 (1600-800).

Sho is very glad to see the great play of his brother. Hayato thinks that Kaiser is very strong as usual. Judai agrees because Kaiser is the only who could defeat him. Sho feels much better. He realizes that his brother is the best since he has never been defeated. Kaiser then sets up a face-down card, which is actually Call of the Haunted, ending his turn.

Phantom Gate Magic Card

Carmilla gets up while her face changes to such a scary mode. She expresses her strong hatred to Kaiser, saying that he no longer looks cute to her at all. Drawing a card, she activates the magic card, Phanton Gate, from her hand [Phantom Gate ~ Genma No Tobira - Magic: When this card is activated, destroy all Monsters on your opponent's Field. You can Special Summon 1 Monster that was played in the duel, on your side of the Field regardless of Summoning requirements. If you should lose the game, you shall forfeit your soul]. A strange door then appears behind her. People are all amazed by this weird card. Judai says that he has never seen or heard it before, so do the others. Carmilla activates the first ability of Phantom Gate that can destroy all monsters of Kaiser. Therefore, Cyber Barrier Dragon and Cyber Laser Dragon are totally destroyed, and Kaiser has no monster left on his field.

Carmilla's fact turns back to be normal. She says that she is going to teach him one more thing. At this moment, another shadow of Carmilla separates from her body, or there are now two Carmilla. Also, Phantom Gate allows her to summon a monster , which was played in this duel, speciall regardless of any summon condition. Carmilla asks whether Kaiser can remember the monster that he defused previously. She means absolutely his Cyber End Dragon. Kaiser is getting shocked by the card's effect that can summon specially a monster that was totally destroyed without conditions. Carmilla further explains that in exchange to activate this card, she must sacrifice her soul if she is defeated. In other words, her soul will belong to Phantom Gate if she activates this card and still loses the game. Manjyome thinks that the card, which can take people's lives like this, is such a cheating card. Carmilla explains that it is apparently a shadow card [Yami No Card] used in a shadow duel. She looks at Sho and thinks of an evil plan. Kaiser can figure it out immediately, so he yells to tell Sho to run away quickly. Sho is getting amazed while Carmilla says that it is too late. Another of her body flies down to Sho and bites him at his neck. As people are getting shocked and trying to save him, Sho is taken away.

Carmilla takes Sho's body and uses his soul as a tribute to Phantom Gate to summon specially Cyber End Dragon with 4000 attack points. Some part of Sho's soul is absorbed for the energy of it, so he finally loses consciousness. Carmilla warns Kaiser before his next move. If Cyber End Dragon is destroyed, Sho's soul will never return. Thus, she hopes Kaiser will be more careful. Kaiser is currently considering the situation. His face-down card is actually Call of the Haunted. He can activate it to summon Cyber Barrier Dragon for protection in this turn [Call of the Haunted ~ Living Dead No Yobi Koe - Continuous Trap: Select 1 monster from your Graveyard and Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position. When this card is destroyed or removed from the field, the summoned monster is destroyed. If the summoned monster is destroyed, this card is also destroyed]. However, although he can survive in this turn, there is still no different result for Sho. If he gets the victory, Sho's soul will be gone forever. People understands that Kaiser can't do anything better under this condition. Judai gets mad at Carmilla, calling her a coward, and asking why she doesn't have a fair play. Sho tries to turn his face up slowly and talks to his brother. He asks him to win and not to do anything for him. Sho doesn't want his brother to lose the tile of Kaiser, and won't hate him at all. All the time, he has considered himself such a fool. He usually feels guilty when he makes his brother gets embrarassed by the stupid brother in Osiris Red. Although he tries so hard, he is still a stupid guy. Thus, he would like his brother to win after all. Kaiser looks at his brother and feels that Sho has finally understood everything. He has now reached the point of a good duel and changed himself a lot. However, Kaiser hopes he would have more confidence and try his best in the future. Sho has gained his consciousness and realized that his brother is saying goodbye to him. He calls out his brother loudly to stop his act. Undoubtedly, Kaiser intends not to activate anything to save his younger brother. Carmilla suddenly declares the attack of Cyber End Dragon (Atk 4000) against Kaiser directly. Thus, his LP becomes 0 at once (4000-4000).

Sho	Brother, please win, brother! The title of Kaiser that Brother is highly proud of is the goal by my pride. Thus, please not to be defeated because of me. That's okey. No matter what I will become, I don't hate Brother at all. That is what it should be, right? I have more and more and more gone down into Osiris Red. I am just a stupid person. Everyone calls me your younger brother, but I always make you embrarassed. I am stupid. No matter how hard I try, I am still a stupid person. It is gonna be a big mistake if Brother is defeated for me. Isn't that so, Brother!?

He starts crying while Kaiser is falling down on his knees. Hid body and soul are turning into a doll on Carmilla's hand. The key also falls into her hand. Carmilla tells people not to be worried. However, he doesn't get why things turn pretty badly like this. He can't definitely forgive Carmilla. No matter what, he has to win to take back people's souls. Judai tries to get up although he still feels hurt. He tells Carmilla and other 7 stars to wait for him. Judai declares loudly that he is going to be their next opponent.
