On the other side, Saiou has Arcana Force VII_The Chariot and Arcana Force III_The Empress on his field. Judai has only 1000 LP while Saiou still has full 4000 LP.

Judai realizes that Saiou is forced to duel him in order to save Mizuchi captured by Darkness, trying to let Saiou think of the correct way. He recommends Saiou stop this duel so that both of them can think about the way to save Mizuchi together. Saiou is afraid that it has been too late. This duel can't be stopped. Meanwhile, tears are full of Saiou's left eye, and he begins to cry only by one eye. His act contradicting to his words confuses Judai very much.

Saiou tells Judai that his days after he lost his power had never been in peace. He was unable to see the future, neither nor fight. This life confused Saiou very much, and he didn't understand who he was. During that time, his last sister was taken away. This incidence made him realize that the one with great power should have desired for greater and stronger power. If he denied it, he would be unable to protect his dear person. Dark aura is blowing around Saiou's feet while he is saying. Judai is very surprised by what actually made Saiou be like this.

He declared the attack of Arcana Force VII_The Chariot towards Arcana Force 0_The Fool of Judai in this turn. However, Judai blocked the strike by Negate Attack. Thus, Saiou was forced to end his battle phase. He just played Planting of the Fool and ended his turn at this point). He says that he would like to see how Judai can fight against destiny if Judai thinks that he can do so. At the same time, dark aura beneath Saiou's feet is spreading out to Judai's field.

The turn moves to Judai. When he draws a card, Death's Tour on Saiou's field begins to turn clockwise. Saiou activates the special effect of Arcana Force 0_The Fool on Judai's field to force Death's Tour to stop at identified upright position. The upright position affects Judai and doesn't allow him to summon any monster in this turn. Judai is depressed by this upright position that blocks his summon repeatedly. At this moment, Judai is hearing the sound of Winged Kuriboh. He quickly looks at the card he has just drawn. It's Transcendent Wings. Judai looks at his face-down card and realizes that destiny hasn't been completely shut down by a gate yet. He decides to set up a face-down card and ends his turn. Saiou smiles as seeing Judai end his turn. The end of Judai means the end of his destiny as well.

In Saiou's turn, he draws a card and declares the attack of Arcana Force VII_The Chariot towards Arcana Force 0_The Fool immediately. Judai quickly responds that it hasn't been ended yet, opening his face-down spell card [Kuriboh Calling Flute - Quick Play Spell: Add Kuriboh or Winged Kuriboh from your deck into your hand. At that time, special summon it to the field] to special summon [Winged Kuriboh ~ Hane Kuriboh - 1/300/200: When this card on the field is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, its effect is activated. Shortly, he opens another face-down spell card [Transcendent Wings - Quick Play Spell: Send 1 Winged Kuriboh you control from the field to the Graveyard and discard 2 cards from your hand. Special Summon 1 Winged Kuriboh LV 10 from your hand or Deck].

According to its effect, Judai sends Winged Kuriboh on the field along with Polymerization and E-Hero Sparkman on his hand into the cemetery to special summon [Winged Kuriboh LV10 - Hane Kuriboh LV10 - 10/300/200: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of Transcendent Wings. You may sacrifice this monster to destroy all face-up monsters on your opponent's side of the field and inflict Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the total ATK of the destroyed monsters. You can only activate this effect during your opponent's Battle Phase] onto the field in attack position.

Due to the special effect of Winged Kuriboh LV10, all monsters on Saiou's field must be destroyed, and Saiou has to receive damage points equal to the attack points of the destroyed monsters. Therefore, Arcana Force VII_The Chariot and Arcana Force III_The Empress are destroyed, and Saiou's LP has decreased by the first time to 1000 (4000-1700-1300), which is equal to Judai's LP now.

Arcana Force VI_The Lover appears on the field and its card is turning clockwise. By the special effect of Arcana Force 0_The Fool, Saiou can select to stop it to upright position. Next, Saiou plays spell card [Reverse Reborn - Equipment Spell: Select 1 monster that includes Arcana Force in its card name from your Graveyard. Special Summon the selected monster to your side of the field in Attack Position and equip it with this card. When this card is destroyed, destroy the equipped monster. The Arcana Force summoned by this effect will have its Tail effect].

According to its effect, he can special summon Arcana Force VII_The Chariot back from the cemetery onto the field in attack position and equips Reverse Reborn with it. Judai is upset by that he has thought that he could be able to destroy 2 monsters of Saiou, but Saiou could be able to summon another 2. As he has expected, this isn't going to be easy at all.

Arcana Force EX_The Dark Ruler Monster Card

Saiou explains the upright effect of Arcana Force VI_The Lover that it can be treated as 2 tributes. Sacrificing Arcana Force VI_The Lover and Arcana Force VII_The Chariot (Equal to 3 tributes as total), Saiou special summons [Arcana Force EX_The Dark Ruler - 10/4000/4000: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 3 monster you control to the Graveyard. When this card is successfully Special Summoned, flip 1 coin. Depending on whether the toss is Head or Tail, you acquire 1 of the following effects. 1) Head: This card can attack twice during the Battle Phase. If this card conducts its second battle applied by this card, this card switches to defense mode at the end of the Battle Phase. This card cannot switch battle modes until the end of your next turn. 1) Tail: If this card is destroyed, destroy all cards on the field, Special Summon this card to your side of the field during your next Standby Phase] onto the field in attack position.

Note: This isn't a normal but special summon by Arcana Force EX_The Dark Ruler's own special effect.

Judai understands quickly that this great monster with 4000 attack points should be Saiou's ace monster. When Arcana Force EX_The Dark Ruler is summoned successfully, its card appears above the monster and turns clockwise. Saiou again activates the special effect of Arcana Force 0_The Fool, pausing it to upright position. According to the upright effect, Arcana Force EX_The Dark Ruler can attack twice in a battle phase.

Saiou feels pity that his battle phase has already passed, so Arcana Force EX_The Dark Ruler can't attack in this turn. Next, Saiou applies the special of Arcana Force 0_The Fool, pausing the position of Planting of the Fool at reverse position. Due to the reverse effect, equal for each 300 interval of Arcana Force EX_The Dark Ruler's attack points, Judai has to discard a number of cards into the cemetery.

In Saiou's next turn, if Saiou plays the effect of Plant of the Fool again, he has to discard the remaining 13 cards in his deck to the cemetery. Thus, his deck will have 0 card. When the following turn comes, he will certainly be defeated since he has no card left to draw and play.

Saiou says that Judai's destiny is now hung by a thread. Suddenly, Judai hears Mizuchi's voice coming from somewhere. Mizuchi says that she is certain that her voice will reach Judai. As Judai is wondering who is calling, Mizuchi tells him to strain his eyes. She believes that Judai should be able to see her if he uses his power. Judai understands what Mizuchi wants to say, so he changes his eyes to Yubel's orange-blue eyes.

Meanwhile, a small portal to another dimension is opened above the duel field. Using the special power of Yubel's eyes, Judai is able to see Mizuchi in that dimension. He has just realized that the owner of the voice calling him is actually Mizuchi. Mizuchi is afraid that she has to meet him again his that form. Mizuchi is captured in another place and talking to Judai from another dimension.

Judai asks Mizuchi directly where she has been captured and what he should do to save her out. Mizuchi shakes her head as if there is no way out. Meanwhile, Saiou gets mad when he hears Judai talking about Mizuchi. He asks what Judai is trying to play. Judai doubts whether Saiou doesn't see Mizuchi. Mizuchi tells Judai that her voice can't reach her brother. No matter how much she tried, it's useless. Saiou can't hear her at all but rushes Judai to draw quickly to run on the game.

Mizuchi begs Judai to use his power to save her brother. Judai is confused by that Mizuchi is telling him to use his power to save Saiou not herself. He asks here directly what she means by that. Mizuchi explains that when Saiou was once defeated by Judai, the light of ruin inside him was supposed to be destroyed completely. She believed that her brother desired to live like a normal man from his heart. However, she is wrong.

After that, her brother appeared in darkness while dark aura was surrounding and consuming him. Mizuchi explains Judai that her brother seemed unable to escape from the desire to obtain strong power. Saiou can be now saved only by a duel, so she hopes Judai will use his power to release him. Judai understands what Mizuchi wants to say. More importantly, he would like to know what he should do to save her after he is able to save Saiou. Mizuchi doesn't tell Judai to save her and just wants a chance to wake up his brother's desire. Judai is trying to call her as her picture is disappearing.

Mizuchi	Come on, strain your eyes! If you use your power, you should be able to see my appearance, right?
Judai	My power~ Mizuchi! It's you actually?

Judai	Mizuchi, where are you captured? What should I do to rescue you out of there?
Saiou	Mizuchi? What are you trying to play?

Mizuchi	Once, when my brother was beaten in a duel by you, the light of ruin inside brother was expected to be destroyed completely. As a result, I believed that to live like a normal man was what brother desired from his heart. But it's wrong. Brother wasn't aware of himself. He was unable to escape from the desire said to obtain strong power. Now, brother can only be saved by a duel. Please release brother by your hands!

Judai closes his eyes before opening them again. His eyes have already turned back to normal. Judai looks seriously at Saiou chuckling and smiling. He seems able to get rid of his hesitation and draws confidently to run on his turn. Once Judai draws a card, Saiou activates the special effect of Arcana Force 0_The Fool to pause Death's Tour at the upright position. Again, its upright position stops Judai from summoning any monster in this turn.

Saiou understands that Judai has only 13 cards left. If his next turn comes, Judai has to discard them all into the cemetery by the effect of Planting of the Fool. Judai says that he won't let Saiou able to do so. Even if it is a limited choice, there must be a way to open the destiny inside. It's Judai's belief in a duel (In other words, although he doesn't have much choice in a duel, he believes that there is always alternative way out).

Judai looks at the card he has just drawn, and it is Hero Blast. The cards on the another hand are Magic Flipper and A Hero Emerges. Setting up 2 face-down cards (which certainly are A Hero Emerges and Hero Blast), he ends his turn. Saiou believes that, by the absolute power controlled by this field, there is no such a way for Judai to go against this destiny. This is going to be the last turn for Judai.

The turn comes to Saiou. Drawing a card, he declares the attack of Arcana Force EX_The Dark Ruler towards Arcana Force 0_The Fool quickly. Two heads of dragon appear from Arcana Force EX_The Dark Ruler before firing dark shot towards Arcana Force 0_The Fool. Saiou chuckles evilly while Judai still looks calm from the coming strike.

At the main hall of Duel Academia, Rei is checking the names of students at a table while Fubuki, Manjoume, Asuka, and Sho are standing nearby. She sees something unusual that she can't match the names of the students in the list and the record in her PDA. Sho and Asuka ask Rei recheck since they dueled more than 10 people today. Thus, it shouldn't be possible that there is no list of the duelists they played.

Manjoume takes the list from Rei and doubts whether this list is reliable. He looks through each page and becomes very surprised because the list contains very small number of students. He understands that the number of Duel Academia students isn't small like this. Many lines on the list are blank. Fubuki thinks that the list isn't wrong. He has just been aware of something weird around the school as well. The number of students at the entrance seems very small, making sense for the same small number of students on the list. Fubuki doubts when the number of students has decreased this much.

Rei is surprised by where people have gone. Asuka feels that there is also something unusual to her because she is unable to remember duelists she played today. To talk about it, Sho can't remember the students he played with today, either. Manjoume doubts where everyone is sleeping like Judai. Talking about Judai, he also wonders where Judai has been. Asuka isn't sure but thinks that Judai should be with Kenzan.

At the same time, Kenzan is looking for Sorano in the forest but hasn't seen anybody. He doesn't understand where Judai has gone and why Judai wants him to search for Sorano. Shortly, something is moving pass Kenzan in the front. Kenzan sees the dark shadow of Sorano moving and passing his front. Sorano seems to move into the forest, so Kenzan begins to run off and go after him quickly. The point is that the shadow of Sorano is moving and he doesn't as if he is walking.

At the top of KC building, Saiou is smiling while seeing the shot of Arcana Force EX_The Dark Ruler moving towards Arcana Force 0_The Fool. By some reasons, the shot's direction is changed towards another monster nearby. As Saiou is getting surprised, Judai explains that when Arcana Force EX_The Dark Ruler attacked, he activated his face-down trap card [A Hero Emerges ~ Hero Kensan - Trap: When your opponent declares an attack, he/she randomly selects 1 card from your hand. If it is a Monster Card, Special Summon it on your side of the field. If not, send it to the Graveyard].

Miracle Flipper Monster Card

A Hero Emerges allows the opponent to select a card on Judai's hand. It it is a monster card, Judai can special summon it onto the field. By the time Judai activated this trap card, he had only one card left on his hand, and it was [Miracle Flipper - 2/300/500: If there is a Miracle Flipper on the field, this card cannot be Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned or Special Summoned. While this card is on the field, your opponent cannot attack your other monster. When this card is destroyed by battle, Special Summon it to your opponent's field. When this card is destroyed by the effect of a Magic, Trap or Effect monster, destroy 1 monster your opponent controls].

Therefore, without Saiou's random selection, Judai automatically was able to special summon it onto the field in defense position. According to the special effect of Miracle Flipper, it always has to become the first attack target. Thus, Arcana Force EX_The Dark Ruler was forced to attack Miracle Flipper not Arcana Force 0_The Fool.

In addition to the special effect of Miracle Flipper, when destroyed in battle, it can be special summoned onto Saiou's field in defense position. Saiou doesn't know what Judai intends to do but he doesn't want to play with it. He reminds Judai the upright effect of Arcana Force EX_The Dark Ruler that this monster can do twice attacks in a battle phase.

Saiou hopes this should be ended before declaring the second strike of Arcana Force EX_The Dark Ruler towards Arcana Force 0_The Fool. At this moment, the shadow of Necro Guardna appears in front of Arcana Force 0_The Fool to protect it before large explosion occurs. As Saiou is getting surprised, Judai activates the special effect of [Necro Guardna - 3/600/1300: By removing this card in your Graveyard from play, negate 1 attack of an opponent's monster1] in this cemetery.

Removing Necro Guardna from his cemetery from play, Judai is able to negate the attack of Arcana Force EX_The Dark Rule. He tells Saiou that he could be able to activate its effect because Necro Guardna was previously sent to the graveyard by Saiou's Planting of the Fool. According to upright effect of Arcana Force EX_The Dark Ruler, it has to turn in defense position at the end phase.

Judai smiles while asking how Saiou feels about too strong power that seems to be in vain. Saiou gets very mad at Judai, but he think that he still holds an upper hand. If he next activates the effect of Planting of the Fool, Judai's destiny will be ended (Judai has to discard the last 13 cards in his deck into the cemetery and he will be lost since he no longer has a card to play).

Hero Blast Trap Card

Judai doubts whether things will be as Saiou has expected before opening his last face-down trap card [Hero Blast - Trap: Select 1 Normal monster with E-Hero in its name from your Cemetery and add it to your hand. Destroy 1 of your opponent's monsters with an attack power equal to or lower than the attack power of the monster added to your hand]. Due to its effect, Judai can select an E-Hero monster from his cemetery and add it onto his hand. He can destroy a monster on Saiou's field that has attack power lower than the added monster.

Judai decides to select E-Hero Sparkman from his cemetery and destroy Miracle Flipper, which has lower attack points than E-Hero Sparkman's, on Saiou's field. Saiou still doesn't understand and asks what Judai is playing. Judai smiles and tells Saiou that it seems the road of destiny has already been opened. Saiou still looks surprised. Judai explains the third effect of Miracle Flipper that when it's destroyed by a spell/trap effect, a monster on the opponent's side of the field can be destroyed. Miracle Flipper is on Saiou's field, so the affected opponent's field is actually Judai's field. Saiou is amazed as seeing what Judai's planning. He has just realized that Judai has prepared for this play to destroy Arcana Force 0_The Fool on his own field.

By this, Judai says that Saiou can no longer manipulate destiny. He asks whether Saiou wants to have him try with the position of Planting of the Fool (This time with 50%-50% probability). Saiou certainly wants to bet. He activates the effect of Planting of The Fool, and its card begins to turn clockwise. At this time, Judai has to determine destiny by himself. He declares to stop it, and the card pauses at upright position. It becomes Saiou's bad luck. Due to its upright effect, Saiou has to discard 13 cards (4000/300: remainders are ignored) from his deck into the cemetery.

Saiou looks scared and thinks whether his destiny has already been destroyed along with Arcana Force 0_The Fool. Judai tries to explain that there is no power able to control destiny. If Saiou currently was the same person as he was before, he should be able to understand better than anybody.

Saiou looks very angry at Judai before setting up two face-down cards and ending his turn. He tells Judai that he has understood completely although Judai didn't say so. Even if there is some way out to go against destiny, a person is unable to do so without power. Saiou hopes Judai should understand this better than anyone because Judai was once possessed by Supreme King's power.

Note: In season III, Judai was very upset that he couldn't save anyone because he didn't have enough power. Thus, he was once controlled by Supreme King's power and turned evil like Saiou now.

Judai's eyes turn to Yubel's orange-blue eyes as he is arguing Saiou that he actually didn't lose to seduction of power. He knew this well when he obtained such a power. Power isn't for fulfilling a person's desire but accomplishing a big mission. Saiou has assigned a mission for him to find out the identity of Darkness. Thus, Judai intends to use this power in order to accomplish this mission. At the same time he is speaking, wind is swirling around his body and blowing dark aura around his field.

Saiou	When The Fool was destroyed, was my destiny also ruined?
Judai	There's no power which controls destiny. If you were what you were before, you would know it better than anyone.
Saiou	I set two cards down and end my turn! I know even if you don't say so! But even if there is a way to go against destiny, you can go against it only if you have power! Judai! You, who were possessed by Supreme King's power, would know it better than anyone else!
Judai	I don't lose to the seduction of power! I understood when I took the power in. The power is not for fulfilling your desire! It's for accomplishing a big mission! Saiou, the mission to find out about identity of Darkness you requested me to do. To accomplish it, I will use this power! Draw!

In the last turn of Judai, he draws a card with confidence. At this moment, Saiou activates the effect of Death's Tour, making its card turn clockwise. Without Arcana Force 0_The Fool, Judai is able to determine the card position with 50%-50% probability. When he declares to stop it, the card pauses at reverse position. Its upright position allows Judai to summon a monster in this turn.

Next, Judai plays spell card [Hope of Fifth - Spell: Select 5 E-Hero monsters from your Graveyard, add them to your Deck, then shuffle it. After that, draw 2 cards from your Deck. If this is the only card in your hand and you have no other cards on your side of the field, you can draw 1 more card from your Deck]. According to its effect, he can add 5 E-Hero monsters (E-Hero Featherman, E-Hero Burst Lady, E-Hero Bubbleman, E-Hero Clayman, and E-Hero Edgeman) from his cemetery to his deck, shuffle it, and draw 2 new cards.

Right after that, Saiou opens the second face-down card [Arcana Call - Trap: Activate by select 1 face-up monster with name included Arcana force. Remove 1 monster with name included Arcana force in graveyard from game. Until the end phase, the effect gained by selected monster's coin toss become same effect of that removed monster gains by that coin toss]. Due to its effect, he can select the reverse effect of Arcana Force 0_The Fool in the cemetery and equip it with Arcana Force EX_The Dark Ruler. The reverse effect of Arcana Force 0_The Fool allows Arcana Force EX_The Dark Ruler unable to be the target of, nor affected by, Judai's spell, trap, or monster effects.

Note: It's unclear whether the effect of Arcana Call applies to the player's or the opponent's graveyard. Anyway, in anime, Saiou puts this card in Judai's deck. When Arcana Force 0_The Fool was destroyed, it's supposed to go to Judai's graveyard. Thus, the effect of Arcana Call seems to affect the opponent's graveyard in anime.

Judai next plays [Miracle Contact - Spell: Return to your deck, from your side of the field or your Graveyard, monsters that are listed on a Fusion Monster Card that uses E-Hero Neos as Fusion Material, and Special Summon 1 Fusion Monster with E-Hero in its name, which uses E-Hero neos as Fusion Material, from your Fusion Deck. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon)]. Saiou doesn't care what kind of fusion monster Judai is going to summon since its effect can't work with Arcana Force EX_The Dark Ruler obtaining the reverse effect of Arcana Force 0_The Fool.

Note: Saiou is confident that Judai's monster can't be greater than his Arcana Force EX_The Dark Ruler with 4000 attack points. Thus, he believes that only one play that may work with Arcana Force EX_The Dark Ruler is some special effect of a monster, trap or spell. However, as long as Arcana Force 0_The Fool is equipped with Arcana Force EX_The Dark Ruler, no effect from spell/trap/monster can't work with Arcana Force EX_The Dark Ruler at all.
