At a house during night time in Domino City, a little boy, [Tsutomu] is crying with his cards on a desk in his room. He doubts what he should do to get stronger. His friends told him that he was bad and they didn't enjoy playing with a weak person like him. The boy tells himself that he wants to get stronger and doubts when that time will come. Meanwhile, his eyes turn blue and glow. Wind then blows into his room until his cards fly off the desk. Tsutomu leaves his seat and tries to get back the cards on the floor.

Once he picks up a card, there appears black aura emerging from it. Dark wind swirls behind him and forms into Mr.T. Tsutomu looks scared and asks who Mr.T is. Mr.T tells him that there is nothing to be surprised since Tsutomu actually made this card up.The boy's grief, anger, and pain dye the card. Mr.T understands that Tsutomu wants to get stronger, so he recommends Tsutomu accept darkness of heart into his mind. If Tsutomu makes friend with darkness, his anxiety will be gone.

Tsutomu still looks confused, but Mr.T doesn't wait for him. He approaches to the boy before shattering and becoming black wind swirling around Tsutomu. Tsutomu screams so loud that his parents can hear him. They leave their room quickly and look up to his kid's room upstairs, asking what's going on with his son. Tsutomu appears and now looks different like an evil boy.

Tsutomu understands that his parents are worried about him, and he is bad that he always makes them concerned. His mother asks what Tsutomu's talking about. Tsutomu tells them that he is fine now and their parents' concern will disappear soon. He hands over and tells his parents to go with him to the world of Darkness. His eyes then turn blue and glow brightly.

At Duel Academia, students of all years gather into the school auditorium. Principal Samejima is making announcement about today meeting, saying that the graduation duel time of this year has finally come. It doesn't matter whether people will cry or laugh. It's the last chance for the third-grade students, so Principal Samejima would like the students to pull out their entire power into this duel without regret and prepares for it. The students all applaud when Principal Samejima finishes his speech. Next, Vice Principal Chronos mentions that he is going to explain the rule in details.

The general rule is to attain 100 points. Each duel has a point regardless of winning or losing. To win the first-grade student gets 1 point, to win the second-grade student gets 2 points, and to win the third-grade student gets 3 points respectively. A person can duel the same opponent only once. If he or she loses, there is no point. When the accumulated points become 100, the graduation duel is cleared.

Manjoume understands that this is like 100-time duels. A person can just win an easy victory over. Professor Chronos interrupts Manjoume and explains that, during the period, it's possible that points keep accumulating. Many bar graphs then appear on screen to support his explanation, going up at different height for the time period. When time's up, the point ranking will be the score result. Principal Samejima makes additional announcement that the student who gets the highest amount of points will receive the replica deck of Mutou Yugi, King of Duelists. This deck was provided by Industrial Illusion company and is now in exhibition at this school.

The students all get excited and cheer up. Certainly, everyone wants to get it. Kenzan thinks that to receive Yugi's deck such a splendid prize. Manjoume notes that the deck of King of Duelists really suits to be his prize. Asuka believes that this award encourages people want to duel even more and don't refuse a duel. Lastly, Principal Samejima officially declares the opening of the graduation duel before the students applaud and the meeting ends.

After the meeting, all students are making a group and discussing in the hall. Sho, Asuka, Manjoume, and Fubuki are talking on a side. Sho thinks that they may have to fight against one another at the end. Fubuki smiles and tells Sho not to take it easy when time comes. Sho smiles back as responding that it's absolutely what he will do.

Manjoume chuckles, asking whether his 3-year friends don't want to duel one another first. Asuka tells him not to hurry. They should keep time to have fun together later. Manjoume, Sho, and Fubuki nod their heads as agreeing with Asuka. They will not fight with one another so that they can have fun among themselves at the end.

Judai is yawning and walking back to Osiris Red dorm with Kenzan. It appears that he didn't attend the meeting, so Kenzan has to inform him about the graduation duel. He discusses with Kenzan that to attend the meeting isn't a character of an Osiris Red member like him. During the graduation duel, Judai just wants to have a relax.

Anyway, things don't make Judai feel at ease. In front of Osiris Red dorm is full of students. A blue student notices Judai returning first, quickly leaving the group and approaching him. He introduces himsekf the second-grade student, [Sorano Taigo] (He is the one sitting with Kenzan during the meeting). To duel Judai is always his dream. Sorano is unable to duel Judai if he doesn't have this chance. He also introduces all juniors behind him who want to duel Judai as well. Everybody bows to Judai as a request for a duel. Judai looks very surprised by a large number of people whom he has to duel with. Sorano gives him a big smile to confirm his correct thought. Kenzan understands that this can't be helped, telling Judai that he is the most popular one.

On the other side in front of Blue dorm, Asuka, Sho, and Manjoume are surrounded by many students who want to duel them espescially Sho and Manjoume who are going to a pro after graduation. The students together ask them for a duel loudly. Manjoume realizes that they have no choice, so he yells to tell all people to make a line. The students divide themselves into three lines for Asuka, Manjoume, and Sho. Then, they all start the duel together.

Meanwhile, Fubuki is watching three of them on the other side of the lake. He thinks that those three seem very popular. Fubuki is also another one who will graduate. As he is thinking about his opponents, a march of Blue lady students are calling and running towards him. Fubuki wonders that his opponents are seriously these girls. All ladies give him big smile as confirming his correct understanding. Fubuki smiles before telling them not to take hard on him.

In front of Osiris Red, Sorano steps up and is going to duel Judai. He declares that he won't take it easy on his senior. That's what Judai wants. He thinks that it doesn't look good if a junior is going to take it easy on him. More importantly, Judai asks whether Sorano is strong. Sorano doesn't answer to this question but smiles.

Kenzan warns Judai not to underestimate him since Sorano is the ace among the second-grade Blue students. His strength is certainly suitable for Judai. Judai really hopes to have fun with that strength. Sorano bows to Judai as a proper request for a duel. Both of them standby their duel disks and start the duel.

The first turn is with Judai. He draws a card and summons [Dandelion - 3/300/300: When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard as a result of battle, Special Summon 2 Fluff Token (Plant-Type/WIND/1 Star/ATK 0/DEF 0) to your side of the Field in Defense Position. The Fluff Token (s) cannot be used in a Tribute Summon during the turn that they are Special Summoned] onto the field in defense position. Setting up a face-down card, he ends his turn.

The turn moves to Sorano. Drawing a card, he thinks that he has done research about Judai in order to duel him today. Judai is more curious about what kind of decks Sorano is going to let him see. Sorano then summons [Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV4 ~ Horus No Kokuenryuu LV4 - 4/1600/1000: Control of this card cannot switch. During the End Phase of a turn that this card destroyed a monster by battle, by sending this card to the Graveyard, Special Summon 1 Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6 from your hand or Deck] onto the field in attack position.

Judai is excited to see Horus deck. Sorano next plays spell card [Level Up! - Spell: Send 1 face-up LV monster on your side of the field to the Graveyard. Special Summon a monster from your hand or Deck that is written in the card text of the sent monster, ignoring any and all Summoning conditions].

According to its effect, he can send Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV4 on the field into the cemetery, calling [Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6 ~ Horus No Kokuenryuu LV6 - 6/2300/1600: While this card is on the field, it is unaffected by the effects of Spell Cards. During the End Phase of a turn that this card destroyed a monster by battle, by sending this card to the Graveyard, Special Summon 1 Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8 from your hand or Deck] onto the field in attack position.

Sorano declares the attack of Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6 to destroy Dandelion immediately. At this moment, Judai activates the special effect of Dandelion. When sent to the cemetery, it can leave 2 Fluff Tokens with 0 DEF point onto the field in defense position. Still in Sorano's end phase, he sets up a face-down card and activates the special effect of Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6.

When Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6 could destroy a monster in battle, it can grow up into LV8 in this end phase. Thus, Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6 is sent to the cemetery, and [Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8 ~ Horus No Kokuenryuu LV8 - 8/3000/1800: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6. While this card remains face-up on your side of the field, you can negate the activation and effect of any Spell Cards and destroy them] is special summoned onto the field in attack position.

Kenzan becomes amazed that Sorano finally did it to summon his ultimate monster. Sorano smiles while thinking about the greatest effect of Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8. It can negate activation of and destroy any spell card. This effect significantly influences Judai's spell card, Polymerization. His Hero monsters are heavily based on fusion, so it's the worst for Judai's Hero deck to oppose Horus deck.

Sorano did well on his research on Judai's deck. Judai can also read the game, feeling difficult to play with Horus deck. Anyway, he still smiles and has fun with the game. Sorano looks at Judai with such serious eyes. He thinks that he definitely won't be defeated by senior Judai.

At the same time, something bad is happening in Domino City. O'Brien is checking the listing of residents on many screens in a van. Suddenly, the listing begins to disappear one by one. O'Brien quickly leaves the van, and the city appears very quiet. As standing on the road, he sees nobody at all.

O'Brien decides to go to Kaiba Corporation and tries to make a call to someone. However, nobody receives his call, and there is no sign of anybody in the company. There is also the listing of KC people on a desk. Similarly, the listing of people is disappearing from the bottom to the top list. The first person named in the list is Kaiba Seto whose name hasn't disappeared yet. O'Brien doesn't understand at all what's going on. People in KC and around the city have already disappeared. There is nobody but O'Brien left in Domino City.

Cross Porter
Monster Card
The turn comes to Judai. He draws a card and summons [Cross Porter - 2/400/400: Send 1 monster you control to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 N-Spacian monster from your hand. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, add 1 N-Spacian monster from your deck to your hand] onto the field in attack position. Judai next plays spell card [E-Emergency Call - Spell: Add 1 monster from your Deck to your hand that includes E-Hero in its card name] to add an E-Hero monster from his deck onto his deck. Sorana feels sorry to Judai before activating the special effect of Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8 to negate the activation of and destroy E-Emergency Call.

This is what Judai has expected as he could read through the game. He removes E-Emergency Call in the cemetery from play to special summon [Magic Striker - 3/600/200: This card cannot be Normal Summoned. Remove 1 card in your Graveyard from the play in order to Special Summon this card. This card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. Battle Damage the controller of this card receives while it is conducting a battle becomes 0] onto the field in attack position. This is the special summon by the special effect of Magic Striker itself.

Sorano has just realized that, in order to special summon Magic Striker, Judai had Sorano destroy E-Emergency Call on purpose. Judai explains another special effect of Magic Striker that it can attack Sorano directly. When Sorano receives the direct hit, his LP decreases to 3400 (4000-600). People see that Judai has never lost hope, wondering what his set-up card is. This is supposed to be the end of Judai's turn.

In Sorano's turn, he draws a card and plays [Stop Defense ~ Shubi Fuuji - Spell: Select 1 of your opponent's monsters and switch it to Attack Position. If the card is face-down, flip it face-up. If the card has a flip effect, it is activated immediately] to change the position of 1 Fluff Token into attack position. Fluff Token clearly has 0 attack point in attack mode.

Sorano declares the attack of Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8 to destroy Fluff Token immediately. At this moment, Judai opens his face-down trap card [Secret Mission - Trap: You can only activate this card when your opponent's monster attacks. Your opponent must select whether to choose a Monster randomly on your Field and do battle with it, or to end his/her's Battle Phase]. According to its effect, when Sorano declares an attack, Judai is able to end his battle phase.

Sorano smiles as thinking that it's still too easy. To expect that Judai is going to play a trap card has already been in his calculation. Thus, Sorano opens his face-down trap card [Royal Decree ~ Oukyuu No Ofure - Continuous Trap: As long as this card remains face-up on the field, negate the effects of all Trap Cards on the field except this card]. When this card is on the field, the effects of other trap cards are negated.

As Judai is looking surprised, Sorano declares to negate the effect of Secret Mission by Royal Decree and to attack and destroy Fluff Token by Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8. Because Fluff Token has 0 attack point, Judai has to receive great damage. His LP decreases to 1000 (4000+0-3000). Sorano finally did it well to inflict damage to Judai. Kenzan begins to be worried about Judai at this point.

Sorano hasn't done yet. He next plays spell card [Sealer Formation ~ Fuuin No Jin - Permanent Spell: Instead of drawing during a Draw Phase on your turn, you can add a card with Seal in its name in your Cemetery]. Due to this effect, instead of drawing in the following turn, he can add 1 card with Seal in its card name in his cemetery onto his hand. By this, he can get Stop Defense back from the graveyard and use it again in the next turn. Then, Sorano will certainly win. He explains his advanced as smiling to his coming victory.

People are very impressed by Sorano's great play, thinking that he may be able to win this duel. Kenzan becomes concerned while looking at Judai. Judai smiles and asks whether Sorano really thinks so.

Note: Judai says "Sore Wa Dookana" or "Do you think so?". It's the same words that Edo wrote a book for distribution in episode 165.

Judai says that it may be true that Horus deck is used to seal spell cards, so it isn't good for his E-Hero deck. However, his current deck can't be compared with his previous deck because it has already evolved (or developed). Judai declares confidently that he is going to prove it now as drawing a card in his last turn actively. Sorano is very amazed by what else Judai will be able to show as he has just said.

The card Judai could draw is N-Flare Scarab. The cards on the other hand are Contact Out and E-Hero Neos. At this timing, Judai activates the special effect of Cross Porter, sending Magic Striker on the field into the graveyard to special summon [N-Flare Scarab - 3/500/500: This card gains 400 ATK for each Spell and Trap Card on your opponent's side of the field] onto the field in attack position.

Next, Judai sacrifices Cross Porter and Fluff Token on the field to normal summon [E-Hero Neos - 7/2500/2000] onto the field in attack position. He explains that, by the new power of his E-Hero monsters or contact fusion, it means nothing to seal the spell card. In other words, contact fusion between E-Hero and N-Spacian monsters don't require Polymerization.

Judai declares the contact fusion between E-Hero Neos and N-Flare Scarab into [E-Hero Flare Neos - 7/2500/2000: This card cannot be Special Summoned except by returning the above cards on your side of the field to your Deck; then you can Special Summon this card from your Fusion Deck (You do not use Polymerization). This card gains 400 ATK for each Spell and Trap Card on the field. This card returns to the Fusion Deck during the End Phase].

According to the special effect of E-Hero Flare Neos, its attack points can go up by 400 points for each spell/trap card on the field. There are Royal Decree and Sealer Formation on Sorano's field, so the attack points of N-Flare Neos increase to 3300 (2500+400*2). Kenzan can see that these attack points are now higher than those of Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8.

Judai declares the attack of E-Hero Flare Neos to destroy Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8 at once. This strike reduces Sorano's LP to 3100 (3400+3000-3300). Without Horus monsters on the field, any restriction on spell cards has gone. Judai takes this moment to play the last spell card [Contact Out - Quick Play Spell: Return 1 Fusion Monster on the field that includes Neos in its name. In addition, if the set of Fusion-Material Monsters used to Special Summon that monster are together in your Deck, you can Special Summon those specific monsters to your side of the field] on his hand.

As a result of Contact Out's effect, Judai can return E-Hero Flare Neos on the field and take back their material fusion monsters, N-Flare Scarab and E-Hero Neos, onto the field in attack position. By this, he is able to do two more attacks. The attack points of N-Flare Scarab can also increase by 400 points for each spell/trap card on the field. Again, with Royal Decree and Sealer Formation on Sorano's field, its attack points can go up to 1300 (500+400*2).

Judai declares double attack of N-Flare Scarab and E-Hero Neos towards Sorano directly. Sorano doesn't have any monster left to protect himself, receiving two direct hits. Thus, his LP decreases to 0 (3300-1300-2500), and he is finally defeated. Judai shows his victory sign and claims for his winning as usual. He thinks that it's such a nice. Sorano feels very upset to his defeat.

After the duel with Judai, Sorano walks alone into the forest. He is still upset since he strongly believed that his deck would have won. Sorano takes his deck out from the duel disk. As he is looking at it, dark aura emerges from the deck and forms into the body of Mr.T. Sorano is very surprised, asking who Mr.T is.

Mr.T replies that he is the one called from Sorano's darkness of heart. His appearance then turns into Sorano's shape and face with such an evil look. Evil Sorano says that he is now Sorano and he will eliminate the true one. He prepares his duel disk as a challenge to Sorano who is afraid that he is unable to avoid this duel.

In front of Red dorm, Judai is dueling a Yellow student. He declares the attack of E-Hero Sparkman to the boy directly. The boy's LP turns to 0, and he is finally defeated. While Judai is enjoying the game, he notices many crows flying over the forest. A crow is a sign that something bad is happening.

Meanwhile, Sorano is attacked by Dark Archetype, and his LP decreases to 0. Evil Sorano smiles as claiming to do as he has promised, going to eliminate true Sorano. Many crows then fly down towards Sorano before he screams.

At this moment, Judai seems to hear the scream. His eyes quickly turn into orange-blue eyes of Yubel. These eyes make him able to see the true situation in the forest where is in fire. Many students in the forest are consumed by black aura and disappear. Judai looks pretty shocked by what's going on. He even sees the picture of Sorano calling for him in darkness.

Another blue student calls Judai back to his normal sense and eyes. Judai has just realized that he is in the mid of duel after seeing some weird pictures. He looks around and sees many students cheering normally to have Judai lose. The situation seems usual, but Judai doesn't understand what the vision he has just seen.

Kenzan notices that Judai's concentration isn't with the game, asking whether he is fine. Judai feels sorry to his juniors before apologizing them. He gives an excuse that he has already felt exhausted today, hoping to have a duel with the rest tomorrow. The students feel pity to this chance because they have waited for him for this time.

Judai feels sorry to them before calling Kenzan with serious face and running out quickly. Kenzan follows Judai as asking where he is going. Judai runs into the forest to check what's going on. Whatever he sees is many cards with black aura left on the ground. At the same time, his cell phone is ringing. Judai picks it up, and it is a call from O'Brien.

O'Brien goes straight to the point, telling Judai that the circumstance is now weird. He wants Judai to come to Domino City immediately. It seems that Mr.T has already started the attack on a large scale. All people in Domino City have disappeared without reason. Judai and Kenzan haven't realized that they are now observed by some crows on the trees.

While Judai is getting very shocked by this news, the line is disconnected. He shortly realizes that something bad is happening to O'Brien. Before running off, Judai tells Kenzan to look for Sorano. Kenzan asks what Judai plans to do. Judai says that he will leave this place for a while as keeping on running.

While Judai is running, he is making a call to Principal Samejima. Principal Samejima doubts whether Judai has anything. It's urgent, so Judai makes it short that he wants to borrow a boat. Principal Samejima realizes that something may happen, so he asks for reason. Judai doesn't give much explanation but says that he is going to Domino City. Principal Samejima tries to call him, but Judai has no further response.

Judai goes straight to the sea port where a boat is stored. He quickly takes off a boat and rides it into the ocean alone. He just hopes that O'Brien will be waiting for him safely.

In Domino City, it's about evening time. O'Brien realizes that his line is disconnected. Then, he sees Tsutomu (the little boy at the beginning of this episode) walking alone along pavement. Tsutomu walks into a small street, and O'Brien is following him quickly. However, O'Brien doesn't Tsutomu in that street, but Tsutomu appears in another street. Tsutomu turns to O'Brien with such an evil face. He chuckles before walking off.

O'Brien tells him to wait as going after him. Tsutomu seems to appear anywhere in the city. His chuckling sound is all around the places. O'Brien follows Tsutomu to a street that links to a backyard of a building. When he enters the yard, he finds many Tsutomu standing behind him to close his way out. Many Tsutomu shatter into black aura before forming into Mr.T who keeps laughing without saying anything.

to be continued...

Sho Something is strange. The circumstance at shool looks weird. What has Big Brother gone during this time?
Judai I have bad presentiment. Wait for me, O'Brien! Please be safe until I come!
Sho Heyyyy! You are riding a boat with a desperate looks. Where are you going? Next, [The Price of Decision! O'Brien, Darkness in the Fire]!
Judai Here is Domino City? There is no sign of people. Where are you, O'Brien! O'Brien!
