Neo Domino City is now under chaos and weird phenomenon. A lot of thunder bolt causes damage everywhere. Yusei is now having a riding duel with Placido and his Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity. He is getting nervous and wondering what to do after Stardust Dragon was taken by Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity. Yusei is looking confused while trying to find a way to defeat Placido. Placido laughs out loud. By absorbing Stardust Dragon, Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity has its ATK increase to 5000 (2500+2500). Placido says that he has already received Yusei's synchro monster as a tribute. Yusei is concerned and asks himself why he couldn't do Accel Synchro back then. He hits his D-Wheel strongly, gets mad at himself, and wonders whether there is no way his power will be able to defeat Placido. Bruno riding after Yusei keeps watching over his act calmly. He realizes that Yusei's heart was disturbed, so he couldn't have a state of Clear Mind. This mainly explains why his Accel Synchro failed earlier (episode 108). Placido tells the humans to knee down in front of Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity. Suddenly, the power of Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity bursts like a light pole into the sky. Bruno can't stand its intense and has to move back. The power is very strong and bright enough for everyone including Tempei, Bob, Patty, Sly, Stephanie, Luca, Lua, and Crow at the stadium to notice. At the hospital, Aki looks at the light and gets worried about Yusei. Haruka can notice Aki's worrying face. Aki pads her head and says that there is nothing to be worried. Haruka thus smiles and feels relieved.
On a highway, Mikage, Ushio, and some securities are pausing and looking at the powerful light. Sherry, Mizoguchi, and Carly staying on other highways are also watching. Jack and Kazama stop riding, get off their D-Wheels, and look at the light pole. Kazama wonders what's happening. Then, the dragon's birthmark of Jack glows. Jack feels pain coming from it. Kazama asks what's wrong with him. On the other side, the dragon's birthmarks of Luca and Crow also glow. Pain runs through their arms and makes them cry. Lua asks what is wrong with Luca and Crow. Crow says that Yusei's pain is transferring to him. It also tells him that Yusei is fighting at the very limit. Aki is now holding her throbbing dragon's birthmark and looking in pain. Haruka holds her hands and asks whether she is okay. Aki tries to smile and tells her that she is fine. She looks outside the window and understands through this pain that Yusei is fighting by risking his life in order to protect this city. The dragon's birthmark of Yusei is throbbing in response to the others while he is panting heavily. Placido raises his hand in the air, and Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity stops bursting its power in the sky. Yusei realizes that if he can't get back Stardust Dragon taken away, he won't be able to defeat Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity. The problem is just how he can get it back.
The game is resumed in the first main phase of Placido's turn (the 5th turn). Placido says that Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity is now gaining further power. He opens his face-down trap card [Wise A3 (Attack 3) - Normal Trap: Send "Wisel Attack" you control to the graveyard. Special Summon 1 "Wisel Attack 3" from your hand]. It allows him to send Wisel Attack, which is the left arm of Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity's body, on the field to the graveyard to special summon [Wisel Attack 3 ~ Wisel A3 (Attack 3) - 3/1600/0: Destroy this card if you do not control an "Infinity" monster. When an "Infinity" monster you control attacks a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent] from his hand to the field in attack position. Wisel Attack 3 transforms into an arm attached with a sword and replaces the missing left arm of Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity's body. Along with the power of Stardust Dragon equipped with the left arm as a blue flaming sword, Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity gains ATK that moves up to 5400 (500+1600+0+800+2500). Yusei is very stunned by increasing ATK. Placido tells him that it isn't only ATK and explains the remaining effect of Wisel Attack 3. According to its effect, when Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity attacks a defense-position, it can have piercing damage to the opponent. Yusei has Formula Synchron with 1500 DEF on the field and 3300 LP. If he takes a strike with 5400 ATK and piercing damage, his LP will be 0 (3300+1500-5400). Placido moves to battle phase and declares an attack of Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity toward Formula Synchron immediately.
Yusei opens his face-down trap card [D2 Shield - Normal Trap: Select 1 monster you control. Double that monster's DEF until the End Phase. If the selected monster is destroyed, draw 1 card] that can double DEF of a defense-position monster until the end phase. Formula Synchron's DEF thus becomes 3000 (1500*2). Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity destroys it by the power of Stardust Dragon, which passes it to Yusei along with roaring sound of Stardust Dragon. The strike reduces Yusei's LP to 900 (3000+3300-5400). Placido chuckle. Although Yusei tries to spare his life, it's still useless. Placido activates a monster effect of Skiel Carrier 5. When he can destroy a monster by battle, 300 damage will be inflicted to the opponent. Yusei has to receive 300 damage from losing Formula Synchron by battle. His LP drops to 600 (900-300). Yusei swings slightly but manages to control his D-Wheel. He activates the remaining effect of D2 Shield. When the selected monster is destroyed by battle, he can draw 1 card. Placido laughs and looks very pleased with Yusei's useless struggle like a worm. Yusei is concerned by that if it continues like this, he will be finished off. Placido smiles and says that he is going to make Yusei keep dancing around. It isn't only Yusei. Placido thinks that all mankind should dance along with destiny. It's a dance that has never ended from the prehistoric time. Yusei looks confused and doesn't understand what Placido is talking about. Meanwhile, Jose and Luciano are watching over without comment. Luciano smiles after hearing Placido's lines. The circuit keeps lining up in an infinity shape as the duel between Yusei and Placido goes on. Placido asks whether Yusei has seen a bee's dance. Bees dance very beautifully. They dance to inform their friends about honey's location and of course dance with their own intention. The truth is that they just conduct an action repeatedly according to their assigned destiny. The picture is now displaying a bee moving in circle by a shape of an infinity. It's dancing to tell its friends a source of honey. Yusei asks directly what Placido wants to say. Placido says that Yusei is the same as those bees. All humans had better continue dancing according their assigned destiny until they die. Placido hopes Yusei will be able to dance more beautifully than a bee. He then declares to end his turn. Yusei plans not to have Placido do as he wishes any longer.
6th Turn - Yusei
Yusei calls for his turn and draws a card. In his standby phase, 1 Speed Counter is added to both sides. Yusei results in 7 SPCs (6+1) and Placido results in 11 SPCs (10+1). Yusei looks at his drawn card, Scrap-Iron Scarecrow, and other 2 cards, Turret Warrior and Necro Linker, on his hand. He realizes that he has nothing to turn this game on at this moment, so he decides to activate an effect of Speed World 2. By removing all 7 SPCs, he can draw 1 new card. Yusei draws and gets Arbitrator of Mediation.
Yusei next normal summons [Necro Linker - 2/?/0: Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 Tuner monster from your Graveyard. You cannot use the Tuner monster special summoned by this effect as a Synchro Material in this turn] from his hand to the field in defense position. He sets up Scrap-Iron Scarecrow and ends his turn. Placido sees that what Yusei can only do is crawling. In that case, he will make Yusei dance by the power of Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity. Yusei crosses his eyes to Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity on the back. He realizes that of Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity truly can't be calculated. He now just has to bear it at all costs until he gets back Stardust Dragon. 7th Turn - Placido
A turn is back to Placido and he draws a card. In his standby phase, 1 Speed Counter is added to both sides. Yusei results in 1 SPCs (0+1) after losing all SPCs in the prior turn and Placido results in full 12 SPCs (11+1). Placido starts by opening his face-down trap card [Wise T3 - Normal Trap: Send "Wisel Top" you control to the graveyard. Special Summon 1 "Wisel Top 3" from your hand]. By sending Wisel Top, a head part of Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity, to the graveyard, he can special summon [Wisel Top 3 - 3/600/0: Destroy this card if you do not control an "Infinity" monster. Once per turn, you can negate the activation of a Spell or Trap Card and destroy it] from his hand.
Wisel Top 3 becomes a new head of Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity, boosting its ATK to 5500 5500 (600+1600+0+800+2500). Yusei is stunned by seeing ATK increase again. Placido smirks and says that Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity's potential is infinite. He moves to battle phase, declaring an attack of Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity toward Necro Linker. Yusei quickly opens [Scrap-Iron Scarecrow ~ Kuzutetsu No Kakashi - Normal Trap: Activate only when an opponent's monster declares an attack. Negate the attack, and Set this card face-down again instead of sending it to the Graveyard] to negate the attack. Placido activates an additional effect of Machine Emperor gained from Wisel Top 3. Once per turn, he can negate an activation of an opponent's spell/trap card and destroy it. Scrap-Iron Scarecrow is thus destroyed.
Yusei's struggle is meaningless in front of Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity. Placido sees that a mere worm like Yusei is inferior to a bee. He hopes Yusei will be gone along with his defending monster. Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity flies toward Necro Linker and is about to strike it. Yusei can't allow this strike to succeed as Wisel Attack 3 has a piercing-damage effect. He decides to activate a monster effect of [Arbitrator of Mediation ~ Chuusai No Saiteisha 3/1300/800: When a card you control is destroyed in Battle Phase, send this card from your hand to the graveyard to end the Battle Phase] on his hand. According to its effect, when a card on his field is destroyed in battle phase (which is Scrap-Iron Scarecrow in this case), he can send Arbitrator of Mediation on his hand to the graveyard to end the battle phase immediately. Thus, Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity's attack stops right in front of Necro Linker. Placido looks very mad by Yusei's 2-step defenses before ending his turn. Yusei feels relieved as he managed to bear it in this turn. As expected, he sees no other way to defeat Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity but Accel Synchro. Yusei looks at his deck. There is only 1 card, Turret Warrior, left on his hand. Yusei asks his deck to respond to him by giving him something that can take Stardust Dragon back from Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity. 8th Turn - Yusei
Yusei draws after praying to his deck. In his standby phase, 1 Speed Counter is added only to Yusei as Placido has 12 SPCs at max. Yusei results in 2 SPCs (1+1) and Placido has full 12 SPCs. Yusei looks at his drawn card, Rescue Warrior, and it is truly what he wants. He smiles and normal summons [Rescue Warrior - 4/1600/1700: If this card attacks, you take no Battle Damage. When this card is destroyed by battle, gain control of your card that your opponent controls] to the field in attack position. Yusei moves to battle phase right away, declaring an attack of Rescue Warrior toward Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity. Placido looks confused as seeing Yusei have Rescue Warrior with 1600 ATK attack Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity with 5500 ATK. Yusei explains a monster effect of Rescue Warrior that when it attacks, he takes no battle damage. With totally different ATK, Rescue Warrior thus shatters once it hits Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity. Placido has no idea what Yusei is planning and tells Yusei to receive an effect from Skiel Carrier 5. When a monster is destroyed by battle, 300 damage will be inflicted to the opponent. Yusei's LP thus drops to 300 (600-300). Yusei activates a monster effect of Rescue Warrior at this moment. When it is destroyed by battle, it can gain control his card taken control by the opponent. Placido looks very stunned after hearing the effect. Rescue Warrior flies into an infinity symbol on Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity's chest. Yusei says that Stardust Dragon can be now released from restraint, calling Stardust Dragon to return for him. Stardust Dragon flies off Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity and returns to Yusei's field in attack position. Yusei has a big smile on his face.

Stardust Dragon roars out loud, and Yusei is glad that it has returned safely. Without Stardust Dragon, Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity's ATK drops to 3000 (600+1600+0+800). Placido looks very mad. Next, Yusei activates a monster effect of Necro Linker. By releasing it on the field, he can special summon a tuner monster from the graveyard. Thus, Yusei calls back Formula Synchron from the graveyard to the field in attack position. By a monster effect of Formula Synchron, he can draw a card. In addition, Formula Synchron special summoned the effect of Necro Linker can't be used as a synchro material in this turn. Yusei thus ends his turn. Placido smirks as seeing that Yusei still couldn't do anything after his big show (Placido doesn't seem to realize that Accel Synchro can be done in an opponent's turn). Yusei excels. Eventually, he could take back Stardust Dragon but he is still concerned by whether he will be able to do Accel Synchro successfully after his earlier failure. Yusei tells himself not to be scared as he has to do it. He must believe in his power and cards. Yusei tells Stardust Dragon to go together with him. Stardust Dragon roars out loud in response to his will. Placido looks very mad now and suggests Yusei better watch over his powerlessness. His anger causes Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity to burst its power by making a big tornado. Swirling wind is blowing everything on its way, and Yusei is trying so hard to keep himself up against it.
With this tornado, Yusei is getting worried by whether the city and everyone will be fine. The big tornado is currently moving along the duel driveway and causing strong whirl wind everywhere it is passing. Jack and Kazama spot the tornado and they don't know what's going on. Jack wonders whether Yusei will be safe out there. At the same time, Mizoguchi is trying to protect Sherry by holding her in his arms. Mikage, Ushio, and the security group are observing the tornado on the other side. Ushio is concerned by that they will be blown away. Mikage quickly gives an order to the security to retreat. Ushio is confused by what is going on. At the same time, Carly is crawling on a road so that she isn't blown away by strong gust of wind. A head of Ghost suddenly flies in front of her and hits her away. Carly is screaming as her body is flying in the air. She can catch a light pole and hang herself in there, still crying loudly for help. The tornado is currently passing the hospital and breaking the windows at the corridor where many patients including Aki and Haruka are standing. Aki tries to protect Haruka by holding her in her arms. Her dragon's birthmark glows and makes her realize that Yusei is now fighting. There is nothing she can do now to help him. Thus, she decides to protect at least a person, Haruka, as she can do.
Due to the strong gust of wind, Haruka's cards fly outside. Haruka walks to the windows and tries to get them back. Aki tells her that it's dangerous. Suddenly, the wind blows Haruka's body away. Aki cries and quickly follows her. She sees Haruka hanging herself at a fence of stairs. Haruka calls Aki and cries for help. Aki tells her not to let her hands go. The other patients are afraid that Haruka will fly away at this rate. Aki gets worried and wonders what she should do. If she can use her psycho power now, she should be able to do something. Her past when she used fearful psycho power as a student and Black Rose Witch flows into her mind. Aki shakes her head and asks herself what she is thinking about. To her, psycho power is supposed to cursed power. Thus, she decides not to depend on such a power. Aki walks off to the stairs. The patients warn her that it is dangerous and she will also be blown away. Aki doesn't care, opens the door, and struggles to go against the wind outside. She slowly steps down and tells Haruka to hang on. The other patients tells Aki to watch out. Once Aki reaches the fence, Haruka suddenly flies off by the wind. Aki tries her best to reach Haruka off the fence, risking her life to save her. She tells herself not to give up on this little girl just like how Yusei is currently fighting.
Aki successfully catches Haruka's hand in the air. She won't let her hands off even though she has to die. The patient catches Aki's hand and pulls her inside along with Haruka, and another patient closes the door. Aki did a good job by rescuing the girl and returning safely. Haruka is crying. Aki comforts her by padding her head. She smiles as she no longer needs the cursed power. Without it, she could save this little girl by herself. On the duel driveway, Bruno is following the tornado and struggling to ride straight. He realizes that Yusei is inside the tornado, and he can't lend him his strength. This is a test that Yusei has to get over by himself. Inside the tornado, the duel between Yusei and Placido is resumed by Placido's turn.
9th Turn - Placido
Placido calls for his turn and draws a card. In his standby phase, 1 Speed Counter is added only to Yusei as Placido has 12 SPCs at max. Yusei results in 3 SPCs (2+1) and Placido has full 12 SPCs. Placido tells Yusei that he definitely can't defeat Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity. The result has already been determined by destiny. Yusei argues that it's wrong. Destiny is something that one can open up by oneself. Placido tells Yusei, who can't use the card from the stone table, not to have high spirit. Yusei's way is just like a bee, and he had better keep dancing to draw the circuit. Yusei looks surprised as he has just heard of the circuit by the first time. Placido explains that destiny is a forbidden book allowed to be written only by the almighty god. It isn't something a human like Yusei can freely do with.
Yusei absolutely doesn't believe in such a thing. A human creates a history by his own will. That will becomes a big flow and brings entire mankind evolution. Placido asks what the mankind who desire evolution want to get in hands. He doubts whether it isn't a tool that brings destruction to themselves. Placido calls Yusei a son of Mormetn developer, reminding him Zero Reverse. For Placido, synchro summon is a symbol of the mankind who tried to enlarge power wastefully. No matter how many times Yusei takes his synchro monster back, as long as his turn comes, his synchro monster will belong to Machine Emperor (The effect of Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity can be used only in Placido's turn, which falls into a perfect play of Accel Synchro). Placido activates a monster effect of Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity to take Stardust Dragon from Yusei again.
When Stardust Dragon is about to be restrained, Yusei makes a call that he won't have Stardust Dragon taken again. He accelerates at the same time the memory of Zero Reverse flows into his head (To get into a state of Accel Synchro or Clear Mind, he needs to speed up into accelerating speed). This time is different. Yusei plans not to have the same tragedy happen again. For that purpose, he will protect the city by his own hands. In accelerating speed, the dragon's birthmark of Yusei is glowing. At the same time, the dragon's birthmarks on other signers also glow in response. Jack hopes that Yusei will win, and Crow tells Yusei that he is always after him. Luca and Lua cheer Yusei out loud. Aki smiles and prays for Yusei. The bonds of friendship are transferred to Yusei's birthmark. Yusei feels that he has the bonds of his friends with him now. Yusei is closing his eyes as his body is now traveling in the world of speed. He now becomes one with the wind. When he opens his eyes, he sees a card of an Accel Synchro monster, Shooting Star Dragon. Yusei has already been in a true state of Clear Mind to be able to see this card given by the stone tablet. In the moment Placido activates the monster effect of Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity in his main phase, he tunes Formula Synchron into Stardust Dragon. Placido is very shocked by a synchro summon in an opponent's turn.
"Clustering crystal of dream opens the door to new evolution! Become the path its light shines upon! Accel Synchro! Be born, Shooting Star Dragon!," Yusei says and accel synchro summons [Shooting Star Dragon - 10/3300/2500: This card can be Synchro Summoned on your opponent's turn. Once per turn, you can reveal the top 5 cards of your deck. This card can attack monsters your opponent controls by a number of Tuner monsters that were revealed. Negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect that destroys a card(s), other than this card, and destroy that card. Once during your opponent's turn, you can remove from play this card to negate 1 attack from a monster your opponent controls. When this card is removed from play by this effect, it is returned to the field during the End Phase of the turn it activated this effect] to the field in attack position.
Once Yusei declares an accel synchro summon, his body disappears in light speed and stuns Placido very much. Yusei reappears again behind Placido along with Shooting Star Dragon. Shooting Star Dragon shatters the tornado and dark clouds so that the sun can shine through the city. It shines brightly, and Placido can't stop getting surprised by what this monster is. Yusei tells him that Shooting Star Dragon is his new power. Without the tornado, Bruno finally reaches Yusei in the front line. He is very stunned by Yusei's Accel Synchro. Shooting Star Dragon's shining is all seen by everyone. Kazama feels that this light is different from before. Mikage, Ushio, and the security stop moving and watch over the light. Carly, Mizoguchi, and Sherry are also seeing the light. At Memorial Circuit, Crow, Luca, and Lua run into the field to see the light. Lua wonders what this light is. Luca feels that it is so warm. Crow wonders whether Yusei made it. At the hospital, Aki along with other patients are looking at the light and smiling. Jose and Luciano are looking at the picture of Shooting Star Dragon on their thrones. Luciano wonders how Placido will do as something bad finally came out. Jose feels that this is interesting as it is a card granted by god. Luciano looks at Jose and doubts by what he means. Jose says that destiny assigned to a card is under his estimation. What is waiting ahead is what they have to make sure by their own eyes. "Let's go, Shooting Star!," Yusei tells his monster. Both are moving to the last stage of this battle against Placido and Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity.
