EPISODE SUMMARY - PART 1

Yusei opens his eyes and finds himself in darkness. He tries to figure out where he is and what has happened. When Yusei moves, he feels hurt at his head and realizes that he has a wound. Still having no idea what's going on, Yusei gropes and figures out an iron floor and a nearby wall.

Yusei holds himself up and grasps a handle by chance. It makes him understand that this should be a door. Yusei holds the handles and tries to open the door that seems to be locked. He hits himself against the door, but it still isn't open. Yusei stops moving after realizing that he has been locked inside. Something begins to move, and Yusei hears engine sound. He is aware that he is now locked inside a vehicle moving somewhere.

Hearing surrounding sound, Yusei doubts whether he is leaving civilization. He spots something covered by a sheet in front of him, so he pulls the sheet off and sees his D-Wheel. Yusei remembers what happened back then. He got a call for repairment request, so he went to a house. At that time, Yusei along with his equipment box rang a bell at the door many times, but nobody came out. Instead, there was scream of a man inside the house. Yusei knocked the door and asked what happened. By some reason, the door was opened for him, and Yusei quickly got inside.

Yusei ran into a room and found a man collapsing on the floor. He shook the man and asked whether he was okay. The man flipped himself up, looked at Yusei, and smiled evilly. Yusei noticed that something was not right, but it's too late. 3 men in masks approached behind him, and one of them knocked him out by a wooden stick. That's what he could remember after he gained consciousness in this trailer.

Yusei wonders who those people are. Then, a TV inside the trailer is on. A guy looking like a businessman greets Yusei after realizing that Yusei has already gained consciousness. He tells him that he is now in their hand and can no longer escape. Yusei asks who the man is. The man introduces himself as a member of a Riding Duel Business Group.

Note: The man says [Toaru Riding Duel No Jigyou Group No Ichishain ~ とあるライディングデュエル事業グループの一社員], which means an employee of a Riding Duel Business/Enterprise Group.

Yusei asks what's his purpose of taking him. The man tells him straight that he would like to pull Yusei, the winner of the Fortune Cup, out to join his team in the World Grand Prix coming in a year. Yusei refuses immediately as he has already had friends, Jack and Crow. There is no way he is going to betray both of them. The man laughs and corrects him that it doesn't matter what Yusei's answer will be. There is no doubt that Yusei will finally join his team. His group gathers doctors with profession in mind or psychological manipulation. In other words, they are going to brainstorm Yusei and force him to join their group.

Yusei yells at the man and tells him not to be joking around. There is no way that he is going to allow this to happen. The man hits a table strongly and yells that it will certainly be allowed. It's what only he and Yusei know well. Because no matter what happens, nobody will be aware. It's just a little more time when Yusei will belong to him. The man chuckles evilly and laughs loudly, and Yusei looks very mad at him.

Meanwhile, Jack and Crow are riding along streets, looking for Yusei. Crow asks whether Yusei is over there. Jack is afraid that he hasn't found Yusei anywhere and realizes that Crow hasn't got any clue either. Crow notes that it's still in the mid of his delivery, and he is now very exhausted. Jack shares similar feeling. He thinks that they may be just too worried about Yusei merely because they haven't got any response from him.

Aki hearing their conversation from a car Mikage is driving isn't very satisfied. It sounds like they are about to give up on Yusei. Aki asks both what they are going to do if something happened to Yusei. Jack and Crow are stunned and can't argue. Aki feels sick of them. Mikage tells her to be relax as she is just making too much of him.

To talk about this, Crow points out a mysterious call they received, "Your friend, Yusei Fudo has been kidnapped." It was just a short message without further explanation. Crow thinks that it is unreliable. Jack agrees with Crow. He thinks that someone may be trying to trap them. Aki understands their point very well and says that they should first confirm Yusei's safety. Jack also understands her well and tells her to say no more. He thinks that when it comes to Yusei's matter, Aki is always like this. Aki looks mad on Jack's monitor and asks what Jack wants to say. Jack thus becomes quiet and says that there is nothing.

Crow How is that way, Jack? Is Yusei there?
Jack No, I haven't found him yet. The same as you, right!
Crow Ah! It is in the mid of my delivery. I am exhausted completely.
Jack Umm! We may be overdoing it merely because there is no response from him.
Aki You guys, to say such a thing! What are you going to do if something happened to Yusei? Really!
Mikage It should be fine, Aki-San. Because it's about Yusei, you are making too much of him.
Crow Make to the main point, a mysterious call that first came to let us know...
Mysterious Call Your friend, Yusei Fudo, has been kidnapped.
Crow Then, isn't that something pretty unreliable?
Jack Crow is right. Who knows? Someone may be trying to trap us.
Aki I know that well. So, we have to confirm Yusei's safety at the first place, haven't we?
Jack Ah, I know it, so don't say anymore. Really, when it's about Yusei, you...
Aki What?
Jack No...Nothing.

Suddenly, Aki's line disappears from Jack's and Crow's screens. Aki wonders what's going on. Mikage notes that it may be a jamming. It appears that someone is trying to interfere their communication line. Mikage is trying to reconnect; instead, there is voice of a mysterious man coming out. The man states that a trailer carrying Yusei Fudo is heading to the west. If they don't hurry, Yusei will be brought to the headquarter.

It's the same mysterious man who gave Crow and Jack a clue that Yusei was kidnapped. Mikage and AKi are very stunned. Mikage asks who the man talking to them is. This is supposed to be a security's exclusive line. His interruption can be an illegal act. The mysterious man says no more, and his communication is cut off. Mikage and Aki look at each other. Mikage thinks that they should try to follow the mysterious man's instruction, and Aki agrees.

Aki and Mikage follow the route according to the instruction of the mysterious man. The dragon's birthmark on Aki's arm begins to glow. Pain from The dragon's birthmark makes her aware that Yusei is close to them. When they are passing an underneath highway, a trailer carrying Yusei and his D-Wheel is passing to the other way. Aki can feel it and tells Mikage to hurry to go down to the below highway.

Mikage quickly changes her route to the underneath highway and speeds up. Aki feels more pain coming from the dragon's birthmark throbbing. She knows that they are getting closer to Yusei now. There is nothing in front of them but a trailer. Aki believes that Yusei should be inside. She tells Mikage to get closer before raising herself up. Mikage speeds up to stand by near the trailer. Aki is surprised by that there is no driver in a driving seat. Mikage becomes very stunned and confused.

The dragon's birthmark responds to Aki stronger. Aki is very convinced now that Yusei must be in this trailer. At the same time, the dragon's birthmark on Yusei's arm is glowing and throbbing. Yusei hasn't been aware yet that his friend is coming for him. Aki stands up on the car, stands by her duel disk, and summons [Rose Tentacles - 6/2200/1200: This card cannot be Special Summoned. At the start of the Battle Phase, you can increase the number of times this card attacks by 1 for each Plant-type monster on your opponent's side of the field. When a Plant-type monster is destroyed by battle, inflict 300 points of damage to the opposing player].

Aki orders it to hit the back door of the trailer by "Thorn Whip!." Rose Tentacles jumps onto the trailer and keeps whipping the door. Yusei is surprised by that something is hitting the door strongly. The Riding Duel Business Group watching over Yusei through the monitor in the trailer is also surprised by seeing that something is happening in the trailer.

Mikage calls Aki as she is worried about this. Aki tells Mikage not to be concerned as she can now control her (psycho) power. Thus, she doesn't have to be worried that her monster will overdo until it hurts Yusei. Rose Tentacles finally makes a big crack at the door, and Yusei gets surprised by seeing Aki. Aki is glad to see that Yusei is safe. A staff of the Riding Duel Group calls his boss attention. His boss tells the staff to call him a "Supervisor!" and asks what matters. The staff is afraid that Yusei will be able to escape if his supervisor isn't going to do something.

"You are nerve, Yusei Fudo! If you refuse to join our team this much, do it!," the boss says and orders his staff to take an action on Yusei. Because Yusei resists to join the team, the boss plans to destroy his D-Wheel.

A staff receives his boss' command and takes a remote controller. He uses it to increase speed of the trailer. The trailer runs faster, making Yusei almost losing balance control. Aki and Mikage quickly follow him. The boss isn't worried about Yusei at all and tells the staff of shake the trailer. The trailer is swung around until Rose Tentacles falls off and vanishes. Yusei tells Aki not to push herself too much before successfully opening the whole door partially cracked by Rose Tentacles.

Aki tries to reach out for Yusei and jumps over the trailer to hang herself with a wing of the door. Because the trailer is swinging, Aki is facing difficulty to hold herself. Yusei quickly pulls her inside the trailer safely before the door wing is broken and flies away along with her duel disk. The door hits Mikage's car going after the trailer until she can no longer follow them. Yusei yells at Aki and tells her not to overdo it. Aki argues and asks who Yusei thinks she is doing this for.

The trailer begins to swing harder, making Yusei and Aki unable to stand. Aki is afraid that if this goes on, they will be thrown off. Because it has turned out like this, Yusei has no choice and looks at his D-Wheel. On the other side, Mikage is trying to contact the security headquarter, but there is no answer. The communication isn't working. She finally gives up and notices a D-Wheel riding pass her very fast.

The trailer is still swinging, hitting both road sides. Yusei holds himself to his D-Wheel, opens a container at the bottom, and gives Aki a helmet. He gets on it, puts on his helmet, and stands by. Yusei tells Aki to get on his D-Wheel. Aki tells him to stop joking. She knows well that this D-Wheel is only for 1 person.

not to joke around as this D-Wheel is supposed to be for 1 person. Yusei tells her that it should be fine as his D-Wheel has sufficient horsepower for 2 people to ride on together. Aki argues where she is supposed to sit. Yusei says that, at this rate, they are going to be shaken off. There is no time for tardy talk, so they should hurry. Aki still insists that she doesn't want it no matter what. Anyway, Aki ends up sitting on the back of Yusei. She warns Yusei who has her have this look. If she can't return safely, she isn't going to let him go. Yusei tells her that they are going now.

Aki Yusei! Couldn't this be...?
Yusei Get on Aki!
Aki Stop joking! Isn't this for 1 person?
Yusei It's fine. There is enough horsepower for 2 people to ride on.
Aki Where am I supposed to sit on?
Yusei At this rate, we are going to be shaken off, aren't we? There is no time for tardy talk.
Aki No! Absolutely No!
Yusei Hold on tight!
Aki Yusei, having me have this look, if I can't return safely, you won't freed.
Yusei Let's go!

When Yusei is about to take off, he notices a mysterious D-Wheel riding straight to him. He doubts whether an enemy has already appeared. The mysterious D-Wheeler tells Yusei to jump off the trailer and duel her. The trailer is now taking a turn and hitting a road side. Aki asks Yusei what they are going to do. Yusei sees that they won't be saved at this rate, so he decides to go on now. He flies off the trailer with Aki sitting on his back. The trailer finally loses its control and falls into the cliff. Meanwhile, Yusei and Aki are now confronting a mysterious D-Wheeler asking for a challenge.

EPISODE SUMMARY - PART 2

Yusei successfully jumps off the trailer along with Aki before the trailer falls into the sea. His D-Wheel is passing the mysterious D-Wheeler. At this moment, [Speed World 2 - Field Spell: When you play a Magic card other than a Magic card with "Speed Spell" in its name, you receive 2000 points of damage. Both player's, during their Standby Phases, place 1 Speed Counter for themselves on this card. (A maximum of 12 for each player.) By removing a number of Speed Counter placed from your Speed World, you can activate one of following effects. 4: Inflict 800 Damage to your opponent for each "Speed Spell" Card in your hand. 7: Draw 1 card from your deck. 10: Destroy 1 card on the field] is activated in the mid air. His computer says, "Duel Mode!."

The mysterious D-Wheeler turns herself and follows Yusei behind. She hopes that they can duel now. Yusei asks what his opponent is talking about by dueling at this situation. The mysterious D-Wheeler says that operation of Yusei's D-Wheel has already been adjusted. As long as it is in a duel mode, he can't get off. If Yusei forces it to stop, the D-Wheel will explode. Aki and Yusei become very surprised. The mysterious D-Wheeler tells him that he has no choice as the battle has already begun.

Yusei asks whether there is no other way to settle down this. The mysterious D-Wheeler doesn't care what Yusei is saying and sets Speed World 2 on her D-Wheel. Once Speed World 2 is activated, many digital signs indicating the duel location, "Duel Lane 528432-H", are lift up on both sides of the highway. The main transportation system identifies 3 courses and sets up a function, "Lane Selection!," to pick up and give authorization on a central lane of "Duel Lane 528432-H."

Once a riding duel course is determined, separate roads emerge from the sea. Yusei and the mysterious D-Wheelers are guided to follow these roads across the sea to the riding duel course authorized by the main transportation system. The computer system speaks to warn nearby vehicles and people that a riding duel is running, so they should proceed to the other ways.

Meanwhile, there is a mysterious man observing movement of Yusei and the mysterious D-Wheeler. Seeing both of them going across the sea, he puts on his helmet on and rides after them. Yusei and the mysterious D-Wheeler follow the course instruction to a riding duel driveway, where there is no public transportation. Aki looks at Yusei and gets worried about him. Yusei realizes that he has no choice but duels. He tells Aki to hang on tight and make sure that she won't fall off. Yusei and the mysterious D-Wheeler then declare a duel, "Riding Duel, Acceleration!." Aki thinks, "A riding duel at this close distance? I have been able to see what Yusei is seeing by the first time."

1st turn - The mysterious D-Wheeler

The mysterious D-Wheeler takes the first turn and draws a card. According to the effect of Speed World 2, no Speed Counter increases in the first turn of the game. Thus, the number of SPCs is 0 for both. She then summons [Spear Holder of the Holy Knight ~ Seikishi No Yarimochi - 2/800/400: By sending this card to the Cemetery, you can add 1 Equipment Magic card from your deck into your hand] to the field in defense position. Setting a face-down card, she ends her turn.

2nd turn - Yusei

Enemy's SPCs 1
Yusei's SPCs 1

Yusei calls for his turn and draws a card. In his standby phase, 1 Speed Counter is added to both sides following the effect of Speed World 2. They result in 1 SPC (1+0) evenly. Yusei summons [Speed Warrior - 2/900/300: This can only be activated during the Battle Phase of the turn in which this card is successfully summoned. Double this card's original attack power until the end of the Battle Phase] to the field in attack position. According to its effect, its ATK can double in the turn it is summoned. The ATK of Speed Warrior thus becomes 1800 (900*2).

Yusei moves to battle phase, declaring the attack of Speed Warrior, "Speed Edge!," toward Spear Holder of the Holy Knight. The mysterious D-Wheeler opens face-down trap card [Floral Shield - Normal Trap: You can activate this card when your opponent's monster declares an attack. Negate that opposing monster's attack declaration and draw 1 card from your deck]. It allows her to negate the attack of Speed Warrior and draw 1 card. The strike of Speed Warrior is then blocked by floral storm forming into a shield. Setting 3 face-down cards, Yusei ends his turn. Aki sees that it is a well-evenly matched game in their first turns.

3rd turn - The mysterious D-Wheeler

Enemy's SPCs 2
Yusei's SPCs 2

A turn moves to the mysterious D-Wheeler, and she draws a card. In her standby phase, 1 Speed Counter is added to both sides following the effect of Speed World 2. They result in 2 SPCs (1+1) evenly. The mysterious D-Wheeler summons [Swift Horse of the Floral Knight Force ~ Hanakishidan No Shunme - 3/400/800: When this card is summoned successfully, you can draw 1 card from your deck] to the field in attack position. When this card is summoned successfully, she can draw 1 card from her deck.

Next, The mysterious D-Wheeler plays [Speed Spell - Over Boost ~ Sp - Over Boost - Normal Spell: Increase your Speed Counters by 4 for this turn. Reduce your Speed Counters to 1 at the End Phase], which allows her SPCs to increase by 4 in this turn. However, they will be reduced to 1 at the end phase. By this play, her SPCs increase to 6 (2+4) and make her D-Wheel speed up. Aki is stunned by increasing of 4 SPCs. Yusei explains that this duelist is a D-Wheeler matching with speed.

The mysterious D-Wheeler next plays [Speed Spell - Speed Fusion ~ Sp - Speed Fusion - Normal Spell: You can only activate this card when your Speed Counters are 4 or higher. Send monsters listed on a Fusion Monster from your hand or field to the Cemetery to Special Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck. (This Summon is treated as Fusion Summon.)]. This card requires at least 4 SPCs to be played, and she currently maintains 6 SPCs to satisfy the condition. It works like Polymerization, allowing her to special summon a fusion monster.

The mysterious D-Wheeler fuses Spear Holder of the Holy Knight and Swift Horse of the Floral Knight Force to special summon [Centaurumina - 6/2200/1600: Once during your turn, you can negate the effect of an opponent's Trap card and re-set it back on the field] to the field in attack position. She quickly moves to battle phase, declaring the attack of Centaurumina toward Speed Warrior.

Yusei opens his face-down trap card [Scrap-Iron Scarecrow ~ Kuzutetsu No Kakashi - Normal Trap: Activate only when an opponent's monster declares an attack. Negate the attack, and Set this card face-down again instead of sending it to the Graveyard] to negate the attack of Centaurumina. The mysterious D-Wheeler activates the monster effect of Centaurumina at this moment. Once per turn, it can negate an activate of a trap card and set it faced-down. Centaurumina therefore steps on Scrap-Iron Scarecrow to negate its activation and set it back. Its attack, "Grace Illumine De!," toward Speed Warrior is resumed. Speed Warrior is finally destroyed, and Yusei's LP drops to 2700 (4000+900-2200).

The strike seems to impact Aki holding herself on Yusei's back. Yusei asks whether she is okay. Aki tells him that she is fine. More importantly, she is now amazed by a riding duel as she has never experienced it closely like this. Aki thinks, "How amazing! It is a normal duel but different from a psycho duel. What is this emotion echoing to my heart by this speed?." It appears that Aki is now impressed by and pulled into the the riding duel world.

Setting up a face-down card, the mysterious D-Wheeler ends her turn. At her end phase, her SPCs are reduced to 1 by the effect of Speed Spell - Over Boost. Her D-Wheel's speed also decreases along with her SPCs.

4th turn - Yusei

Enemy's SPCs 2
Yusei's SPCs 3

It's now Yusei's turn, and he draws a card. In his standby phase, 1 Speed Counter is added to both sides following the effect of Speed World 2. Yusei ends up with 3 SPCs (2+1) while the mysterious D-Wheeler ends up with 2 SPCs (1+1). Yusei summons [Junk Synchron - 3/1300/500: When this card is successfully Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower monster in your Graveyard in face-up defense mode. Any effects of an Effect Monster Special Summoned by this effect are negated] to the field in attack position.

With the monster effect of Junk Synchron, a monster with level 2 or less can be special summoned from the graveyard. Yusei therefore calls Speed Warrior back to the field in attack position. He tunes Junk Synchron into Speed Warrior. "Clustering stars will call upon a new power! Become the path its light shines upon!," Yusei says and synchro summons [Junk Warrior - 5/2300/1300: When this card is Synchro Summoned, this card's attack power is increased by the total of the attack power of all Level 2 or lower monsters face-up on your side of the field] to the field in attack position.

Aki is very amazed by a synchro summon done through a riding duel. Yusei declares the attack of Junk Warrior, "Scrap Fist!," toward Centaurumina. The mysterious D-Wheeler opens her face-down trap card [Fleur Guard - Normal Trap: Select 1 monster on your side of the field to activate this card. The selected monster cannot be destroyed by battle during this turn]. According to its effect, her monster can't be destroyed by battle in this turn. Yusei calls that battle damage is still calculated, so her LP drops to 3900 (4000+2200-2300). Setting up a face-down card, he ends his turn.

Aki thinks, "How amazing! Both are exchanging their crush drastically as if they are partners fighting together many times." At this point, Yusei is curious who this D-Wheeler is. He feels that this D-Wheeler's manner is different from being a part of the group trying to kidnap him. It's because this D-Wheeler rather is enjoying a duel. Aki looks stunned by Yusei's words.

5th turn - The mysterious D-Wheeler

Enemy's SPCs 3
Yusei's SPCs 4

A turn moves to the mysterious D-Wheeler, and she draws a card. In her standby phase, 1 Speed Counter is added to both sides following the effect of Speed World 2. She ends up with 3 SPCs (2+1) while Yusei ends up with 3 SPCs (3+1) respectively. She then summons a tuner monster [Fleur Synchron - 2/400/200: If this card is used for a Synchro Monster's Synchro Summoning and sent to the Cemetery, you can Special Summon 1 level four or lower Normal Monster in your hand to your side of the field] to the field in attack position.

Yusei is stunned by seeing a tuner monster. Aki warns him that it's coming. Yusei understands well what she means. The opponent's ace monster by a synchro summon is about to appear. The mysterious D-Wheeler tunes Fleur Synchron into Centaurumina. "Body spawned from the speed of light, the time for revolution has come. May you bring me victory! Synchro Summon! Shine, Fleur-de-Chevalier!," she says and synchro summons [Fleur de Chevalier - 8/2700/2300: Once during you or your opponent's turn, you can negate the activation of an opponent's Magic or Trap card and destroy it] to the field in attack position.

According to the monster effect of Fleur Synchron, when it is used in a synchro summon, a monster with level 4 or less can be special summoned from hand. The mysterious D-Wheeler therefore calls [Apprentice Knight ~ Minarai Kishi - 2/1000/1000] from her hand to the field in attack position. Yusei knows that he has Scrap-Iron Scarecrow, and his opponent should be aware of it well. He doesn't think that she is going to attack without a plan. Yusei smiles and feels interested. He would like to know how his opponent is going to respond. At this moment, Aki sees that even Yusei is enjoying a duel.

As Yusei has expected, the mysterious D-Wheeler declares the attack of Fleur de Chevalier, "Fleur De Mirage!," toward Junk Warrior. Yusei opens his face-down trap card Scrap-Iron Scarecrow to negate the attack. It's what the mysterious D-Wheeler has waited. She activates the monster effect of Fleur de Chevalier. Once per turn, it can negate the activation of the opponent's spell/trap cards and destroy it. Thus, Scrap-Iron Scarecrow is destroyed as Aki and Yusei have expected that something had to be done with it.

Without Scrap-Iron Scarecrow, Junk Warrior is destroyed, and Yusei's LP drops to 2300 (2700+2300-2700). Yusei admires that his opponent did it well. Anyway, he has already been aware of her monster's special effect. In response to it, he opens his face-down trap card [Afterglow of Miracle ~ Kiseki No Zanshou - Normal Trap: Special Summon 1 monster in your Cemetery destroyed during this turn to your side of the field], which can special summon 1 monster destroyed in this turn from the cemetery. Yusei thus calls back Junk Warrior to the field in attack position.

The mysterious D-Wheeler sets up 2 face-down cards and ends her turn. She then calls that Yusei Fudo did it well as expected. Both Aki and Yusei are stunned by what she means. The mysterious D-Wheeler stops riding and turns back to Yusei. It makes it clear to Yusei as he can read what's going on. Yusei speeds down his D-Wheel and prepares to stop. Aki asks why he is doing it. As he forces it to stop, his D-Wheel may explode. Yusei finally stops his D-Wheel, and Aki is surprised by that there is no explosion.

Yusei knows that it's just a bluff. He asks directly who the mysterious D-Wheeler is and why she has to do such a silly thing. The mysterious D-Wheeler takes of her helmet to reveal her face and long-bonze hair. She introduces herself as [Sherry Leblanc] and explains that she is doing this to test Yusei's true skill. Aki is amazed by seeing a female D-Wheeler. Sherry apologizes Yusei for bluffing him. She says that she has come to take him as she doesn't plan to let him go with the other teams.
