EPISODE SUMMARY - PART 1

The duel between Kiryu and Yusei is continued. Still in the 5th turn on Kiryu's move, he activates the monster effect of One-Hundred Eyes Dragon to have it consume the effect Infernity Dwarf in the graveyard. Infernity Dwarf has a trample effect. When a player has 0 card on hand, damage equal to the difference can go through the opponent although an attacked monster is in defense position.

The attack of One-Hundred Eyes Dragon, "Infinity Sight Stream!", successfully destroys Dead Guardna, and Yusei receives the trample damage from the monster effect of Infernity Dwarf consumed by attacking One-Hundred Eyes Dragon. His LP decreases to 2900 (4000+1900-3000). Because he loses LP more than 1000 in a strike, he loses 1 SPC (1100/1: remainders are irrelevant) following the effect of Speed World. The number of Yusei's SPCs is reduced to 1 now (2-1).

Kiryu's SPCs 4
Yusei's SPCs 1

Kiryu laughs madly and tells Yusei not to die here as Yusei is now spinning along with D-Wheel. He almost hits the flaming wall, and can turn himself back on track. Kiryu asks how Yusei is doing. His attack is now coming. He moves to the battle phase and is about to declare the attack of Infernity Demon toward Max Warrior. Suddenly, he is surprised by seeing the attack of Infernity Demon reduce to 800 lower than Max Warrior.

Yusei explains the monster effect of Dead Guardna that when this monster is destroyed and sent to the cemetery, he can decrease an ATK of Kiryu's face-up monster by 1000. Thus, the attack power of Dead Guardna is reduced to 800 (1800-800) until the end phase of this turn. Kiryu looks annoyed and ends his turn without doing anything else.

6th turn - Yusei

Kiryu's SPCs 5
Yusei's SPCs 2

Yusei draws to run his turn. In his standby phase, 1 Speed Counter is added into his and Kiryu's SPC gauges following the effect of Speed World. He results in 2 SPC (1+1) while Kiryu results in 5 SPCs (4+1) respectively. Yusei summons [Junk Synchron - 3/1300/500: When this card is successfully Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower monster in your Graveyard in face-up defense mode. Any effects of an Effect Monster Special Summoned by this effect are negated] onto the field in attack position.

Once Junk Synchron is normal summoned, its monster effect is able to special summon Speed Warrior from the graveyard onto the field in attack position. Yusei then tunes Junk Synchron into Speed Warrior, saying that it will become the path that its light shines upon. A beam of green light passes by Yusei, as he declares a "Synchro Summon!", calling out [Junk Warrior - 5/2300/1300: When this card is Synchro Summoned, this card's attack power is increased by the total of the attack power of all Level 2 or lower monsters face-up on your side of the field]. onto the field in attack position.

Note: Junk Synchron (Tuner Monster) has 3 stars while Speed Warrior (Non-Tuner Monster) has 2 stars. Their stars are added up to 5 (3+2), the star level of Junk Warrior (Synchro Monster) exactly.

Synchro Striker Unit
Trap Card

Yusei continues by opening his face-down trap card [Synchro Striker Unit - Trap: After activation, this card becomes an Equip Card to 1 Synchro Monster you control and the equipped monster gains 1000 ATK. It loses 800 ATK during each of your End Phases], which becomes an equipment booster attached with Junk Warrior. He explains that this trap can be an equipment card to a synchro monster and increase its ATK by 1000. The ATK of Junk Warrior therefore goes up to 3300 (2300+1000).

Yusei moves into the battle phase, declaring the attack of Max Warrior, "Swift Rush!", toward Infernity Demon. Kiryu recalls the monster effect of Max Warrior well. Yusei reminds him that when Max Warrior attacks, its ATK can increase by 400 points. Thus, Max Warrior now has 2200 ATK (1800+400), attacking Infernity Demon.

Kiryu tells Yusei not to underestimate his handless combo. He opens his face-down trap card [Infernity Force - Trap:  When there are no cards in your hand, activate this card when an "Infernity" monster is selected as an attack target. Destroy the attacking monster, and Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Infernity" monster in your Graveyard], which can be activated only when he has 0 card on hand and when his Infernity monster is attacked. It can destroy the attacking monster, so Max Warrior is destroyed. Furthermore, it allows Kiryu to special summon an Infernity monster with level 4 or less from his graveyard. He therefore special summon Infernity Necromancer with 200 DEF onto the field in defense position.

Kiryu laughs madly as the situation now turns to his side. Yusei hasn't done his battle yet. He declares the attack of Junk Warrior to destroy One-Hundred Eyes Dragon. Kiryu can't be protected by this strike, so his LP decreases to 3700 (4000+3000-3300). Ushio, Rua, Ruca, and Crow are glad to see that One-Hundred Eyes Dragon is finally crushed down. However, Crow is concerned as he remembers that this hasn't been the end yet.

Kiryu chuckles and activates the monster effect of One-Hundred Eyes Dragon. When One-Hundred Eyes Dragon is destroyed and sent to the cemetery, he is able to add a card from his deck onto his hand. As Yusei has expected, One-Hundred Eyes Dragon has been used for Kiryu to call his key card. Kiryu laughs madly as crossing his eyes toward Yusei on the back. Yusei sets up 2 face-down cards and ends his turn.

At Yusei's end phase, he activates the remaining effect of Synchro Striker Unit. The monster equipped with it has to lose 800 ATK at each of his end phases. Thus, Junk Warrior's ATK now decreases to 2500 (3300-800). Kiryu doesn't look worried at all and keeps laughing. He shows the card just drawn according the effect of One-Hundred Eyes Dragon. As Yusei has expected, it's Earthbound God, Ccapac Apu. Anyway, he still keeps himself up to save Kiryu by this duel as he desires.

As the riding duel is developed and everyone is keeping his and her eyes closely to the match, Crow realizes that the current situation is the same as the past. Yusei is trying to save Kiryu as he did. It's Yusei's true intention to save Kiryu from destruction.

In the past, the securities were surrounding the building where Kiryu was hiding. They were coming to arrest him to caused a crime at the security center. Jack, Crow, and Yusei were also with Kiryu, looking at him laughing madly. As Kiryu was laughing, the three took off their duel disks and placed them onto a table. Kiryu quickly ran in and asked what they meant and whether they have come to fight together for their last duel against the securities.

Jack told Kiryu to open his eyes. Crow agreed and added that there was no way they could fight and stand up against the securities. Kiryu looked very surprised by hearing his friends' response. Yusei suggested Kiryu run away from here. Kiryu said that such a way wouldn't satisfy anything (The concept of Team Satisfaction is to do anything to satisfy themselves). He tried to convince his friends to beat the securities and conquered Satellite.

How much Kiryu tried to persuade his friends to duel together, everyone was quiet as a disagreement to him. Jack said that they no longer saw the same thing. As Kiryu was looking confused, Yusei explained that they were still friends anyway. Thus, they would like to save Kiryu from the securities. Three of them looked at Kiryu by serious eyes as they wanted him to give up.

Kiryu looked pretty shocked and began to step back. He didn't understand how things had turned out like this. Looking insane now, Kiryu was about to argue. Suddenly, something exploded outside the building and caused it to shake. Yusei understood that the securities had already started to move. The leader of the securities gave an order to his subordinates to arrest Kiryu by a duel. Once he gave a signal, many securities took off and approached into the building.

In front of the overwhelming power of the security, 4 of them had no other choice but ran away. They jumped through the window down to get away from the securities. Each was later separate. Kiryu ran into a dead end. He had just realized that there was nowhere he could run away on Satellite. A security with a D-Wheel then could catch him up. Kiryu now looked completely insane. He decided to fight alone as it had turned out like this.

Kiryu set up his duel disk, drew a card, and summoned [Blood Vorse ~ Vorse Rider - 4/1900/1200] onto the field in attack position. The security said to crush down a Satellite scum like him and summoned [Montage Dragon - 8/?/0: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 3 other monsters from your hand to the Graveyard. This card's ATK is equal to the combined Levels of the sent monsters x 300] onto the field in attack position.

Both monsters collided, and the outcome was the victory of Montage Dragon. The security approached Kiryu quickly and was about to hit him by a side of his D-Wheel. Kiryu could catch an up stair and jumped to hang himself with it and avoid the hit. He then jumped down to ride along with the security and locked his head by his arms. The D-Wheel moved forward and passed Yusei who had just arrived. Yusei quickly ran after Kiryu and the security.

The security's D-Wheel finally crashed. Kiryu appeared to be safe, but the security seemed to be in serious injury. Blood was around his body. Kiryu was holding a piece of wood, murmuring that he had to crush down the security so that they could conquer Satellite. Yusei yelled loudly, asked Kiryu to stop harming the security, and tackled his body down. Both were rolling on the raining floor, and Yusei could successfully press Kiryu down to stop him. Kiryu told Yusei to get away as he had to crush down the security no matter what. He didn't listen to anyone anymore, keeping saying his intention. Then, Jack and Crow had arrived and met the two.

Siren of the securities was everywhere. Everyone was now safe inside a building. Yusei was looking through the windows to make sure that the securities had passed their hideout. Meanwhile, Jack and Crow were holding their arms to stop Kiryu from driving himself crazy again. Kiryu was panting heavily. Jack thought that it's just about time when the securities would be able to catch them. There was no way they could run away.

Looking at Kiryu, Yusei asked Jack and Crow to take care of him. He then walked off to face the securities alone. Many securities spot Yusei and surrounded him. Yusei raised his hand up and declared that he was the leader of Team Satisfaction. The person who attacked the security's headquarter was actually himself while the other 3 were not involved. Yusei told the securities bravely to arrest him.

Meanwhile, Crow called Yusei by his soft sound. Yusei turned to him and was surprised by seeing Crow and Jack caught up by the securities. The big boss of the securities walked closer to Yusei and noted that a suspicion was the leader rather than the other 3. The one who got secured was the leader. The 2 securities were carrying Kiryu's arms and walking him off the building. Yusei was surprised by that Kiryu had finally been arrested.

While Kiryu was taken to a prisoner truck, Yusei tried to explain the security leader that it's the wrong person. The security leader told Yusei to take a look the security earlier attacked by Kiryu. Harming a security was certainly a primary crime. The security leader was afraid that Yusei wouldn't be able to see his friend again before padding his hand over Yusei's shoulder to show his sympathy. He raised his hand like a good bye and began to walk away.

At this moment, Kiryu crossed his eyes to see such a scene and misunderstood that Yusei betrayed him by joining the security to arrest him. He yelled at Yusei, called his name madly, and asked whether Yusei truly betrayed and sold him. Yusei looked frightened and tried to correct Kiryu that it wasn't what he was thinking. Kiryu had already been crazy and tried to approach Yusei. He truly believed that Yusei was a betrayer.

The securities stopped Kiryu's movement and threw him into the prisoner truck. Kiryu didn't give up and tried to get out off the truck. The door was shut down. Kiryu was taken by the truck and calling Yusei with crying sound of wrath all the way. The securities finally left. Jack, Crow, and Yusei couldn't do anything to save Kiryu. Yusei called Kiryu and yelled in the raining sky. That's the end of their past relationship.

Yusei tries to explain Kiryu that he, Jack, and Crow truly wanted to save Kiryu at that time. Kiryu responds that Yusei did betray him by selling him to the securities. Crow talks through his D-Wheel, tries to help Yusei correct Kiryu, and explains that Yusei offered himself to the securities and surrendered in place of Kiryu to save him. Kiryu asks if it's really the case, why people didn't fight with him until the end. For Kiryu, surrendering to the security was a behavior to sell true Team Satisfaction. Kiryu yells out loud in the air to release his wrath over his friends.

Kiryu crosses his eyes to Yusei and asks whether Yusei understands what a person who resisted the security would receive at the end. After taken as a prisoner, a criminal marker was carved on Kiryu's right face. Kiryu screamed very loud in pain. In the prison, he was marked thoroughly by the prison guards and received all kinds of violence. The prison guards gave him no mercy at all. Crow explains that they went to visit Kiryu many times, but they were not allowed to meet him. Eventually, they got news that Kiryu was dead.

Kiryu yells that it isn't simple like that. He could withstand the guards' abuse many times. Anyway, they finally took away Kiryu's deck that was more important than his life. That made Kiryu lose his intention to live. One day, he was sitting on the floor and holding his arms in a private jail. The voice of a Dark Signer, Rudger, was loud into his ears, "I am the deceased of the underworld. You who is about to give up your life, with or without thought remaining in this word, the one who has it! Be a Dark Signer to fulfill that thought!". Only nearly dead people could hear his message.

"I have. I have someone to take revenge on and...", Kiryu said as he looked like a nearly dead person. He responded without knowing whether Rudger's voice was real. That's his last message before he slowly passed away.

Kiryu tells Yusei his story that he became a Dark Signer and swore to take vengeance over him. He will have him taste the greatest terror of the Earthbound God he has experienced.

7th turn - Kiryu

Kiryu's SPCs 6
Yusei's SPCs 3

The turn moves to Kiryu, and he draws a card and gets a trap card. In his standby phase, 1 Speed Counter is added into his and Yusei's SPC gauges following the effect of Speed World. He results in 6 SPC (5+1) while Yusei results in 3 SPCs (2+1) respectively. Kiryu moves to the climax, releasing Infernity Demon and Infernity Necromancer on the field. Both monsters move into the air and form into a heart-shape object.

Kiryu raises the Earthbound God in the air and declares to advance summon [Earthbound God, Ccapac Apu ~ Jibakushin Ccapac Apu - 10/3000/2500: If this card is face-up on the field, you cannot Summon, Reverse Summon, or Special Summon a card with "Earthbound" in its name. If a Field Magic is not face-up on the field, this card's following effects are negated and this card is destroyed at the End Phase. 1) This card can attack the opposing player directly. 2) Your opponent's monsters cannot target this card for attack. 3) This card is not affected by your opponent's Magic or Trap card effects. 4) If this card destroys an opposing monster as a result of battle, inflict damage equal to the attack power of the destroyed monster to your opponent's Life Points] onto the field in attack position.

The heart object beats and glows into the Giant reflection in the night sky before Earthbound God, Ccapac Apu slowly emerges from the earth. Ruca holds Rua's tightly as she is getting scared of the enormous appearance of the Earthbound God. Crow looks very worried about Yusei. Kiryu tells Yusei to taste the terror of his Earthbound God again, declaring its direct attack toward Yusei. It's the same situation as before (episode 35). A giant hand of Earthbound God, Ccapac Apu moves over Yusei to crush him down.

Note: Although Junk Warrior is on Yusei's field, Earthbound God, Ccapac Apu has a special effect to do direct attack.

EPISODE SUMMARY - PART 2

Yusei's heart is beating strongly as he is facing the same experience as before (episode 35). At that time, he was scared, closed his eyes, and later saved by the broken of his D-Wheel. At this time, Yusei thinks that if this is connected to the terror Kiryu has experienced, he won't run away. He will bury the Earthbound God and confront face to face against his terror.

At this moment, Yusei opens his face-down trap card [God of War's Baton ~ Gunshin No Saihai - Trap: Activate this card only in your opponent's turn. During the turn this card is activated, you can select an attack target for your opponent's monsters]. This card allows him to select an attack target, so Yusei has Earthbound God, Ccapac Apu attack Junk Warrior instead of him. Junk Warrior flies up to hit the giant hand of  Earthbound God, Ccapac Apu and is destroyed. This strike reduces his LP to 2400 (2900+2500-3000).

Kiryu is annoyed by seeing that Yusei used his monster as shield to protect himself. He then activates the monster effect of Earthbound God, Ccapac Apu. When it can destroy a monster in battle, damage equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster must be inflicted to the opponent. In other words, Yusei has to receive damage equal to the attack power of Junk Warrior. Crow sees that this is really bad. Junk Warrior had 2500 ATK at the time it was destroyed. 2500 ATK or damage is higher than Yusei's 2400 LP now. Ruca becomes very concerned about him.

Yusei opens another face-down trap card [Burst Synchro Summon - Trap: During this turn, you can reduce 1 effect damage you take to 0. Special Summon 1 Synchro Monster with ATK equal to the amount of the effect damage reduced to 0 by this effect from your Extra Deck, ignoring the Summoning conditions]. This trap can reduce 1 damage as a result of an effect to 0. Because 2500 damage comes from the effect of Earthbound God, Ccapac Apu, this trap becomes a shield to protect Yusei from its damage. Kiryu looks very irritated to see Yusei surviving.

In addition to the effect of Burst Synchro Summon, Yusei is able to special summon a Synchro monster with ATK equal to the damage reduced to 0 from his extra deck without any summoning requirement. Rua looks at Ruca and tries to think about Yusei's synchro monster with 2500 ATK. It's obvious to everyone that it's Stardust Dragon. Crow is glad to see that Yusei can finally make it. This should explain why he had his Junk Warrior with 2500 ATK destroyed earlier. With face-down Burst Synchro Summon, Yusei should plan to call Stardust Dragon from the beginning.

By this combo, Yusei is able to call out [Stardust Dragon - 8/2500/2000: When the effect of an Spell, Trap, or Effect monster is activated, that includes "destroy card(s) on the field", by releasing this card , you can negate the activation and destroy that card. In the End-Phase of a turn you use this effect, if the card is in your graveyard, you can Special Summon it to the field] onto the field in attack position. Yusei's ace monster has eventually appeared in front of Kiryu. Setting up a face-down card, he ends his turn.

Note: Kiryu's card on hand is now 0 again.

8th turn - Yusei

Kiryu's SPCs 7
Yusei's SPCs 4

It's now Yusei's turn as he draws a card. In his standby phase, 1 Speed Counter is added into his and Kiryu's SPC gauges following the effect of Speed World. He results in 4 SPC (3+1) while Kiryu results in 7 SPCs (6+1) respectively. Once Yusei draws, Kiryu opens his face-down permanent trap card [Glowing Image of the Guardian God ~ Chinjyu No Kouka - Permanent Trap: Activate this card only when you control a face-up "Earthbound God" monster. When a monster of your opponents attacks, you can select a face-up "Earthbound God" monster you control as an target of that attack. When an "Earthbound God" monster is removed from the field, this card is destroyed].

According to its effect, when the opponent attacks, Kiryu is able to select Earthbound God monster to become an attack target. With this trap, Stardust Dragon of Yusei is forced to attack only Earthbound God, Ccapac Apu. Yusei decides to get more chance by activating speed spell card [Sp-Angel Baton - Spell: You can activate this card if you have 2 Speed Counters or more. Discard 1 card from your hand. Draw 2 cards]. This speed spell card requires 2 Speed Counters to be activated. Yusei now has 4 Speed Counters sufficient to satisfy this condition. Sp-Angel Baton allows him to discard 1 card from his hand to draw 2 cards from his deck. The card Yusei discards is a monster card, [Stardust Xiaolong - 1/100/100: If you control a "Stardust Dragon", you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard in face-up Attack Position].

Yusei activates the monster effect of Stardust Xiaolong immediately. When Stardust Dragon is on the field, Stardust Xiaolong can be special summoned from the graveyard onto the field in attack position. Setting up a face-down card, Yusei ends his turn.

9th turn - Kiryu

Kiryu's SPCs 8
Yusei's SPCs 5

Kiryu draws aggressively. In his standby phase, 1 Speed Counter is added into his and Yusei's SPC gauges following the effect of Speed World. He results in 8 SPC (7+1) while Yusei results in 5 SPCs (4+1) respectively. Similar to what Kiryu did before, once Kiryu draws a card, Yusei opens his face-down trap card [Isolated Protector ~ Kokou No Mamorihito - Trap: After activation, this card becomes an Equip Card to 1 monster you control. Any Battle Damage this card's controller takes as a result of the battle of the monsters other than the equipped monster is reduced to 0. If the equipped monster is destroyed by battle, you can send this card to the Graveyard instead], which can be equipped with a monster on the field.

Yusei equips Isolated Protector with Stardust Dragon. This trap can reduce battle damage from any battle except from the battle of Stardust Dragon to 0. In other words, only battle damage from a fight against Stardust Dragon can be inflicted to Yusei. Kiryu realizes that this means a direct attack is sealed. If this is what Yusei wants, Kiryu is glad to have his god battle Yusei's monster. He declares the attack of Earthbound God, Ccapac Apu toward Stardust Dragon.

At this moment, Yusei activates the remaining effect of Isolated Protector. He can send this trap to the cemetery to negate destruction of the equipped monster or Stardust Dragon. Kiryu claims that Yusei has to receive battle damage anyway. He then opens his face-down trap card [Demonic Devastation ~ Akuki Jyuurin - Permanent Trap: Double any Battle Damage your opponent takes except for a direct attack], which can double attack battle damage except for a direct attack.

Yusei is getting surprised by the normous attack coming from Earthbound God, Ccapac Apu toward Stardust Dragon. Stardust Dragon is saved as Isolated Protector is sent to the cemetery to save it from destruction. Nevertheless, Yusei screams as his LP decreases to 1400 (2400+2*[2500-3000]). Because he loses LP in 1000 interval exactly, his SPC reduces by 1 (1000/1) to 4 (5-1).

Kiryu's SPCs 8
Yusei's SPCs 4

Due to the impact from the strike, the earth shakes and causes Kiryu to lose his balance and fall into a side way almost to hit the flaming wall. Yusei is worried about his friend and decides to slide his D-Wheel lower. He hands over Kiryu to offer his help. His act surprises Kiryu very much. This makes Kiryu recall what happened before between him and Yusei. Kiryu once risked his life to save Yusei by holding a rope hanging Yusei's life (episode 34).

Yusei tells Kiryu that he was wrong. At that time, he thought to sacrifice himself alone to save Kiryu. However, Yusei has realized that it's wrong. He thinks that to save friends is to union with friends. Crow and Ruca look concerned after hearing Yusei's response. Suddenly, the dragon's birthmarks all appear on Ruca's, Jack's, and Aki's arms together. Jack realizes that something is happening to the match of Yusei and Kiryu, calling their names out loud. By this birthmark, Aki can sense strong feeling of Yusei.

The dragon's birthmark on Yusei's arm is now glowing as he is reaching his arm out for Kiryu. Yusei tells Kiryu that Jack's and Crow's feeling is also the same. Also, his new friends made him understand that this battle truly isn't to beat them but to save them or his friends from the Dark Signers. Kiryu looks surprised by hearing Yusei's sensational words and begins to express his confusion. He still doesn't want to believe it and asks what the meaning is for talking about this now.

The running road is very rough, and Kiryu can't control his D-Wheel anymore. He falls deeper into the side way and is very close to hit the flaming fall. Yusei calls Yusei loudly, and his dragon's birthmark makes a sound in response to his strong will. The 4 dragon's birthmarks on Ruca's, Jack's, Aki's, and a mysterious arm then disappear. Along with Yusei's birthmark, they are all combined into a complete shape of the Crimson Dragon and reappear on Yusei's back. Crow wonders what it is about. Ruca understands that Yusei has just collected all of their dragon's birthmarks together with him. Yusei realizes that their feeling has completely been together. He looks at his deck and sees that the top card is shining.

10th turn - Yusei

Kiryu's SPCs 9
Yusei's SPCs 5

Yusei draws the shining card to run his turn. In his standby phase, 1 Speed Counter is added into his and Kiryu's SPC gauges following the effect of Speed World. He results in 5 SPC (4+1) while Kiryu results in 9 SPCs (8+1) respectively. Seeing the shining card, Yusei understands that this card is loaded with their feeling. It's a card connected to a miracle to rescue Kiryu.

Yusei normal summons this miracle tuner-monster card, [Savior Dragon - 1/0/0: When this card is used as a Synchro Material, it can be used to Synchro Summon only a "Savior" monster], onto the field in attack position. He then tunes Savior Dragon into Stardust Xiaolong and Stardust Dragon.

"Clustering minds will now become a new miracle. Become the path its light shines upon! Synchro Summon! Descend, Savior Star Dragon!", Yusei says and synchro summons [Savior Star Dragon - 10/3800/3000: When your opponent activates an effect of a Spell, Trap, or Effect Monster Card, you can Release this card to negate that activation, and destroy all cards your opponent controls. Once per turn, you can negate the effect(s) of 1 face-up monster your opponent controls until the End Phase. Also, you can treat that monster's effect(s) as this card's effect(s) and activate it once. Return this card to the Extra Deck during the End Phase, and Special Summon 1 "Stardust Dragon" from your Graveyard] onto the field in attack position.

Note: Savior Dragon (Tuner Monster) has 1 star while Stardust Dragon and Stardust Xiaolong (Non-Tuner Monster) have 8 and 1 stars respectively. Their stars are added up to 10 (1+8+1), the star level of Savior Star Dragon (Synchro Monster) exactly.

Savior Dragon
Tuner Monster Card

Synchro Monster Card

Yusei activates the monster effect of Savior Star Dragon that can negate an effect of opponent's cards and acquire that effect until the end of the turn. He applies this effect to have Savior Star Dragon acquire the effect of Earthbound God, Ccapac Apu. The power of Earthbound God, Ccapac Apu is drained out and flows into the body of Savior Star Dragon. Yusei declares the attack of Savior Star Dragon, "Shooting Blaster Sonic!", toward Earthbound God, Ccapac Apu. Savior Star Dragon flies in the air before piercing through the body of Earthbound God, Ccapac Apu. Earthbound God, Ccapac Apu explodes into darkness that spreads around and reaches Kiryu.

By the power of Savior Dragon, Yusei can save Kiryu and carry his body on his arms on his D-Wheel. He tells Kiryu to hang on as he won't abandon his friend and will certainly rescue him this time. Kiryu looks very weak and says by his soft sound to tell Yusei the monster effect of Earthbound God, Ccapac Apu consumed by Savior Star Dragon. After it can destroy a monster by battle, damage equal to the attack power of the destroyed monster must be inflicted to the opponent. Earthbound God, Ccapac Apu has 3000 ATK when destroyed by Savior Star Dragon, so Kiryu has to receive 3000 effect damage. Therefore, Kiryu's LP finally reduces to 0 (3700+3000-3800-3000) by the battle damage combined with the effect damage.

Duel End

Kiryu confesses that he did make another wish when he became a Dark Signer. He just wants to have the last duel of Team Satisfaction that couldn't be fulfilled at that time. Yusei becomes surprised by hearing Kiryu's desire. As the battle ends, the drawing of The Giant disappears.

"I still couldn't hate...you", Kiryu tells Yusei by his weak voice. Yusei shakes his head as he doesn't mind if Kiryu still does. Kiryu notes that he can't be satisfied at all. Once he finishes his words, his body shatters in the air and disappears inside Yusei's arms. Yusei looks very sad and calls Kiryu's name.

Savior Star Dragon is flying over Satellite while Rua, Ruca, Crow, and Ushio are watching it. Yusei gets off his D-Wheel and stands alone. His shoulders are shaking.
