Around Neo Domino City especially residential Tops area, Ushio is setting up the securities to trail Yusei. He is ordering a security at the entrance of Tops to watch over Yusei at the west gate. Meanwhile, Saiga appears to be safe, watching over securities' movement upon Yusei. He doubts what Yusei intends to do next.
The duel is continued in Rua's turn. He explains the special effect of Deformer Magnen U that if Yusei tries to attack the first Deformer Magnen U, the second Deformer Man gen U will be the first target. However, although Yusei has to turn to attack the second Deformer Magnen U, the first Deformer Magnen U will be the first target. In other words, by this loop, Yusei is unable to attack. Rua calls it to be an impenetrable defense form called "Magne Rock!". Ruca notices that Rua is very active and energetic.
At this moment, Rua activates the special attack-position effect of Deformer Mobaphon and calls "Dial On!". The result of the dial on Deformer Mobaphon ends by digit 2, allowing Rua to draw 2 cards. If there is a Deformer monster with level 4 of less, he can special summon it onto the field without any summoning requirement. Rua draws and gets Deformer Chakkan with level 3, so it can special it, [Deformer Chakkan ~ D・Chakkan - 3/1200/600: This card gains one of the following effects according to this card's battle position: Attack Position: Once per turn, you can Tribute a monster to inflict 600 damage to your opponent. Defense Position: Once per turn, you can inflict 300 damage to your opponent], onto the field in attack position.
Rua says that a cool thing is from now on. He activates a permanent spell card [Gadget Box - Permanent Spell: Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "Gadget Token" (Machine, Earth, 1 Star, ATK/DEF 0.) (They cannot be released for an Advance Summoning.)]. It allows him to special summon 1 Gadget Token once per turn, so a Gadget Token with 0 ATK is special summoned onto the field in attack position. Ruca notes that it's his support part with 0 ATK and DEF.

All parts have come together. Rua activates the special effect of Deformer Chakkan at this timing. Releasing a monster on the field, Deformer Chakkan is able to inflict 600 damage points to the opponent. Thus, Rua releases Gadget Token on the field to inflict 600 damage points to Yusei. He calls its fire shoot, "Chakkan Fire!". Fire bullet hits Yusei and reduces his LP to 3400 (4000-600). Yusei is stunned by that Gadget Token is used for this purpose (not for tribute purpose).
Rua dances around excitedly that he could make it by his combo. It's such a good feeling as he is proud of it and calls it a patented Deformer Deck. Ruca says that it doesn't matter and suggests Rua end his turn. Rua therefore ends his turn and calls for Yusei's turn. Yusei doesn't say anything but smiles.
At the security office, Rex is talking with Jaeger about Duel Fortune Cup and asks about its progress. Jaeger reports that all invitation letters have already sent out except for one. He shows the last invitation up and chuckles. Rex asks whether the invitation should be sent to a Satellite guy, Yusei. Jaeger confirms and reports the current status that Yusei has already got back his deck and D-Wheel from the security warehouse and is now hiding himself at Tops. Rex asks about the marker's response on Yusei's face. Jaeger is certain that there is no mistake about it. Yusei himself might disappear, but it's an amateur's work.

4th Turn - Yusei
 |
Card Flipper
Spell Card |
The duel at Tops is continued by Yusei's turn. He draws a card and discards a card, Nitro Synchron from his hand into the cemetery, to activate spell card [Card Flipper - Spell: Send 1 card in your hand to the Cemetery to activated. Change the battle mode of all monsters on your opponent's side of the field]. Rua is surprised as the card is glowing brightly. Yusei explains its effect that it can change battle position of all monsters on Rua's field. This means Deformer Mobaphon and Deformer Chakkan are changed to defense position while two Deformer Magnen U are changed to attack position.
Rua is disappointed to that he has just been able to get his Deformer army together. When their positions change, their effects also change. Ruca is sick of her brother. She tells her to calm down because the duel hasn't been over yet.
Next, Yusei summons a tuner-monster [Junk Synchron - 1/1300/500: When this card is successfully Normal
Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower monster
in your Graveyard in face-up defense mode. Any effects of an
Effect Monster Special Summoned by this effect are negated] from his hand onto the field in attack position. Rua is afraid that counterattack from Yusei is coming.
Yusei activates the special effect of Junk Synchron. When it's successfully summoned onto the field, he is able to special summon a monster with level 2 or less from his cemetery. Thus, he special summons [Nitro Synchron - 2/300/100: When this card is sent to the Graveyard by the Synchro Summon of a "Nitro" Synchro Monster, you can draw 1 card] from the graveyard onto the field in defense position.
Rua is surprised by whether Yusei is going to synchro summon a synchro monster with level 7. Ruca tells Rua that Yusei is unable to do so. Rua is confused. He clearly sees that Junk Synchron has level 2, Nitro Synchron has level 3, and Speed Warrior has level 2. Their levels add up to 7 (3+2+2). As Rua is trying to count, he understands that Yusei is going to summon a synchro monster with level 7.
Yusei explains that only 1 tuner monster must be used in synchro summon. Ruca clarifies that both Junk Synchron and Nitro Synchron are tuner monsters, so they both can't be used in a synchro summon. Yusei then tunes Junk Synchron into Speed Warrior, synchro summoning [Junk Warrior - 5/2300/1300: When this card is Synchro Summoned, this card's attack
power is increased by the total of the attack power of
all Level 2 or lower monsters face-up on your side of
the field] onto the field in attack position.
Note: A Synchro Summon is a new combination between a Tuner and non-Tuner monster. In order to perform a Synchro Summon, the levels of the Tuner and non-Tuner monsters must add up to be the exact level of the desired Synchro monster (no more, no less). Once that is satisfied, the two monsters are sent to the Cemetery, and the Synchro monster can be summoned from the Extra Deck. In this case, Junk Synchron (Tuner Monster) has 3 stars while Speed Warrior (Non-Tuner Monster) has 2 stars. Their stars are added up to 5 (3+2), the star level of Speed Warrior (Synchron Monster) exactly.
Rua thinks that it looks so cool although he looks a bit scared. Yusei hasn't done with his synchro summon. He further tunes Nitro Synchron into Junk Warrior, synchro summoning [Nitro Warrior - 7/2800/1800: During your turn, if you activate a Spell
card, increase this card's ATK by
1000 Points only once during this turn's damage calculation only. If this card destroys an opponent's monster in battle,
you can change 1 face-up Defense Position monster your opponent controls to
Attack Position and attack that monster again] onto the field in attack position.
In this case, Nitro Synchron (Tuner Monster) has 2 stars while Junk Warrior (Non-Tuner Monster) has 5 stars. Their stars are added up to 7 (2+5), the star level of Nitro Warrior (Synchron Monster) exactly.
Rua's fighting spirit is on fire after seeing the double synchro summons. It's very cool. Yusei starts his battle by declaring the attack of Nitro Warrior to destroy Deformer Magnen U. This strike reduces Rua's LP to 2000 (4000+800-2800). Yusei explains the special effect of Nitro Warrior that when it can successfully destroy a monster in battle, it can change a monster from defense position to attack position and battle that monster. He selects to change Deformer Mobaphon from defense to attack position, declaring the attack of Nitro Warrior toward it. Deformer Mobaphon is destroyed, and Rua's LP decreases to 0. The game ends by the victory of Yusei.
Duel End
Ruca notices Rua standing still and crying. She walks into him and comments that Rua cries so quick. Rua is trying to wipe his tears and saying that he isn't crying. Yusei walks into the twin. He comments that he could feel that Rua enjoyed a duel from the his heart. However, he sees that Rua's duel is too committed to himself. Rua looks uncertain to what Yusei means. Yusei asks whether Rua was satisfied merely by that his 4 Deformer monsters were collected together. His words make Rua begin to think.
Yusei explains that the effect of Deformer monsters depend on condition (Attack or Defense positions), but it is a duel that can change their condition. It should be difficult and the path to become a king will be long if Rua keeps dueling without knowing counterattack (Yusei tries to teach Rua that he shouldn't be committed only to his monsters but think more about counterattack by controlling position of the monsters). Ruca tries to comfort Rua and cheer him up. Rua stops crying and asks Yusei duel him again.
Yusei agrees to do so later, thanks the twin for their help, turns back, and begins to walk off. Rua asks him not to go. Yusei points to the marker on his face and tells him to take a look at it. If they are with him, they will be in trouble. Rua doesn't understand and asks for reasons. He just wants to help him and be his power. Ruca smiles and says that there means he wants to be Rua's power and help him out again. Rua tries to argue as he doesn't want Yusei to leave. Anyway, Ruca tries to compromise, turning to Yusei and suggesting him take a rest here for today. Rua smiles and quickly turns to Yusei. Yusei doesn't answer but looks up into the blue sky.
At night, Ushio is yarning and still waiting for Yusei at the entrance of Tops. He just hopes that the satellite scum will come out soon. Rua and Ruca are sleeping in their rooms while Yusei is fixing the duel disks of the twin in the living room to fit their small arms. After finishing, he leaves the room without saying anything. Yusei takes his D-Wheel and puts on his helmet, going down to the ground level by an elevator. When he leaves the elevator, he looks around to make sure that there is nobody trailing, starts the engine, and takes off.

Yusei is riding into a street, and Ushio suddenly appears in front of him. Ushio greets him that he has already waited for his coming. Yusei quickly tries to break along with Ushio hindering his way. At the same time, Saiga is hiding himself in a nearby street and watching over Yusei facing Ushio now. He is afraid that Ushio has already found Yusei before him. Ushio suggests Yusei better give up. Yusei stares at him before accelerates the engine and tries to turn his D-Wheel away.
Ushio understands that Yusei is trying to run away, so he prepares to follow up. at the moment, spot light of a luxurious car is turned on toward both of them. Even Ushio doesn't understand what's going on. Jaeger steps down from the car with a security mark and walks toward Yusei. Saiga seems to recognize the mark once he sees it. Jaeger calls an inspector, Ushio, to leave Yusei with the public security maintenance bureau. He introduces himself as a chief of the special investigation and shows his ID to Ushio.
Jaeger seems to recognize Ushio while Ushio is getting surprised by the special investigation department. Jaeger explains that he has come here with a message from the director, Rex Godwin, to Yusei. Ushio tries to claim Yusei's crime that he stole D-Wheel from the security warehouse. Jaeger doesn't want to argue but suggests Ushio better not disobey the order of the director. Ushio clearly looks angry but can't do anything.
Yusei asks Jaeger what he wants from him. Jaeger just hands over Yusei an invitation to Duel Fortune Cup with a picture of his friends at Satellite, Rally, Taka, Blitz, and Nerve. He makes it short that he would like Yusei to participate in Duel Fortune Cup. If Yusei refuses, his friends in the picture will experience such a pain beyond imagination. Jaeger hopes Yusei understands it clearly before walking away and laughing evilly. Yusei looks at the picture and the invitation. He grabs the invitation with fingers and looks very angry toward Jaeger as his car is leaving.
