| This is a deck specially used by Duel Chasers (Duel Police) who use it to chase people misusing D-Wheels in the city. Ushio obtains this deck from his boss who realizes that he is going to chase after a D-Wheeler, Yusei, in Satellite. The concept of the deck is as its name "Block". When a security chasing after a D-Wheeler plays this deck, Speed World is activated. Speed World on the D-Wheeler is forced to activate as well. This means the D-Wheeler must be in the riding game automatically. The monsters in this deck hold "Block" concept. They appear in front of the D-Wheeler, pressuring him to decrease his speed and blocking his way. Their special effects also block the D-Wheeler unable to gain Speed Counters from the effect of Speed World. This means the D-Wheeler is unable to play any spell card. The securities therefore can dominate the game and arrest the D-Wheeler by this deck. |
