In this season, a new field spell [Speed World 2] is applied to riding duel instead of regular [Speed World] used in Season I and II. Thus, we consider all characters to have a new deck developed from their original decks.

The listing of Synchro Monsters played by characters in anime are as following:

a Copy Plant originally has level 1. However, its special effect can copy a level of the opponent monster, which is Masked Knight LV5 in this case.
b Level increase from 2 to 3 by the effect of Give & Take, which increase Bolt Hedgehong's level by the level of a monster special summoned onto the opponent's field. Yusei summons Junk Synchron with level 3 onto the opponent's field, so 3 levels are added into the level of Bolt Hedgehog.
c Copy Plant originally has level 1. However, its special effect can copy a level of the opponent monster, which is Junk Warrior in this case.
d Twin Breaker originally has level 4. However, its level increases by 1 according to the effect of a trap card, Boosting Resurrection.
e Junk Warrior originally has level 5. However, its level decreases by 1 according to the effect of a trap card, Lost Star Descent.
f BF - Armored Wing originally has level 7. However, its level decreases by 2 according to the effect of a trap card, Level Re-Tuner. This card also originally belongs to Crow. Yusei uses it in the synchro summon in a tag duel, which he pairs up with Crow.
g Level Warrior originally has level 3. However, its level decreases by 1 according to its own monster effect: it can be special summoned with level 4 when your opponent controls a monster. At the time Yusei special summons this card, Kiryu is controlling One-Hundred Eyes Dragon. Thus, Level Warrior has level 4 instead of 3.
h Psycho Commander originally has level 3. However, its level decreases by 1 according to the effect of a spell card, Psi-Station.
i Tuning Supporter originally has level 1. However, its level increases by 1 according to its own monster effect.
j Deformer Magnen-I originally has level 1. However, its level increases by 2 according to the effect of Level Mirroring.
k Quick Synchron originally has level 5. However, its level dereases by 1 according to the monster effect of Level Stealer. Also, Junk Warrior normally requires Junk Synchron as a Synchro Material Tuner. However, Quick Synchron has a monster effect to be treated as any "Synchron" monster required by a Synchro Monster.
l Copy Plant originally has level 1. However, its special effect can copy a level of the opponent monster, which is Dark Verdure in this case.
m BF - Mistral the Silver Shield originally has level 2. However, its level increases to 3 by the effect of Sp - Level Tune Up 1,2,3.

Note: All Dark Synchro monsters have minus level after their levels are subtracted by higher levels of Dark Tuner Monsters. The star levels of a Dark Synchro monster are normally on the left side of a card to present the negative level not on the normal right side.

a DT - Spider Cocoon originally has level 5. Its level increases by 2 due to the monster effect of Dark Spider.
b Fighter's Ape originally has level positive 5. Its level becomes negative 5 when multiplied by -1 as a result of Dark Wave's effect.
c DT - Black Goddess Witaka originally has level positive 3. It has a monster effect to copy a level of a Synchro Monster, which is level 8 Sun Dragon Inti in this case.
